They do not have Loco Moco. Do not believe the review(s). I went there yesterday just to have Loco Moco (because there was a review from 2 weeks ago saying they have it). It's not on the menu. I waited in line and tried to order it anyway. The guy looked at me like I was crazy then went and asked a manager. He came back and said they don't have that. So disappointing! I left. We'd never heard of or tried Poké before but we love sushi and this place was like the Chipotle of Hawaiian food (specifically salads). They guided us through how to put together our meals in a helpful way, not trying to force us to spend extra or anything, and were more than willing to help us decide what to get :). I used order from here at least once a week. Now due to covid19. Prices has gone up and delivery fee has gone up. So I don't order as much.

PokeHub is a solid poke spot, BUT I have one major gripe about it. The toppings, protein options, and the sauces all taste good. I especially like the chipotle mayo + sesame shoyu combo. What I really dislike, though, is the hot, steamy, unseasoned sticky rice that they use. This kind of rice only really belongs in bibimbap. Even the Korean version of poke (hoedupbap) doesn't use hot rice. When paired with the fresh raw fish, it just tastes... wrong. They say that the really hard part about making sushi is getting the sushi rice right. I think changing the rice to cooled sushi rice will enhance the taste to the next level. And I think this isn't just about personal preference, because it really affects food safety. Just imagine ordering to-go a bowl of raw salmon sitting on a bed of warm rice and driving home. The fish will get warm and it might even go bad especially in hot summer weather. I stopped getting rice from PokeHub and only get it as a salad now, but I would get it more often if they change the rice. read more

If you look at their menu, there is a mysterious "vegetarian bowl" which, unlike all other items which specify their ingredients in detail, only has a line "2 scoops of tofu & avocado" under it. The staff who served me seemed as confused as I was, not having an idea on what this thing is and had to ask other staff repeatedly. I've been dying to try this place for awhile and I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the choices for customizations. It's like the chipotle for poke. They were very helpful in guiding me through. I got the 3 protein poke bowl with salmon, tuna and shrimp, 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 romaine. Too many toppings to mention but it definitely hit the spot. The whole place was modern and clean. A nice place, good staff. I accidentally placed an online order at their Reston location but they still took care of me at no cost so I agreed to post a review. I ordered the Una Don and it was actually loaded with eel. Maybe this was just good customer service for my mistake but it basically double-tiered. The sauce was tasty and everything placed nicely. It was my first time trying eel and even though I'll probably try a bowl next time, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall toppings were fresh, the place was clean, happy visitors, staff who knew their offerings, etc. I hope they do well, continue to take care of their customers, and maintain their current standards. read more

This is my favorite poke spot in the area, with Pokeworks coming in a close 2nd. PokeHub has plenty of options/toppings (and you can get both seaweed salad and crab salad without additional cost), the fish is fresh/tasty, the avocado is only $1 more and they give you a nice scoop, and they are GENEROUS with their overall portions. I hate how some places charge you $13 and barely give you any fish. Not Poke Bar! When their dining room is open, the interior is nice, clean and spacious as well. They give much bigger portion sizes compared to other poke places: a small would normally be about around $12-13 at other places for barely anything, but here you get more for a less price. The small here could be comparable to a medium at another restaurant. Other than the food, the staff is super friendly and accommodating to your needs. False advertising? We went to Fairfax location for the Loco Moco which is seen in photos and the photo of the menu. When we got there, they said they aren't selling the Loco Moco yet. Not the greatest start but we were willing to still give it a try. We really wanted to like the food. However the issue was the rice was hard! It seems like it was cooked long enough but then it dried out for not be covered correctly maybe? Not sure. We may try again but you need to remove the Loco Moco photos until you actually start serving them. And you need to keep the rice moist. Flavor was ok. Not bad...not great. Adequate. read more

I had my poke today at lunch time. After I had poke, my stomach started to feel very sick. For today, I had diarrhea and went to bathroom for 4 times for that reason. Not only today, previous time I had order at Pokehub, I got a same symptom like today's. I wasn't going to write it but I had no choice but to write because I love poke from this place but experiencing like this at the same place for twice is not something I want to get experience again. I went to this place because I've always wanted to try a sushi burrito. I was not disappointed at all, it was amazing quality food and there were so many options to put in the burrito. I liked how instead of giving you only the burrito, they filled the burrito to its capacity and the leftover fillings were added into the meal as well, so no food is thrown out.
