Such delicious bagels!! I've been here several times now since grand opening. They have delicious bagels and cream cheese. The bagels are always warm which I am a big fan of! Crisp on the outside warm & soft on the inside! Perfection! The staff are always lovely and they always throw in extra bagels which is greatly appreciated!! They have Plain, salt, everything, sesame and poppy seed bagels. If you haven't tried these incredible bagels you must!

Popup Bagel is so deliciously addicting! I was so skeptical of the idea of ripping and dipping your bagel, but honestly it's genius. The bagels are always hot and fresh when you get them. It is unfortunate you can't just get 1-2 bagels with a small side of cream cheese - you have to commit or have people with you to share this with because it's best eaten fresh. The inside is decorated neat, but not many options for seating. Customer service is A+ Can't wait to come again!

Love this place! I first visited in New York, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. The bagels were always fresh and the spreads packed with flavor. The service has always been friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting--perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed hangout. I'm so happy there's now a location in Tampa!

I heard about Popup Bagels from Yelp and decided to stop by for bagels and coffee on a Sunday morning while dropping family off at the airport. I parked in front of the store and ordered a 3-pack with specialty schmier and hot drip coffee. I received my order of bagels and coffee and headed home. At home, we enjoyed the bagels with their delicious and well-made schimer. They were a great way to start the day for breakfast.

    Everything fresh from the oven!!!

Amazing atmosphere gorgeous clean little shop. The vibe in here is fun. The bagels are boiled. They're amazing. You can't do better.!!!

This review is for the new Carrollwood location. So glad it's open. It's a little closer to Wesley Chapel and well worth the drive. I've been thinking about these bagels since my first trip to South Tampa. So yes.... I am one happy girl. I stuck with the Scallion smear. I am not very adventurous so I am not ready to try any of the other smears yet. I am sure I will. I do have my eye on one. For my bagel selection I got the 6 pack. 4 plain and 2 salt. I plan on making my husband a bagel sandwich with one of the plain. I am sure he will love it smeared with the Scallion smear. We are both definitely hooked on PopUp Bagels.

Bagels for the house and office. Please consider allowing customers to purchase 3 or more! We are a family of 4!!!

We have been enjoying Popup Bagels since their grand opening! My husband always picks up our bagels early in the morning when they first open to avoid the lines. The bagels are the best I have had in South Tampa after living in the area for the past 25 years. The bagels are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and the everything bagels are covered in tons of everything seasoning and flakey salt. They also sell a great jalapeño butter, but I prefer their whipped cream cheese. The shop is small so we always get our bagels and cream cheese to go.

Warmest bagels in Tampa. I'm in love. All I need is the Lox. IYKYK! Pop Up Bagel has a nice variety but my fav is the Salt bagel. Maybe because they were fresh out of the oven as I arrived. -I'm told the Everything Bagel is the most popular as you see featured below, but I'm often times the literal black sheep & that's okay!! Now that you know I've been here, guess who will be back.

You had me at New York bagels. And the quality verified such. Fresh. Fluffy inside. Warm and flavorful is what comes to mind when describing their bagels. Plain, everything, sesame and salt are your bagel options with cream cheese coming in your standard plain and scallion traditional flavors while offering seasonal flavors. They conveniently offer a pick up window outside on the side of the building for online orders making ordering ahead worth being proactive as the inside can get slammed. If not ordering ahead, step to the counter to place your order and listen for your name to be called. Simple, quick and easy process. Parking is limited in front of the building so be sure to drive around back for additional parking spaces. There is also limited seating to dine indoor with two high table tops inside and two outside. They are new to the Tampa area and Florida in general. The price is giving New York -- $21 for 6 bagels + schmear. Absolutely worth the drive from St. Pete.

Time to see what the hype is about

Popup Bagels is worth the hype! The smell when you walk in is so tantalizing. I went early in the morning so there was no line and I had my order immediately taken and given to me. There is an area on the side of the of the building for online order pickup. I opted for the 3 pack (everything, plain and salt bagels) with the vegan cream cheese. I made my usual avocado on the everything bagel and it was delicious. Soft, hot and very flavorful bagels. Although I made a mess with the everything bagel toppings. Please note: Consider going early because PopUp Bagel's storefront is on a very busy street with a small parking lot so it can be difficult getting in and out at peak times.

I had never been a big bagel lover because I always felt like the bread was too chewy and then when you warm it up or toast it it's too crusty and crunchy. But pop-up bagels have changed my mind on that. The bagels were very flavorful and came out fresh and hot and they put them in the bag while they were steaming. I had the salt, sesame and everything bagel. The staff told me salt was the best and i should've got all salt bagels. But I'll be back for more! The staff was nice , friendly and lively. The shop was open, clean and inviting. The only downfall is , is i got the horseradish butter but i didn't taste any horseradish in it. Which was a bummer. It taste more like a garlic butter P.S i made my own egg and cheese breakfast bagel out of one. And it was soooo good

Everyone has been ranting and raving about PopUp Bagels and at first I was hesitant. I could not imagine bagels being that good. When they first opened there were probably a hundred people in line wrapped around the building. I finally went on Saturday and luckily it was not a long wait. We got everything, plain, and salt bagels. This week we tried the mac and cheese cream cheese and the truffle cream cheese. Please bring back the truffle cream cheese because it was insane. I am not a big fan of Crumbl Cookies but this is something I can get behind. The bagels are light and fluffy and you rip and dip into the cream cheese which I love. I am dying to go back just to try more. I only wish they did not close at 3 because I would totally stop by after work. The staff was nice and quick. I do wish the parking was better but overall it was absolutely worth the hype.

Nice spot for a quick bagel breakfast. The bagels here are very good. However, it's very basic and simple- not many options. No sandwiches, just bagels and maybe 5 schemers. I don't eat dairy so I am limited to their 1 vegan cream cheese. It takes away a little of the fun not having a cup of schemer to dip the bagel in. The bagels also are very small and you have to get them in packs of at least 3 I believe. If I was in the area again I would come back, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

The inside is very spacious and whimsically decorated with a few different seating options: regular table and chairs but also couch/loveseats with tables and chairs. Our server was attentive and friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu and the plentiful gluten free options/swaps (they have gluten free bread). For brunch, we ordered deviled eggs, whipped feta, lobster Benedict, sweet potato hash, and the fish amandine. Everything was excellent. The fried oyster on the deviled eggs was inventive and super tasty. The whipped feta has pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top which made for a yummy sweet and savory bite. Hubbys sweet potato hash was flavorful and filling. The lobster bennys had quite a bit of lobster and the old bay hollandaise sauce was perfection. The fresh fish amandine was yellowtail snapper that came out with a beautifully crispy skin, a delicious brown butter almond sauce and sautéed green beans. This place was a hit for all of us and we cannot wait to go back again, even to try supper too!

Overall, I'm very happy that this place is at Armature Works…read more I like to try to eat healthy when I'm out and about and also eat high protein, I found my options at Armature Works is kind of limited based on these two criteria. I'm glad Graze exists, because I feel like they have quite a few options that meet what I'm looking for. This time I got a kale Caesar with blackened Ahi tuna on it. The Ahi tuna was absolutely delicious. I found the kale Caesar had a bit too much sauce, it tasted extra cheesy to me, so I think this Caesar sauce which is homemade has quite a bit of cheese in it for those of you who may not be big cheese fans. What would have made this five stars is if it had less sauce, so next time I might ask for the dressing on the side so I can control putting it on myself. I appreciate that they text you when your order is ready so you can walk around, I was able to go back to my table and sit with the family until my order was ready. Some of the stalls do not open until 11 AM, but Graze opens before that, probably because they have breakfast options. If you're looking for a healthy place at Armature Works, I would highly recommend here.
