Slurpin' Ramen Bar is located at The Camp Parking is very limited here. The menu is very simple, Slurpin' Ramen is their signature Ramen.Broth is creamy & flavorful. Ramen noodles are thin & cooked well. Tsukemen noodle is thicker & chewy. Honestly the tsukemen broth is creamy & flavorful, but on the salty side for my taste. Sesame chicken was moist and crispy outside. The plus side is that this Ramen bar is open late.

PRO RAMEN ( R) and VEGGIE RAMEN

The servers were very friendly and service was quick which I appreciate with how busy the place was :) The reason I only gave 3 stars is only for the flavor of the ramen. It was pretty mid IMO. Especially the veggie broth for me, it felt pretty plain. My husband got the pro ramen and said it was good, but nothing special. Also for the spice level, I would order one less than what you usually order, I got the mild spice and it was more moderate to me which I didn't mind but just fyi. As far as the place itself, it was small but comfy, & parking on a Tuesday night wasn't bad, however I heard that on weekends it can get pretty packed

I brought my son in for a date tonight and he LOVED it so much! He has another ramen spot he loves but decided to be brave and try a new slurpin tonight- he said it's his new favorite!! His words: It was the best ramen place. Clean tables, clean floors, no gum under the tables, the service was excellent. The server kept checking in on us and was very fast. The water was fresh tasting and came in a cool metal canteen. The ramen was delicious perfect spice level. It was really fun! Parking is a bit tight depending on what time you arrive, but it's worth it! We can't wait to return!

This is my fiancé and I go to Ramen spot when we are in the area. Can't wait to bring our twins here. We have pretty much tried every item on the menu it always hits and is never a disappointment. The service and ambience is always on point.

Not the best ramen I've had but service is fast and food is filling. We came here after the wine lab, the shop is small with bar seating and few table seating. Shared a garlic edamame, my fiance got the pro slurpin ramen and I got the regular. Garlic edamame was solid, bit spicy and light appetizer. The ramen was very milky, I'm not a huge tonkotsu ramen fan so didn't like the soup that much, chashu was mid noodles were okay. Overall not my favorite but those who like tonkotsu might like it.

I highly recommend this Ramen spot. The service was great and the food was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Really good veggie ramen. The waiters are really nice. Nice overall seating. Only thing is that there's only one size for the veggie ramen.

The garlic edamame, second to none

Been here just a few times now a few years back, and every single visit has been consistently excellent. Most recently, my girlfriend and I stopped by late at night, then an early evening on another day, and was reminded why this spot is one of our go-to ramen shops. The food hits every time, and the service is just as memorable. Tristan was welcoming, personable, and genuinely made the experience better with his attentiveness and good vibes. One thing I always order is the garlic edamame, hands down the best I've had anywhere, ever. I've tried it at their other locations too, and it never disappoints. It was awesome to hear Tristan talk about how he developed the dish. You can tell it's made with care, and it's something I never skip. This time I also tried the new bulgogi egg roll and is definitely a must try. Every time the ramen has always been solid and recommend the fatty pork and broth that never fails. The whole environment is clean and laid back, and even with the place being busy, it still felt relaxed and well-managed. Late night hours are a huge plus, although parking can be a bit of a challenge. Overall, awesome food, excellent staff, and consistently great times. Stop debating and just try it already.

Always hits the spot every time. The spicy garlic edamame is unreal, the server (I think manager) recommended and had us try one columnar, and it is soooo good, like dangerously addictive. Honestly, I could just eat a big bowl of that and be happy. But the real star is their signature slurpin ramen, which is a tonkotsu broth ramen. Super rich, flavorful, and comforting. If you're hungry, get the version with 7 pieces of chashu--it's a ton of meat and totally worth it. Everything comes out hot and fast, and you can customize spice and toppings. The Pro is also a great option with more toppings added to the regular bowl. Bonus: they're open late, so it's the perfect go-to for a late dinner or post-night-out meal. Chill vibes, quick service, and great food. Easy win.

Slurpin Ramen in Costa Mesa absolutely nailed it with the tofu PRO Slurpin' Ramen. Its rich, flavorful broth, springy noodles, and that umami oil took it over the top. The extra veggies added the perfect balance without needing any substitutes. Top-tier quality and flavor that easily make this my new ramen go-to!

    Megan K.

Service was great! I love that Slurpin Ramen does the free topping specials because I love adding different toppings besides dried seaweed. The ramen taste is quite flavorful. The broth was smooth and rich. I wouldn't say it's my complete favorite bowl of ramen, but it's still a decent bowl. The chicken bowl on the other hand was not what I was expecting. I would have thought teriyaki sauce was included, instead, there was a light drizzle of sauce on the rice. You can ask the servers for any other condiments (e.g. sweet and sour sauce).

We sat at the noodle bar! I like the ordering tablet system! Very convenient!!!

This wasn't just a "ramen joint"--it was a masterclass in authentic Fukuoka-style soul food. The Broth: Liquid Gold The standout was always their Signature Tonkotsu broth. You could literally taste the 30+ hours of labor that went into it. It had that distinct "frothy" texture (the bubble of the bone marrow) that you only find in high-end Hakata shops. It was rich, creamy, and carried a deep umami funk without ever being overly greasy. The Hits * Black Tonkotsu: The roasted garlic oil (mayu) added a smoky, dark complexity that ruined all other garlic ramens for me. * God Fire: For those who like to sweat, this offered the perfect balance of heat without sacrificing the integrity of the pork flavor. * The Karaage: Genuinely some of the best fried chicken in the area. Massive, juicy thigh meat with a shattering, thin crust and that addictive spicy mayo on the side. * Customization: I loved that they let you pick your noodle firmness. "Hard" was the only way to go to ensure that perfect snap with every bite. The Atmosphere The Costa Mesa location always had a great energy--functional, clean, and unpretentious. The staff were always efficient, greeting everyone with a loud "Irasshaimase!" that made the experience feel truly authentic. It's heartbreaking to see such a high-caliber spot leave the neighborhood. If you were lucky enough to eat here, you know we lost a heavy hitter. To the team at Ikkousha: thank you for the memories and the best bowls in the city. You'll be sorely missed! Note: For those still craving that specific broth, their Torrance locations are still holding it down--definitely worth the drive to keep the dream alive. Come back to OC! !

The curry broth was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, and the chicken tempura stayed surprisingly crispy even after sitting in the broth for a bit. The Shabu Shabu Udon was also good and had plenty of tender beef, while the Small Beef Bowl made for a solid side dish. Overall, this is a good spot if you're craving fresh udon and want something warm and comforting. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other menu items. Until next time!

Spicy miso ramen: 9/10 Actually one of the better ramens I've had lately. The broth is creamier and isn't overpowering with chicken/beef flavor. The chashu was nice and tender as well. I really liked that their noodles were al dente and not too soft Deluxe mazemen: 8/10 Taking my first bite, I was instantly greeted with an explosion of umami. There's a LOT of flavor packed in this bowl and the noodles used are actually a bit thicker which is right up my alley. My only drawback on this dish was that I wished it came with some sort of veggies to cut through all the flavor. They also give you a small serving of rice at the end for you to mix into the bottom which was a nice addition Kurobota sausage: 7.5/10 We've recently been on a kurobota craze. To start it off, we ordered their specialty chicken karaage and it was very delicious. It has a nice crispy and crunchy texture. The batter on the chicken was good and once you bite it, the meat is juicy and tender. Doesn't really need dipping since it's so good. As for the Mazemen, we ordered the Deluxe and Veggie one, both is a 5/5. Very flavorful and it tastes just like ramen, but without the soup. The presentation of the dish looks like a work of art. Very picture pretty. I ate that shit up within ten minutes. After that they give you a scoop of rice so you can mix it up with the leftover sauce. Lots of umami for sure.
