The Shamrock Bagel with Banana Pie Cream Cheese was a standout. The bagel itself is more about the St. Patrick's Day look, but the cream cheese was incredible. Disappointing Experience…read more Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Nook was pretty disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the overall operation seemed disorganized. There didn't appear to be much coordination between the staff, which resulted in a long wait for a relatively simple order. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of organization made the experience frustrating. Hopefully, management can improve the workflow and communication so customers aren't left waiting unnecessarily.

Uber credited me for the missing food, However, if I want to eat a lunch containing protein, I have to place a new order from a new restaurant and paid all the delivery fees and the gratuity and the Service fee.
