Came here at 8:30. The store hours say they close at 10pm. The "open" sign is on but the front door is locked and no employees inside.

This location is extremely slowwww! They also get my order wrong most times or charge me incorrectly. Thank goodness they have great steak tacos through the drive thru or I wouldn't be back. The tacos are made to order and super fresh. They give you an abundance of onions, cilantro, onions, and grilled onions. It would be nice if the service was better but at least my go to option is tasty. read more

Pollo Regio is supposed to be a quick, low-cost fast food Mexican taco and chicken shop. One of their supposedly "benefits" for their dine-- in guests are the chips and salsa. This particular location ONLY consistently produced BURNT and SMASHED chips!!!! I means 4 out 5 visits will result in less than desirable chips. Totally unacceptable! read more

How do you manage to lose business during a quarantine. I did everything a customer should do on their end. Order online, paid online and even drove there to pick up at the "Target Time". I arrive and wait ten minutes.No big deal. Nobody behind the counter, no acknowledgement. I ask for my order, and I still proceed to wait 25 minutes after my target time. Even then, the employees didn't even care. So I love the food but I had to ask for a refund. Only reason I waited so long was because it was paid online. The food here isn't bad but I sure hope they get their act together. The place opened recently, within the past few months. Our favorite taco place closed so we thought we'd try this place for tacos. We walked in and it was empty. Great! Fast service! Nope. We waited for over 20 minutes for our order and then it come out wrong. A family walked in after us, their order was also incorrect. I cannot understand this if business is dead. The girl working the counter is young and not especially friendly or helpful and didn't seem very thrilled to be there. We went during one of our recent "arctic blasts" and the dining area inside was freezing...now as a New Yorker I can handle the cold but it had to be less than 55*F in the place. Perhaps the builders forgot the installation. We decided to take our food to go. We got al pastor tacos and the hubby had the beef.tacos and we added sides of rice and beans. I love that they have a bar with lots of salsas, chips, sauces and condiments. Be careful if you ask for an extra container for your to go salsa, the young girl will let you know it's not allowed. I'll go back for a second try because I liked the tacos. I just hope the service gets better and they turn on the heat this winter. read more

Glad we came in today. We enjoyed the chicken flautas, the carne asada, and the rice and beans. They have a complimentary chips and salsa bar--- really great fresh salsas and homemade crunchy chips. We also ordered grilled jalapeños and they were huge. We did not care for the burrito as it was too greasy and had too much cheese. When we arrived at about 1pm they said the mesquite grilled chicken would be a 20 minute wait. We were ok with that as that was the main reason we came in. However an hour later it was still not out. We went through the drive thru the other night and ordered a two-chicken meal. I asked the worker to switch one of the sides to something else and he got really rude. I told him that this was something I had regularly done in the past, and he responded "nah, man". After that, his tone became more disrespectful. Now, I have heard of poor customer service from this place before, but this is the first time I had personally experienced this. Never raised my voice once. When I got to the drive through window, I saw a picture of the chicken flautas meal for $7.99. When I got to the window to pay for meal I told the cashier that I did NOT want sour cream on the flautas. She went back to tell the cook ‍ who sent back fresh chicken flautas that were naked! They were on shredded lettuce and the chicken did NOT taste good.
