You can create a login Id so that they save your past orders and you can re-order with ease! You just come in and tell them your first and last name and they'll have it all ready for you! They offer a myriad of different base options (including mixed greens or even matcha rice), the fish is of a solid quality, and all of the toppings that I was interested in were free! (There may be a couple that are extra, but I don't recall any off the top of my head). For those of you looking to avoid the Cap Hill area (which, by the look of it is a bit seedy), they do deliver. They have the traditional fish: tuna, spicy tuna salmon, yellowtail etc. they even have tofu and chicken for those who don't want to feast on raw fish. I stopped in during the lunch rush. The line was fast and they don't skimp on ingredients. No matter what toppings, they don't charge you extra unless If u opt for avocado. I believe it's an additional $1. I usually add avocado to my poke bowls to add more flavor and consistency, but I didn't this time. It was loaded with toppings, protein and veggies. I was surprised to find a Poke placed opened in the same building as one of the offices that I visit in Denver. I had the opportunity to try it out last month and I was impressed. I came back twice to eat. The portions were generous for the price that I paid for it. The one thing that PokeWorld could improve on is probably a better system for taking the food order. More like a Chipotle line where everyone starts from the beginning and work their way down. I was there during a lunch rush and noticed everyone was trying to help to speed the line up by jumping in on the first stages of ordering thus causing a confusion towards the end of the order as everyone working the line is now at the beginning of it. You can actually order ahead so that's what I would probably do next time instead of ordering there since it's just one floor below my office. I was really intrigued by the matcha rice, however, after trying it I would say it's something for me. There is something that we shouldn't mix matcha into. The selection of fish taste fresh on both occasions that I was there. I really like how they pre-mix your sauce and protein choice for you. After eating at Red Poke in Manhattan, I never thought I would give another five star review for a poke bowl place again, but PokeWorld won me over and deserves five stars. Poke bowls are spreading throughout the country and it is no surprise that downtown Denver has their own poke place now. The price was affordable for the portion offered. I got the large bowl, which included three protein choices. I probably could have gotten away with the normal size bowl with two proteins. I chose one portion of spicy salmon and two portions of raw salmon (I'm not a fan of tuna). They also offer chicken and tofu for those who don't eat raw fish. The salmon tasted quite fresh. And they have a few different options of rice as well. Here's where they started earning their five stars. Their spicy shoyu sauce was a great accompaniment to the salmon and they were not holding back on the heat. I had them add a little bit of their yuzu sauce to give the dish some acidity and I think it was a great choice. It really brought out the flavor of the salmon. Next came the mix-ins and toppings. They were generous with two types of seaweed salad, two types of crab salad, and masago. They also had a squid salad, which I've never seen offered at a poke bowl place. Squid could easily be counted as a protein, but PokeWorld includes it as a free mix-in option to any bowl. It tasted great too! Overall, I really enjoyed the poke bowl. PokeWorld stands out from all the other poke bowl places opening up around the country by offering unique rice options as well as mix-ins. Just them offering squid salad as a no charge mix-in impresses me enough to give them five stars. read more

Just flew in DEN from NYC this morning and decided to drive into downtown to check out the city. First thing we looked for was some grub of course! Once I saw the word poke I said yeah this is where we're gonna eat today. Walking in, atmosphere is really nice, clean and good energy. We ordered one small bowl (one protein-chicken) and one medium bowl (two protein- spicy tuna & spicy salmon), my partners was pretty simple but mine I had everything (&yes you can choose everything! ^_^). Dan (I believe he's the owner?) was so kind to us, he even suggested our sauces and told us what sauce paired best with what we ordered. That was such a nice and intimate touch. This was by far the BEST poke bowl I've EVER had. Quality of food was 10/10. So tasteful, creamy and everything paired so well with each other! I can't wait to come back to Denver for this gem! I tried Poke World because I needed to order dinner and had a promotion through the Ritual app (highly recommend that too). So, I'm a transit operator and I was looking for some lunch. In the area I had several choices however, McDonald's, Jimmy John's and some naked lunch place were all closed. Then I see Poke World. I have never had a poke bowl so I went with some suggestions from the gentleman serving me. There were many proteins, salmon, tuna, crab, chicken. We created a bowl with Macha rice, smoked salmon, spicy tuna, regular tuna, ginger, seaweed, heirloom tomatoes, spicy crab, a spicy a Oli end topped it with crunchy onions and crunchy tempura sprinkles. I'll tell you what, it was the most delicious bowl of food I have eaten in a long time. I ordered a large bowl and when I finished it I was ready to go get another one to take home. And I will take one home before I get off work today so my wife can enjoy a bowl as well. I will or have attached some photos of the bowl. I highly recommend eating at PokeWorld. It cost me $15 plus I gave him a tip. All I have to say is it is so delicious and filling. I hope you all get a chance to visit PokeWorld, you won't regret it. read more

I absolutely love poke. I've had it many times, at many different places. In fact, this place is right across the street from another poke place, Poke City. Naturally, it makes sense to compare them. I really like Poke City and I've been there many times at this point (across several of their locations). Their fish and other ingredients are fresh, they give healthy portions, and are generally friendly there. PokeWorld isn't that different. The few differences have a few positives (matcha rice, a yummy soup, etc.) and a few negatives (one fewer scoop of fish for the same price, but maybe the scoops are larger?), but overall it's the same idea as Poke City. My one main complaint is that I've had PokeWorld three times now, and each time the fish just didn't taste completely 100% fresh. The salmon had a bit of a fishy taste to it. That, to me, is a deal breaker. Everything else is pretty solid, but I'll go back to Poke City just for their always-fresh tasting fish. Not a bad meal though. Again, try the soup. read more

I used to love PokeWorld. It is very convenient to have a semi-healthy fast-serving restaurant right next to the office. The ingredients are always fresh, and they offer miso soup and salad options also. I like the salmon with spicy aioli sauce. Yum! I am not super happy about pricing. When they just opened, the middle-size bowl was about $10+tip. Now they charge $12, and I see more rice and less protein in the portions I purchased in the last few weeks. I don't think paying $15 for a bowl of rice is very reasonable, even if we are located downtown. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This poke place was pretty good. Still kind of pricy, paying $15 or so for a three scoop bowl. But I get that they probably have to import their fish farther away which is why it's more expensive than poke in SoCal. I thought the portions were good and got filled pretty fast. I got to have sample of salmon soup which was good. However one suggestion I would make is changing your steps from right to left instead of left to right. When I entered, I saw step one on the left and so assumed that is where I waited in line, not reading carefully where to order. Other poke places I've been to, wherever the step 1 sign is that is where you start. So when I found out I ordered on the right side, I had to look over to the left and not look right in front of me at step 5. Just something minor. I work very nearby and tried to pre-order online to grab it on my lunch break. Unfortunately their online ordering system was malfunctioning. The first time I called, there was no answer and I got an automated message that says, "No voicemail box has been set up yet" and it hung up." Luckily when I called again a few minutes later someone answered.... and told me to just order through GrubHub or Eat24 which I found quite strange but whatever. I ordered a bowl w/ tuna & spicy tuna, spicy aioli, white rice, mango, cilantro, green onions, avocado, sesame seeds, masago, pickled ginger, & tempura flake. The tuna is fresher than I expected, honestly, for a teeny place in downtown. The spicy stuff was spicier that I expected, but good! The white rice was just "meh" but the mango was fresh. The tempura "flakes" are actually just weird tempura fried balls.... did not add anything to the bowl. My biggest irk was how big the pieces of tuna and mango were - they should have been cut smaller. There was no chance for "the perfect bite." You know the one- where you get a single bite that includes a little bit of everything. Not a chance with those huge pieces! You get a great amount of food for a decent price. Overall I was pleased and will definitely be back. 10/19/2017 UPDATE: Since the first visit I have gone back numerous times and will definitely continue to do so! I have not tried to order online again since the first time, mostly because of the issues I had. However, I've learned that generally, even during the lunch rush, it doesn't take more than a few minutes to get through the line with your bowl!
