I love Porky's Pizza!! Their garlic knots are the best along with the salad and Margarita pizza!

I picked up pizza from this Porky's location only to find the kitchen dirty!!! Lettuce and cheese on the floor. Pizza prepping table was dirty with rags and boxes on the same table they prepare the pizza. Also, two employees were eating in the kitchen next to the pizzas being prepared. Unsanitary conditions in the kitchen. I highly recommend you order from another Porky's. Glad I made a pickup this time. Not ordering from this place again! read more

This has to be the worst customer service ever. Two weeks ago I order a family special, xl pepperoni pizza with the cheese blanket, Cesar salad and garlic bread. When the food arrived the pizza was on point delicious. The Caesar salad was the worst ! The lettuce was brown and wilted with water dripping from it, it looked more like soup. The garlic knots were doughy not even cooked through. The next day I call to complain and was told my the manager to return and I would get the items free that were uneatable.... so I did, two weeks later today I call to get what was promised by store manager to be told he never wrote my name down and they don't know what I'm talking about. This pissed me off!! I spent over $50.00 bucks to get wilted lettuce with water drippings, uncooked dough and a company that lies to it customers. The only reason I gave a star is because it didn't have a logo with a donkey and me kicking it in the ass. This Porky's is horrible..... warning stay away! read more

The pizza and salads are not bad but the service was horrible. When I placed my order there was a bunch of people yelling "What the hell??" and "Shut up!" in the background and laughing. I couldn't even hear the person taking my order! Once I spoke to the manager Juan, he apologized. It was very rude and made me want to not eat there ever again! My first and maybe my last time at this location. Ordered on line. Very difficult as I didn't get what I expected - half and half thin crust. What I got was pepperoni all around and normal crust. The ticket clearly said thin crust. Greeted by a young teenage girl with no enthusiasm whatsoever. I commented that she looked mad. She replied that she was tired. Someone needs to do training with the staff. The pizza was ordered well done, not burnt, which it was. Well done in my book means brown, not burnt. Food handling is not up to today's standards. Food handling by the preparers was NOT with use of food handling gloves. Big no no. They had posted the Health dept. rating of "A" but it doesn't look like they qualified. Yes, I'm a former safety and food handling consultant. Not sure that I will return. Too much competition in the pizza business to lose customers. read more

Lengthy delivery time. It took an hour for the pizza when they quoted 40 minutes. The pizza was pretty delicious. Ordered the sweet and spicy which had some awesome fresh ingredients. I also ordered wings. They were meaty and tasty, they need a little more spice and crunch. Overall pretty damn good. read more

We've always had a great experience with Porky's. Got introduced to them with the Anaheim Hills location in 2009 when we lived there. I've used the one in Placentia for lunch when I worked in Fullerton & Diamond Bar. Then we moved to Lake Hills and used the location at Corona Hills. Now we use the Corona location off Ontario. Garlic knots are to die for and the wings are juicy and meaty!! The pizza can be hit or miss. The family deal is great for large gatherings! This is what has kept us coming back to Porky's for 6 years now. So tonight we thought we would order wings and knots after arriving home from vacation. I called in, they verified my number and address. Asked the usual question of pick-up or delivery? We chose delivery on this order, and placed it. 10 minutes after placing the order, they called me back and stated they could not deliver and canceling the order. Ok, you have a right to make that business decision to not deliver, but to simply cancel the order and not offer for myself to pick it up? I have had prior orders delivered, why not this time? What ever reason they have, no problem. I now get to make a customer decision.....buh bye! read more

Disgusting! I LOVE the Porky's in Anaheim Hills and this one is just total crap. I have never had a good anything from this place. The last and I do mean the LAST time we ordered garlic knots and a med pizza. The garlic knots were half cooked and so the oil from the garlic butter soaked into the raw dough and was a disgusting mess. The pizza was also half cooked. It all went into the trash. Literally a bite out of each. They gave us credit for just the garlic knots. Such a total rip off. Will never give them the business again. read more

We used to go to the Anaheim hills location and loved it and when we moved to corona we were excited there was one here too. We've given this location a few tries and it's just not up to par. This last time, we ordered a large pizza and garlic knots and it took an hour and a half to get here on a Monday at 5 when they are only a few miles away! Then the pizza was cold and yet somehow the garlic knots weren't even cooked all the way through! Just gross. Plus their customer service sucked. Will have to find a new pizza place. read more

Great pizza and even friendlier staff. I have been in there for pick up rather than delivery a couple times and They always remember me. I love the amount of toppings they throw on ur pizza. they're normal toppings are equivalent to triple at a Papa johns or a Pizza hut. they're sausage is also fresh and delicious! Couldn't have been less impressed with my order. My wife placed an order for pick up, they told her 25 mins... I was there within 15 bc I was on my way home from work. When I got there I expected to wait a few mins which I had no problem with, instead they had my pizza ready and waiting for me. I was pleasantly surprised. When I got home (I live less than 2 miles from the location) I opened the box to find a pizza that looked like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes. We had to microwave it to get it to an appropriate temperature. If I wanted a "hot and ready" I would have hit up the little caesars down the street... At least that would have been an appropriate price for the product. read more

There is nothing like getting ripped off on toppings and overpriced pizza. Ordered my pizza well done and it was white on the bottom. Paid for 2 toppings and got a half ass double pepperoni. There is a reason why I don't order from cheap pizzas places like dominoes and Pizza Hut, but I guess I should of ordered from Pizza Hut and saved myself some money. From now on I guess I will go 2 pieology or twisted grommet, at least they know how 2 top and cook a pizza. Just sucks because I had higher hopes for a local place that delivered. Today was my first time eating Porky's Pizza in Corona, and let me just say- what a joke! I grew up on Porky's Pizza in Anaheim Hills (before moving to Corona recently), and it was, without a doubt, my favorite pizza delivery place within 25 miles. The Porky's in Corona, however, should be ashamed to even associate itself with the Porky's in Anaheim: under cooked pizza dough, they completely skimped on the pizza sauce, and the garlic knots (my favorite side/appetizer at Porky's in Anaheim) were not even EDIBLE... they were completely soggy and falling apart. I'm literally still gagging from the two that I ate before throwing them all away. The food was so foul that I just made this Yelp account to write the first and ONLY review I've ever posted online because that's how angry I am that I gave them any business. I ordered a half double peppeoni, half pepperoni pinapple and some garlic knots. The pizza was great as always, although i would reccomend asking for it well done if you like a crispier crust. Also i would have to say the knots are better at the other Porky's in Corona. I have no idea what these people are talking about. I have been ordering from Porky's for years and have never had an experience like theirs. This is my favorite pizza place not only because of the friendly, helpful staff, but because i always get my pizza on time and consistently tasting great. It is a bit more expensive but i would say it's well worth it. They quoted me 40-45 minutes which is the same time they always do unless really buisy, so i was pleasantly surprised to have my pizza arrive in about 30 minutes. I went in to get garlic knots because they're the bomb... but that's it... my wife wanted to try the pizza... we got talked into buying the extra large because there was some kind of carryout special..not 20bucks for a pizza ..come on... all the employees there were little kids... look like a daycare... I was so hungry for waiting for the pizza... i ate 2 slices before I realize that it was undercooked.. very dougie... I am writing this review hopong the owner reads this. I agree with previous reviews that pizza is hit or miss. Most often pizza is great. My complaint today is about workers and wings. These guys are rude never greet or say hi. Got home and my wings looked more like garlic knots with buffalo sauce. They were chunks of balls maybe 2 good wings rest were foreign parts. Pissed me off. Another issue I have are these guys handling cash then making pizza with no gloves. Owner please have your guys wear gloves to make pizzas. Very unhappy today. read more

Ordered a pizza, chicken wings and an antipasto salad online, for pickup at 3:30pm on Monday - April 20. Picked it up, brought it home and cried.They must have made the order last week Thursday. The salad container held 1/2 cup of water, the lettuce was so trashed it was transparent and the toppings were meager. The pizza's outer crust was a golden brown, but the other 90% was uncooked dough. There was very little cheese or toppings and it had not been in the oven long enough to crisp the toppings or melt the cheese. The chicken wings looked appealing, but were dry. It appears these wings were from elderly laying hens in Norco that were processed in China, shipped on a slow boat half-frozen to Long Beach, before being delivered a year ago to Porky's. Well I gave them a chance, actually about 5 chances and they are consistently bad. I used to go to the one in Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda. They had the best pizza and garlic knots I have ever had. Since I moved to Corona I have had the misfortune of receiving substandard leftovers from the store on 1240 E Ontario Ave. I called to find out why my garlic knots were always so soggy and gross, it turns out they cook them early in the day and reheat them as people place their orders. If I wanted wanted leftovers I would raid my own fridge. Reheated knots?????? Gross! The Anaheim hills store makes them fresh to order and has the right amount of garlic and sauce. The Corona store uses some sort of nasty, overpowering garlic and you cant even choke them down. I thought maybe it was just that I was too far away so I went to pick up my food the other day and I received the same nasty food as always. It is truly disappointing to me that I have to drive all the way back to Anaheim hills if I want good pizza/knots. I spoke to Keith who originally referred me back to the manager but then came on the line saying he was the "manager". I told him about my experiences with the knots and he told me they reheated them rather than baking them fresh for each order. Then he proceeded to tell me that no one else had complained about them, clearly he hasn't looked at Yelp. I told him they are probably losing a ton of business because other people have gotten the food and hated it, never to return or complain. He really didn't care, he said they are independently owned and can do what they want, they don't have to prepare the food (properly) like the other stores. I asked to speak with the owner and he said he would have the owner call me. Three days later and I have yet to hear from them. I guess this owner of Porky's makes more than enough money so he doesn't have to address the concerns of their customers. Many of the Yelp reviews show people have gotten terrible food and little has been done to fix it. I feel that if I am going to pay more for my food, it should be fresh and made out of good ingredients. This place is pretty flaky. The pizza is okay but the service is terrible. Called tonight to order some a few pizzas and wings for a party. The lady on the phone said "oh we quit delivering to your area months ago." That's interesting because I literally just saw them deliver to my neighbors house yesterday. Well, let me start by saying I have had Porky's at the Corona Ontario location many times. It proved better than Papa Johns, Pizza Hut and any other pizza place close to my home. That was until I watched them make a portion of my order. I always get extra fixings on my salad, which by the way are a nice portion. Well, this time they forgot to make my salad and I watched the guy go from the register to the back of the place. I did not see him wash is hands. He then moved the container full of salad to the counter to add the other toppings and then the phone rang. He proceeded to leave my salad there and answer the grungy phone. A second guy came from the back and proceeded to finish my salad. Did I mention none of the food prep guys wear gloves?! The phone guy then went back to my salad prep and proceeded to pat it down with his nasty hands to fit the container. Hands that were just touching the grungy phone. I will NEVER order from them again. The location has a A rating but based on this practice they do not deserve it!!! UGH!!! AND... the wings that use to be a nice size and full of flavor are now too hot and seem to have been affected by a mega shrink ray gun :( read more
