Came to Pony Cake after a afternoon in Boulder. We were looking for some good boba tea and Pony Cake did not disappoint. While not the best boba tea I have had, it was still solid, and the prices were reasonable. I was full, however the crepe cakes that they had in their case looked amazing. The service was a little slow, but they were busy and I didn't mind at all.

Went to pony boba tea after shopping in hmart and overall wasn't impressed. Maybe I got the wrong thing though. I got the mango boba smoothie and it definitely had an artificial taste. Next time I'd try the fruit tea. Staff was nice. There's seating indoors available.

My new favorite boba place because the service is always good here and quality of tea is always spot on. I like how I can ask for 50% sugar on my tea. There is a small area to sit and enjoy your choice drink. I like how it is inside the H mart supermarket. If you work up a sweat shopping reward yourself with a n refreshing cup of Boba at Pony Boba.

Lots of variety of desserts and cakes, and they are all delicious! Very extensive menu, including bubble tea. It is hard to come by delicious Mille crepe cakes, they do a great job! And the basque cheesecake is always a hit. Their custom cakes look great, will be sure to order one for the next celebration.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL VIBE. First time trying takoyaki and I was more than impressed! AMAZING VALUE TOO 10/10 RECOMMEND

Truth be told, it was later in the afternoon, and I actually went with tea instead of coffee that day, but from everything I saw, this place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their caffeine. The Barista was super friendly and the shop had a ton of space which I'm sure gets used all the time with Boulder being a college town. I do know, my buddy really enjoyed his coffee and next time we go back to this beautiful town, I will for sure be partaking in their coffee goodness. It really did have a great vibe and from what I can tell, it looks to be one of the more popular coffee spots in the city. Hope to visit again soon.

My barista was very nice and made good recommendations based on what I was looking for. The pumpkin spice flavor was great, overall what I expected. The outside looks small, but the interior is rather spacious with a lot tables for working on a laptop. The inside has 90s/early 2000s vibe with dim, ambience lighting. This is a super solid coffee spot that should be in your Boulder coffee rotation. Bonus - they offer goat milk as a milk alternative!

They had those little palmier pastries, the little u-shaped ones that are flakey and sweet. Ate it as I walked out the door. Possibly the best one I've ever had. The coffee was a dark roast. Exactly what you'd expect. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but it looked like a nice place to have a sip and a bite and conversation with a friend. Will I come back? Absolutely, the next time I'm in Boulder. Might be a while, but this place goes into the "Saved" folder.

We were foiled in our attempt to get coffee at The Dairy Center, but this spot was quite close. The shop is a bit crowded with lots of round tables and a small amount of counter seating facing the outside windows. There's a wall of bookshelves stocked with reading material. There's also some outside seating. The staff was friendly, but it seemed to take an extremely long time to make my girlfriend's latte. We were both tired and a bit cranky, so perhaps we were impatient. It actually took about six minutes to make that one drink, after checking my notes. Hmmm. I don't know what they do when they get busy. My girlfriend reported that her latte was fine, so I guess that's the conclusion. Pretty average.

We had to wait about 20 mins without a reservation on a weekday - im guessing weekends are busier. The menu is influenced from countries along the silk route and has a dish from various different countries. We tried the swedish svamptoast, malaysian sambal curry, indonesian peanut noodle, choo chee salmon. Everything was flavorful, a little spicy, good quantities and the value for money was also great - each dish was $20-$23 range which is great for such an ambience. We also tried their chai - which was lightly spiced and one of the black teas (pineapple chilli) - and these were delicious too! We had kids with us and they were super friendly and nice towards them and accommodating to menu changes based on preferences. Overall - highly recommend this place!

We were surprised to find it very crowded at 4pm when we visited. There's a small area at the front of the restaurant and a lot of folks were gathered there waiting for their tables. It took several minutes before the hostess checked us in and let us know it would be a few minute wait. A bit later we were guided to our seats. I appreciated that they took trouble to make it feel like a special experience - with white tablecloths, decor and the cutlery. They seemed a bit short staffed that day so our server was helping out many tables. He was very helpful in explaining the menu, though we did have to ask specifically to receive the full tea menu. We decided on a few teas to share - a spiced white chocolate white tea, rooibos chai, and a hibiscus cooler (iced and non-caffeinated). The spiced white chocolate was fantastic. I wasn't as much of a fan of the rooibos but if you like less sweet teas this is a good choice. The hibiscus cooler was delicious and refreshing, and I liked that they let us take it to go! Our amuse bouche came out first - a delicious pumpkin seed savory small soup and it was fantastic. We eagerly awaited our tea tower - and it certainly did not disappoint! We are still thinking about the delicious spinach and artichoke pinwheel with olive tapenade - it was our absolute favorite. The savory sandwiches were also delicious. We especially enjoyed the clotted cream and lemon curd with the scone, and the desserts were delectable. We were stuffed by the end of our teatime! Our server was very helpful and despite it being very busy, we felt taken care of. I think this is a very worthwhile experience - the tea, sweets, and savories are all delicious and definitely worth checking out!
