I've never seen chicken offered at a poke shop, but I guess there's a first for everything. It's all made in front of you and I had planned to order a poke on greens but didn't have a chance to dictate what I wanted before the guy started putting everything on it. Pineapple, tomatoes, lettuce and edamame are not my sort of thing on a poke bowl. It's just weird, but I pushed those to the side and ate the other ingredients.
