Porcelanosa had the best dimensions of a bathroom vanity that I needed for my home and I desperately needed to buy it. I contacted the store this morning and spoke to a sales associate named Jessica. She emailed me with many other options for the vanity and sink base, and I narrowed it down to a handful of them. She graciously emailed me back with color options and pricing. I drove to the store 10 minutes before closing, met Jessica, looked at the vanities in-person, and made my purchase. Jessica even stayed after hours an extra 20 minutes to close out my order. I was fortunate to have a good experience at Porcelanosa in San Jose. While I can see that some of the sales person don't seem to care about their customers.. in the sense that the seem not wanting to engage, I was fortunate that my sales guy, August, was awesome. First, the show room was really well decorated and provide inspiration for my bathroom. We went there twice and the 2nd time order the tiles. The process was not as straight forward because of the number of selections but August help identify issues and made my experience easy. I had to custom order the floor tile from Italy (?) because they did not have in stock and that took about 6 weeks. Fortunately my contractor was able to reschedule so it worked out. I took advantage of the once a year sale too. August was prompt to let me know the tiles came in and I waited 4 weeks before my contractor picked them up. August had no issues with that. When it was time to pick up, all I needed was to give him 2 days heads up. The tile was very high quality, and beautiful. When I do my master bathroom, I will definitely go back and definitely talk to August again. read more

This is a very busy store that displays and carries high-end materials. They have a great QR code check-in system to put you in a queue to speak to a Design Consultant. We felt very fortunate to have Jessica J. assist us. We had selected a porcelain slab we liked, but needed suggestions for the shower and bathroom floor material to match. Jessica wasted no time in showing us great options. She walked us to different displays to show us options, as well as open drawers of samples of smaller-format tile for the shower floor. Jessica knew exactly where everything was located and displayed in the store. She also had a good sense of the current inventory of items, so she didn't show us choices that were backordered. After narrowing down our choices, Jessica brought the large samples of the shower floor and bathroom tile to lay next to the porcelain slab on display to see how they looked together. Jessica then wrote up a quote, but gave us small samples to take home before deciding. She said that every bathroom has its own lighting situation that differs from what we see in the store. She was right, as we liked a floor tile that was one shade lighter in our bathroom (a sample of which she also provided). The order was changed right away over email, and we completed the purchase. We had an excellent experience with Porcelanosa and highly recommend seeing Jessica if you want a similar experience. read more

Have to wait for months to get replacement parts because they come from Spain, and sometimes they just leave you high and dry and say they don't have replacement parts and can't find another manufacturer that supplies a compatible part, so you're stuck with a non-usable product! So dating myself, but if you are looking for a Lifestyles of Rich and Famous or MTV Cribs bathroom, this is the place for you. Its a decent sized showroom with multiple mocked up bathrooms and a smaller kitchen areas. The fixtures are really top of the line and everything is high end. What I really appreciated was the staff. We live in a small Eichler (Mid Century Modern) home so our changes have to be well planned and it takes us alot of time to distill down choices. The staff here is friendly but unobtrusive. Purchased tile from here for my kitchen floor about 2 years ago. I was hesitant at first due to the price, but very pleased with the quality and look afterwards. They are holding up nicely. At the time of purchase, I had it delivered for an extra charge. I'm glad I did, as my order with the grout was delivered on a pallet and was solidly wrapped up. Extremely poor customer service! We went in and no one even bothered to say hello or ask us if we needed anything. There were multiple sales associates sitting at their desks but they didn't even bother to check in or ask us if we needed anything. We weren't even told one had to scan in their QR system to get help from a sales associate! After 20 mins of wandering around we then also finalized what we wanted to buy. We went to the front desk to ask for help but were told we needs to scan the QR code and wait for assistance! We did that and waited for another 30 mins and still no one showed up to help! Even after telling a couple of sales associates that we knew exactly what we wanted to buy we were still totally ignored! We finally left after wasting an entire hour and half! I'm never recommending this place nor ever coming back here again. There are multiple stores around this place that are so much more crowded but the sales associates are so much nicer ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Honest to God trying to save anyone thinking of using this company the money, time and energy. We unfortunately chose their tile for our bathroom remodel that started July 24, 2025, it is now September 8, 2025 and we have still not finished our bathroom remodel because of multiple errors from Porcelanosa. They have sent us the wrong tile not once but TWICE! A project that was supposed to be a 10 day project is now quickly approaching two months. The floor tiles they have look NOTHING like what they send you so if you do happen to order from them, I can't stress this enough DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR TILE!!! They send me the wrong tile and unfortunately for me I was not home when the tile was installed. As soon as I noticed it was the wrong tile we contacted Porcelanosa which was no easy feat. They avoid you at all costs NOT ONCE did the sales representative return my calls or messages and the only reason we were able to get some answers and a new order of tile sent was because the company we ordered thru threatened to no longer carry or sell their tile at their business. A second batch of tile was sent and once again it arrived and the quality and color was not the same, they finally said they no longer had the tile I had chosen and said we could keep the WRONG tile they sent or we could return it and they would give us all but 25% of our money back. Explain to me how a company thinks they can give me NOTHING but keep 25% of my money?!?!!! Especially when they have made mistakes that are now costing me an additional $4000 to repair the walls that had to have the first tile ripped off of! They do not take any responsibility nor do they do what an honest company would do- replace the tile and cover the additional cost that resulted from them sending the wrong tiles twice. This whole project has been a nightmare and their horrendous customer service and product quality issues/mistakes have cost us greatly. I will be taking them to small claims court because I have all the proof and receipts to show that this business is unprofessional and a joke. Not only do I have pictures showing the two different tiles that they sent trying to pass off for the one that I chose, but I also have proof that the numbers on the tile are not the same. This company not once contacted me and from what I was shown, they also did not do a great job at working with the company that sells their tile. I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. 1) The staff in the store were somewhat rude and mostly ignorant of their own products. you are better off doing your own research, we were mislead multiple times talking to their staff 2) Kiron, the product they sold us is much less attractive than Corian when trying to do kitchen countertops. Kiron looks like cheap plastic compared to Corian. 3) the installers they work with are terrible, and Porcelanosa will not stand by their work OR by the product they sold you. basically no support what so ever. In short - do what you can to avoid this company, look for smaller shops with knowledgeable staff that are in it for the long run and will not leave you high and dry read more

We reformed our kitchen and living room for our Eichler house. The first thing we decided was going on tiles and we went to Porcelanosa. We got Butan bone with A good deal on last year's Thanksgiving promotions. We got our products around July right before our renovation. I wanted my area look airy but not too sterile, approached simple But caution because it was a big change from the solid wood floor to bright tiles. Ms. Kanoe helped us well! Vanities are very low quality and should not be used in bathrooms. Ours started to fall apart in a few years. The drawers are made of laminated MDF, and unlike our kitchen the laminate isn't sealed well enough. As a result, moisture seeps in and the MDF expands. The vanity now looks terrible, and more importantly, they refuse to replace it under warranty saying that they think "it was standing water" and the vanities are water resistant but not water proof. Clearly they are not water resistant, as you can see in the photos. They won't last more than a few years in a residential bathroom. read more

We happened to come in during the Winter event at Porcelanosa. We loved the porcelain slab so much, we knew we had to get it for the remodeling of our bathroom. August helped us all throughout the buying process. August helped us picking out the tiles for the flooring, the epoxy grout to go with the tiles as well. We couldn't start the project right away since we were still trying to find the right contractor for the project. After we talked with a few contractors and could not find the perfect fit for us, August stepped in to connect us with Marblus Granite & Tiles (who did an amazing renovation of the bathroom for us)! We ended up buying four (4) slabs from Porcelanosa and the buying process was so smooth as I did not have to go back to the showroom since August sent the payment link to me to process remotely. Today, I am in a bind to get another tub of the white epoxy. I called in and reached Sara. Sara was courteous and thorough as well. Sara checked with the warehouse to ensure that I can pick up the grout. She followed up with the payment link, then a voicemail to let me know when to stop by to get the epoxy grout. Another thing that is true for most of the products we looked at is that they are special order so you have to plan ahead sometimes several months to get them and you will prepay for it. This San Jose Porcelanosa on Brokaw Road is the most extensive one I have been to. It is helpful to see so many of their products out where we can touch and see them coupled with other materials. However, the best part of my experience has been working with Desiree Desimone. From the get go, she was efficient and communicative.
