Since it was my first visit, I'll have to see how it goes next time too, but so far it fits my style perfectly. she smells so good, and especially the nails and paw pads were trimmed so neatly that it felt so satisfying. Her fur is very thin and gets tangled easily, and honestly, I hadn't been managing it well at all, so it was a complete mess. I don't know how they managed to cut it this nicely. I don't know what she did with my dog, but this is the worst pet grooming experience ever. Walked in and asked her to take good care of my dog, totally dismisses it. She continues to dismiss what I say and this is where I started to feel iffy leaving my dog with her. Very rude demeanor and untrustworthy. Then, I pick him up three hours later. He's usually very cheerful and happy when I pick him up from the groomers, but this time, he was so out of energy and wanted to get out QUICK. In the car, he wouldn't stop crying and wanted to come to me as close as possible. I look and see that he can't open his EYES. Are you kidding? It's been one day already and he's still not able to open his eyes. We will defintiely not be sending our dog back to this groomer. If you love your furry animal, I recommend you stay away and not give this person your business. Rude, stays on her high horse, and doesn't know how to treat your animal. Stay away at all costs. This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I could not have been happier with the service! They were so nice and did a great job on my daughter Gia! I took her after she spent the weekend with a friend who was watching her and did not realize she had fleas until I came to pick her up after being groomed. They do good work, but the customer service here is horrendous. I had been coming to Woori Pet for almost 3 years for my dog. It's a very clean, but cold environment. No hellos, no questions about what you want - they just take your dog in the back and call you when it's time to pick up. I've never had an issue since the cut was always decent, but a couple of months ago I accidentally missed an appointment and they berated me about how I missed 5 APPOINTMENTS?! Which was not true. I missed one other appointment a year prior and was very apologetic since they seemed to be upset when I called to reschedule. I remember telling myself I would not miss another appointment because of how they sounded on the phone which was very short and dismissive. So, after my SECOND missed appointment over a year later, I tried to reschedule and they told me I missed 5 appointments. Even after I pointed discrepancy seemed that they did not want my service anymore. At this point, I was fine with moving on to another salon because they never seemed like they wanted me there in the first place. Anyways, there are way better places in K-Town that offer the same look for a cheaper price and actually say "Hi" when you walk through the door. The lady does a GREAT job and she does it in a timely manner. I think it took her 3 - 4 hours to finish my dog and he has a lot of mates and hes not an easy dog to groom. Do not expect her to be the friendliest. I dont think shes mean but i think shes just not bubbly and the best at customer service, so don't take it to personal. Had visited this place last year for my puppies first grooming. Wasn't the best experience. The lady that works here or the the owner not sure but she just seemed very angry and wasn't the most pleasant. I asked her to cut my dog in a certain way and showed her multiple photos but when I picked her up she wasn't close to anything I asked her to do. The shop is very clean and well kept and when we entered, she had me fill out a form with his information as well as our information, which I found to be a very good sign. She communicated that my puppy had some matting and that I should brush him everyday. I called to inquire prices and the lady asked for the breed and size of my dog. I have a small pug that weighs 22 lbs and she said they only groom small dogs that are 18 lbs or less. Okay so...there's a bit of a story behind what happened here. For those of you who would freak out if your dogs cut was botched... read on. I have a long haired chihuahua/daschund/pom mix. She has gorgeous long fur and I'm very specific about making sure it's well cared for. Now this place is nice and clean, the lady at the front tried to be nice, and there is definitely a language barrier present. Now, I asked for them to SHAPE her ( which basically just means cutting her extra long fur to match her body shape) but the language barrier caused them to hear SHAVE. Yes...shave. I was pretty shocked when I picked her up to say the least. I didn't bother saying anything because there's already a language barrier and it's not like I can go back in time to have them put the fur back on. Luckily fur grows back. They did a great job though, just completely misheard me. That's the only reason why I'm not taking away more stars. But I am going to choose another place from now on. I'm putting a before and after to see the huge difference that occurred. read more

Took my 6 month old puppy for a haircut today. He got a bath, nail trimming, and an anal gland expression (there might be more that may be missing from the list). I asked for the teddy bear cut, and he looks great! The owner (a Korean lady) also explained that he was very unhappy with the brushing with a slicker brush and that I needed to get him used to brushing more. Rather than the usual "oh he was good," she was honest with my puppy's experience, which I really appreciated. The store is located on Olympic, so there's plenty of street parking. You can also park next to the dry cleaner if your trip is going to be short. For tips, make sure to tell them before they swipe your card! There isn't a line to write in your tip. read more

This place is excellent! I have been coming to Woori grooming services for the last 3 years. I'm writing a review now because I was reminded by looking at how stunning my dog looks! The groomers are sweet when you arrive. The space is fresh, neat, and pleasant. I really like how my dog gets to play around, behind the front desk, with other dogs when she is finished. You receive a phone call notifying you that your dog is done. When I arrive I always notice that my dog seems so happy. It is so important that the dog is not traumatized and scared! I've had a hard time finding a groomer who I truly trust. Woori has been my go to now for over a year. They do not open during the weekends so it's a little difficult for me to get my dogs in during the workweek but it's completely worth the trouble. Typically when I pick up my dogs from other groomers they come out panting and appear to be really stressed crawling up my neck, but at Woori I find them hanging out quietly with the other dogs. They were so good for a few times, but lately, whenever my dog went to this groomer, my dog had to go to the hospital. The first time, she(my dog) had to go because they accidentally cut the tip of my dog's ear. Okay. Maybe they made a mistake or my dog might turn her head too quickly. The second time when I went back, there was a little tiny cut that they never mentioned.... Maybe they didn't see this one. I tried to trust them again and went back. It seemed to be fine and my dog looked so happy. However, after a few days, she had a few bumps on her back. When I took her to the vet, he even asked me whether she went to grooming lately and told me that she got an infection on her back. So wow.. Horrible. I had I hoped for this groomer. This was a third time visiting this groomer and they had done a great job before. I walk in today for my dogs appt and they tell me that they must shave him off because the last time was too painful to untangle him. I was so shocked considering that I always ask how everything went after they groom him and all they would say is that he did great. Where did all this come from? Came here for my dog's grooming. My friend had recommended me this place because she had bad experiences with other places and couldn't emphasize how great they do their job. I adopted a dog roughly about a month ago and within the month he got his dental scaling, neutering, vaccines all done. A few days after he got his stitches removed I gave them a call. It was my first time ever getting a dog groomed and I didn't know anything. The workers were kind to walk me through everything over the phone. Two hours later I was at the groomers. The workers took extra care for my dog because he's scared of everything. They told me it usually takes two hours but they wanted the dog to feel safe and okay so they told me to come back in three hours or if they would sooner than anticipated they would call me. Two hours passed by and they called me telling me my boy was ready! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him I almost wouldn't have recognized if it weren't for him wagging his tail! He looked so adorable and smelled great. His coat was silky soft and he didn't look scared or stressed out like he was at the veterinarian. I'm so happy with the results and I could tell they really cared about him. I've gone to 3 Koreatown groomers and they've all botched my little malshi Komey! Komey's hair has finally grown out from the terrible shave she got from other Koreatown groomers months ago so I just wanted a simple wash- but Woori Pet reshaped her hair face, trimmed her nails and paws, trimmed around the butthole and made her look overall sooooo much cuter than she already was!!
