    "Sausage egg and cheese bagel"

$20+ dollars for this "sausage egg and cheese bagel" I need 33 more characters. This place isn't worth the effort. Avoid, and go try a different place in EWR.

The quality of the bagels at this store could be improved. I wanted a cinnamon bagel, but they didn't have one available. Additionally, the bagels are quite basic and lack toppings. We ordered an egg and cheese bagel; it wasn't the best, but it was okay. It is self-service, with only one person at the register while another cooks. However, the service was fast, and the place was very clean.

I expect to pay more for an airport, but it was such an annoying experience. There's kind of an employee around but they will only let you order from a touch screen. We asked how to add a water and she just said, "do it on the screen" and walked off even though we hadn't seen the option and she had been doing nothing. Then of course the kiosk asks to add a tip. A tip for who for doing what? We just got a water at a different store. They were out of plain bagels (?) so we had breakfast sandwiches on everything. It was fine, but it took a long time to get (luckily no line) and I'm amazed a bagel place would be out of plain bagels. The options were pretty limited in the area for a 7 am flight with food around 6 am, and the sandwich itself was okay but the rest of the experience wasn't.

Everything bagel with lox, bacon, egg, and cheese. Yummy!

I really don't know why this rating is so low and I'm glad I didn't look here before trying. They say airport food isn't good but I enjoyed my lox, bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It's a nice spot to sit, charge your laptop, and people watch. Service is very friendly and price is on par with airport food. Ignore the low rating and give this a shot.

What a crappy bagel! I ordered an everything with cream cheese. The bagel is mushy. The cream cheese is on one side, just a slight smear. Also, cutting it in half would be so helpful, especially when eating on a flight. Self check is fine and the guys preparing the bagels were friendly and helpful, I noticed a few people had questions and they did their best to help. Great employees, bad bagels.

Just had a egg, cheese and bagel. And it was literally the worst. The eggs had been sitting out for a bit it seems and no butter on the bagel. Also ordered a cinnamon raise and after the fact they told me they don't have any. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I'm honestly a little surprised at the overwhelmingly bad reviews -- is it the best bagel I've ever had? Definitely not. Is it overpriced? Yeah. Is it decent? Also no. But for airport food, it's pretty okay. I got a bacon egg and cheese for about $13 (.....) but the bacon was well cooked, cheese was melted, and the bagel itself was a little stale but not terrible.

This was a nice and hearty, bacon egg & cheese. I stopped here on my way to my gate, before boarding. The wait was only about 10 minutes and it was worth the wait! The slice of bacon on this bagel was THICK, and packed with flavor. The bagel itself was tasty, but not the best bagel I've ever had before, admittedly. As a Jersey Girl, I'd like to say that I've got some strong opinions on bagels! This bagel didn't have the right amount of bread to air ratio, and was heavy on the bread. The everything seasoning was still delicious though and in a pinch this is a great spot!

Pretty terrible, but I guess that's just on par for Newark. Bagel was worse than a generic frozen bagel. Which it likely was except they probably then let it sit out for a few days and put watery cream cheese on it. The staff was fast to serve and nice, but other thanspent the whole time yelling at each other across restaurant, it was very loud. It was a relief to hear as it blocked out the clubbing music blasting from the speaker system... at a bagel shop?

    Newark Airport at 5:30 am
    Sha G.

Well it was one of the few places open at this terminal at 5:30 am. The sign out front mentions 4:30 am but the lights were still off at 5:00 am. You can order via a QR code. Prices are double what you would pay outside of the airport. The bagel is not great but it's not Thomas store stuff. Staff brought the food out within 15 minutes. They were busy as soon as they opened. No ketchup or hot sauce was in the bag.

Everything bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese

Tf is this. One thing it's not is sundried tomato cream cheese on an untoasted everything bagel. It knew just how to piss me off even more after a 6am flight with a pathetic amount of schmear for $3.49. Should have gone to Dunkin downstairs

My husband ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk, rich and comforting, and my mom had a chai with oat milk. She enjoyed the flavor overall. Food-wise, my husband ordered the chorizo omelette and was very happy with it--hearty, well-seasoned, and satisfying. I had the salmon salad, which was delicious. The dressing was balanced and flavorful, the greens fresh, and the salmon was cooked and seasoned really well. I will note that the salmon portion was a bit smaller than what I'd seen in some Yelp photos, but the quality absolutely made up for it. My mom had the club sandwich, which was generously sized and filling. She also wasn't a fan of the soft-boiled egg that came with her dish, but that's more a personal preference--she's firmly in the "well-done only" camp. Our little one had eggs and fries and was clearly living her best life. A sweet highlight of the visit was when the owner kindly gave her a cookie on the house--such a small gesture, but it really made the experience feel warm and personal. The space itself feels like a true community gathering spot--comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into. It's a great place to work or linger, with free WiFi and a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to stay awhile. Overall, this spot feels cozy, thoughtfully run, and rooted in care. The food is well-prepared, the flavors are intentional, and the hospitality really stands out. We'd absolutely come back for brunch and a longer stay next time.

I ordered a latte and the chorizo omelette. The latte was smooth but the milk foam didn't quite blend in perfectly, and the art could be stronger. The chorizo in the omelette was really tasty and the potatoes were crispy and flavorful. But for me, there was too much cheese on top -- almost like eating a pizza! Great at first bite, but gets a bit heavy towards the end. Still, if you love quirky spaces and brunch plates that feel homemade, it's worth a stop.

We're dining in, is it too much of a hassle to give your customers actual silverware?? Got fish and grits. Potatoes, toast and eggs. Honestly, the only flavorful item on my plate was the potatoes and eggs. Was upcharged to add cheese to my grits, but the cheese never melted. Pre shredded bagged cheese is what they have on hand it seems. My husband ordered shrimp and grits and asked for a side of eggs, but that arrived 15 minutes after we all received our food. Not sure why it took so long so cook up 2 eggs for him. He was also disappointed in his brunch. It was obvious they used frozen bagged shrimp. Probably the 26-30/lb because the shrimp were really small and had the nerve to be overcooked. Workers just seemed disheveled. Not sure what happened to Vondas but it fell off for sure. First, the good -- fries traveled surprisingly well and still had snap. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich had solid flavor on first bite, and The X-Frango's size was generous enough to feel like you got your money's worth. But let's talk construction. The chicken sandwich came overloaded with coleslaw -- not the crisp, tangy kind, but the soggy, sliding-around sort that hijacks the texture of the whole thing. For a spot that bills itself as a craveable comfort fix, balance matters. The Mini Pudim? Cute in concept, but forgettable in execution. Because this was delivery, I'll cut a bit of slack -- texture always takes a hit in transit -- but for nearly $60, I expected more cohesion and less "eh." Would I Return? Not for delivery. I'd give them another shot in person, where crunch and heat can actually shine. Rating: TLDR: Snack Mania might scratch your fast-food itch, but if you're chasing comfort and quality, you're better off waiting 'til you can try it fresh off the line.
