Got the burrito with double salmon and a Hot Cheeto exterior ($17). Service was quick and everything came out fast. Toppings tasted fresh, and I really appreciated how well they filled the burrito. Only downside is parking, which can be a bit of a hassle due to the small lot. Overall, a solid spot and worth a try.

We were here last week and ordered the same fish and everything and it was yummy, but unfortunately this time it wasn't good. The fish didn't taste good at all, it tasted rancid, and it affected the entire two bowls... so we ate some of the toppings but the picture below is what is left over. Super disappointing. This was an unfortunate way to spend $40.

First time here, and I was really happy with my poke bowl! There were so many options to choose from, which made it easy to customize exactly what I wanted. The workers were kind, helpful, and gave great recommendations. The ahi tuna and sweet salmon were both fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I also liked that they offer poke burritos and poke tacos for something different. I'll definitely be back!

Pokitomik might be my new fave poke spots in the valley. I was a huge fan of the flavors, options, and portion sizes. They don't skimp out on their servings. There's many many different options for toppings (including mango, heck ya). Some places don't offer mango so I appreciate that. They have many different sauces that go on top too. I got the hawaiian habanero which was spicy!!! But very good. Spicy tuna was good. Salmon was good. Everything felt super fresh. The customer service was super friendly. Prices were normal for poke. I would 100% go back, it was literally bomb diggity.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at PokiTomik in Northridge! They really hook you up with incredibly generous portions, making sure you get your money's worth every single time. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful, and the whole team, including Austin and Randy, provides such a welcoming atmosphere. They really go above and beyond to make sure your bowl is packed exactly the way you like it.

Came in and the front end employee already had a plate of rice prepared. I was already suspicious at that point, but didn't say anything about it. After getting home and eating my large plate more than half the rice wasn't good. Who messes up making rice at a pokibowl establishment? I probably frequent this location less due to this situation. Poor trained staff for still selling this horrible batch of rice and chef for messing up the most basic staple of your restaurant.

Yummy delicious Poke! Whenever you're in the mood, I would really recommend coming here. Has a space to sit down and eat there however I will say the parking is a little tricky there because of how small the space is. Otherwise the staff are so friendly and helpful!

I was hoping this place would live up to some of their 5 star reviews. The only thing that was good about this place was the great customer service by the young man who helped me today. He was really sweet. The fish didn't look fresh. The flavor of the fish was very bland. It wasn't spoiled but it definitely wasn't fresh fish. I hope I don't get sick from eating some of it. I was starving and didn't have time to stop at another place to get something different. The scoops were super small for the price you pay. Maybe the 5 star reviews are from made up accounts. I know that I won't be returning for a second try. read more

Great service, terrible food. Couldn't even get through 1/3 of it and i'm a broke college student so this is my only food for the day. The rice was stuck together in a giant mush clump and drenched in like soy sauce or something. The fish tastes rubbery and off in general. Just the whole thing was off. Poke for people who have never had good poke? Idk, it is bland, their fish is the farthest thing from fresh & tastes gross & mushy & flavorless. Their sauces are not good at all, just overall very, very bland. Service is fine, but the lighting inside is awful & very headache-inducing, especially at night. Parking lot is terrible. Food was disappointing. I guess it is partially my fault for thinking the bowl should somewhat resemble what it looked like on their website. They advertise that avocado is in the bowl and there is a photo of fresh avocado on their website, but what I received was guacamole. Taste was okay, but small bowl. Over all, not good enough to support the price when there are so many other options out there. read more

I can't speak to the food because I myself didn't try it but what I am reviewing is the customer service! Used DoorDash to put in an order and the DoorDash driver canceled the order/never showed. We were having food delivered for my mother in law. We called the restaurant to figure out what was going on and they offered to send one of their employees to hand deliver it to her! If that's not excellent customer service than I don't know what is. read more

I used to go to Fishbowl down the street and was so sad they closed. But my friend recommended this place which is literally down the street and it is honestly waaayy better. The bowl I got was so beautiful and the portion sizes are really good for the price. I had to put it in a bigger bowl and still didn't finish it in one go. So be really hungry when you come!! I got a bowl and my bf got a burrito with the hot Cheetos on the outside. It was pretty good given that it's a different style of poke as compared to the others in the area. I would say that their protein portioning is a little small compared to the contents of the bowl/burrito. Overall I'd give it a 7/10. read more

I ordered from Postmates last night not knowing what to expect & I literally finished every bite of the large bowl! Fish was very fresh, sauce was so flavorful, portion size was perfect, & presentation was beautiful. I'm so happy I found this spot! One might think that since this is raw seafood, they'd be more careful. Their seafood looked old, and I'm very disappointed. I got an upset stomach from their food, felt nauseous , and ended up throwing up after, and I demand a refund. The one at Westwood is SO MUCH BETTER, and it didn't give me an upset stomach due to better quality and freshness. The only reason why I even gave it one star is because the workers are kind. However, the place didn't seem as clean as I expected it to. Very disappointed, I couldn't even get through half of my bowl without feeling nauseous with an upset stomach, which led me to vomiting. I would give it zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointing. read more

The food is BOMB Tried poke for the first time I LOVE IT. Yelp suggested this place and its simply great. Ordered regular bowl size which comes with 3 protein choices. You can add more with $2 additional per scoop. Lots of choices for toppings. I personally loved the spicy tuna and spicy crab. Staff was super nice. They are really helpful, sweet and courteous. So, overall taste: 5 stars. Removing 2 stars because presentation/logistics are horrible! The rice is not sticky so the burritos completely fall apart. It's messy and impossible to eat like a true sushi burrito. read more

Established in 2017.

Native to Hawaii, Poké is a seafood dish (raw fish salad) that has been influenced by Hawaiian cuisines. Poké (pronounced POKE-AY) - which is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut" - traditionally refers to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. For centuries, Hawaiian fishermen cut their catch of raw fish into cubes and seasoned it with whatever ingredients they had to create a one-of-a-kind, flavorful dish. This place was the definition of a local mom and pop business. Mom was running the cash register, and Pop was in the kitchen. They were two of the sweetest people. She even came out to the dining area to hand us our food, rather than screaming at us from behind the counter. We drove home (5 mins away), and I unpacked the food to find that each box was labeled. It probably wasn't necessary since we could very clearly see which was shrimp and which was bulgogi but I appreciated the small touches. My partner and I each had one half of the shrimp and one half of the bulgogi and it as unanimous that our favorite was the fried shrimp. They do include a sauce that has the slightest kick, but in my opinion it was the best kind of spicy where it isn't painful and it's actually quite pleasant, complimenting the fried shrimp very well. Overall - we are so glad we tried this little local spot. The fried shrimp ritto was so good, I want to try other items, but I know I'll be craving that fried shrimp ritto again.

I stopped by Pokitomik Northridge last night and noticed one of the employees was a little hunched over and looked like he may have thrown out his back. He politely asked for a second, and despite obviously not feeling his best, he still provided excellent service with a great attitude. I went ahead and ordered a Poké bowl, and I'm glad I did. The food was an absolute 10/10--fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The customer service was also 10/10. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It's always impressive when a team continues to deliver great food and service even on a challenging day. I would highly recommend Pokitomik Northridge to anyone looking for quality poke and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back! read more
