I went into the popeys location February 4th and ordered the 5 faves. 1 breast and 2 legs. Order should have been 5 dollars plus 2 biscuits. The cashier charged me 11.64 for a signature 3 piece. She seemed sleepy and busy yawning and she claimed she didn't hear me but there were no barriers for her not to hear me. Then she says I can't have 2 legs and a breast. Why not? Im spending my money..the manager is standing right there by the way and said nothing. So I asked for my money back and went to another popeyes out of my way to get what I wanted. There seems to be a problem with customer service at this location as everytime i come here, I end up leaving and going to another restaurant. The management needs to be replaced with management who cares about the customer. Without customers, your resturant will be out of business. I placed an order on the app with plenty of time for it to be ready. When I got there, I tried to show or tell the girl my number but she didn't seem to want to bother with me. Within five minutes, I could see my order was up, but she kept going around the others and putting those out and calling those numbers. She then put my order in a plastic bag instead of a paper one, like all the others, and then started taking counter.Orders without calling my number. Ordered food and got the wrong order. Took it back and was meet with argumentative cashier. Lady in back took my food and put it back into circulation and replaced it with what I ordered. The young lady who was working the drive thru on 03/06/24 at around 5:30 pm was very unprofessional. She would not allow me to recap my order and interrupted me throughout the entire process of making my order. She was not willing to assist and was not patient enough to listen and take my order properly. Because she was so rude, I ended up cancelling my entire order, I don't think you should spend your hard earned money on poor customer service. Especially when we have so many other options. Several times I have ordered from this location and despite giving them the opportunity to correct their mistakes they continue to make the same mistakes... Due to the COVID-19, we're able to make orders and have it delivered... Even when using Uber eats the outcome is the same. Ok, I ordered a 12-piece Handcrafted Tenders with 2 side orders of Cajun Fries with Biscuits. Simple order no? That's what I thought until the order was delivered. Instead of those delicious tenders we received 10 pieces of spicy chicken pieces that my kids were unable or/and unwilling to eat (chicken too spicy for a 8, 6 and 5 year old to eat). Finally got to taste the much anticipated sandwich everyone's been talking about. It was delicious , we went spicy and it was just as good as I new it would be. I went with the cole slaw instead of fries and was not happy, it must have been old the taste was not right. Popeyes has always been my favorite for fast food chicken joints. The service at this particular place was bad. They had a credit line and cash line. When someone complained what was taking so long the cashier finally took our order like we were bothering her while they were laughing and joking among themselves geesh there was only six people in front of us at most when we walked in the store and it took 20 minutes before they took our order! I am one of those who finds something wrong with a lot often but this time I am so pleased to say a fast food commercial actually was accurate. I saw an add on tv for the fish sandwich and I got in my car, drove there and was shocked how absolutely delicious it was! I took my time eating it because I did want it to end. The slightly spicy kick it had was the perfect pairing to the mild thick piece of fish. The breading and bun didn't overpower the sandwich and even the tarter sauce with pickles, which are usually not my favorite by far, were perfect. Clearly I'm not speechless or lack opinions which in this case I'm sure the company is happy about. I hope they keep it forever and will have it often. read more
