This location is actually laughable. I placed an order on DoorDash for pickup. I show up exactly at the time it should be ready and it's already been given away. The server doesn't apologize - he states it's already been picked up. How? I ask if they don't verify the DoorDash confirmation for pickup. The server Kendrick tells me they do, but scammers show up with the exact order confirmation screen and pick up orders. Honestly sounds like BS to me, considering they have pickup orders by the front door on a shelf that anyone could take. Either way, the lack of an immediate apology or questions to clarify just point to the fact that he assumed immediately I was a scammer. Okay, annoying. But whatever. I want my food. I ask to have it remade - they're still seating people and people are ordering. They're not closing anytime soon. He tells me they won't remake it. I ask why and he continues to insinuate I'm a scammer and a thief trying to pick up someone else's order. He tells me to cancel my order. I'm beyond pissed at this point because I can't even get a refund via DoorDash because it's already being prepared. So I go back and talk to him again. He continues to refuse to cancel the order or remake it. He gets on the phone with a "Peter" who he claims is the manager. It gets really fun from here. Peter listens to my story and says there's nothing they can do. He says scammers do that all the time, and every restaurant deals with it. Okay, so how has it never happened to me at ANY restaurant? And how have I NEVER heard of it happening? So Peter, after refusing to do anything for me for a while, finally says he'll talk to the server to try and cancel the order from their end. Fine. I hand the phone back to Kendrick and he walks inside. I wait 7 min and no updates. So I go inside and ask him if he's canceling the order. He says, "what do you mean?" I tell him the manager said he'd tell him to cancel the order. Kendrick says, "he was telling you to do that". More gaslighting lmfaoooooo. I tell him no, he told you to. Again, I'm pissed beyond belief at this point and again, I can't get a refund via DoorDash because it's already "being prepared". You would think saying that 3 times is enough for them to finally get it but no. I wasted 20 min driving here, and another 25 waiting for a resolution for this BS. Kendrick tells me he can't cancel the order twice. I just ignore him and wait. 3 min later he goes "I canceled it". Like... you guys are acting like I'm the scammer when you clearly are the ones trying to pull some shady stuff. I FINALLY get my refund and Kendrick says, "sorry I just work here." Brother, that's not your line. You say that when, for example, corporate has a policy that no one likes. This all stemmed from you and your team's incompetence. The lying and gaslighting is absolutely crazy. 25 min and they either could've just refunded me or remade my order. A waste of time. I'll never visit any Slurpin again - this was just pathetic. Not a single bit of sincerity or willingness to help. The manager sounded like he was tired of talking to me, and our conversation lasted 2 min (I'm not even exaggerating). If you want food, don't go here. If you want to keep your money, don't come here. However, if you want to be treated like a liar and a scammer from the second you walk in, then this place is perfect. read more

The servers were very friendly and service was quick which I appreciate with how busy the place was :) The reason I only gave 3 stars is only for the flavor of the ramen. It was pretty mid IMO. Especially the veggie broth for me, it felt pretty plain. My husband got the pro ramen and said it was good, but nothing special. Also for the spice level, I would order one less than what you usually order, I got the mild spice and it was more moderate to me which I didn't mind but just fyi. Not the best ramen I've had but service is fast and food is filling. We came here after the wine lab, the shop is small with bar seating and few table seating. Shared a garlic edamame, my fiance got the pro slurpin ramen and I got the regular. Garlic edamame was solid, bit spicy and light appetizer. The ramen was very milky, I'm not a huge tonkotsu ramen fan so didn't like the soup that much, chashu was mid noodles were okay. Most recently, my girlfriend and I stopped by late at night, then an early evening on another day, and was reminded why this spot is one of our go-to ramen shops. The food hits every time, and the service is just as memorable. Tristan was welcoming, personable, and genuinely made the experience better with his attentiveness and good vibes. One thing I always order is the garlic edamame, hands down the best I've had anywhere, ever. I've tried it at their other locations too, and it never disappoints. It was awesome to hear Tristan talk about how he developed the dish. You can tell it's made with care, and it's something I never skip. This time I also tried the new bulgogi egg roll and is definitely a must try. Every time the ramen has always been solid and recommend the fatty pork and broth that never fails. Parking still sucks and its the type of lot you get a shot and cant circle unless you go around back. Walking distance from y office helps. Staff are kind and helpful they keep an eye on things. Lunch specials are fair with a few options available. I got the slurpin ramen and its ok, but just didnt have that rich taste Im after. Im typically the guy who does not leave a drop of broth behind, here I left quite a bit in the bowl. I want to love it here, its very close to my office but its just not doing it for me. We ordered delivery late night...probably best if you eat there. I ordered the Small, Slurpin Ramen, no black Garlic, no Garlic, no green onions with chasu Pork. The broth wasn't exactly flavorful but it did look visually creamy. The ramen was portioned separately than the broth and I liked that it wasn't over cooked. It was a good serving size. The chasu was thickly sliced with a good amount of fat and meat to it. Overall, it was ok. Since they are open late, I recommend you go in person rather than ordering delivery like we did.
