It's sad honestly, this place is going downhill. Food wise, they are still great but it seems like every time we come, our pizza is never ready when they say it will be and we end up having to wait 15-20 minutes or more. I totally get that it takes time, but when you can an hour before you pick-up and are told to be there at a specific time, and then have to sit inside and wait another 20 minutes, it's just not a good customer service experience at all. I honestly think management is lacking. A lot of the employee's just stand around talking instead of moving and getting things done. If it wasn't for that prob would of not tried them. First impression when ordering, the gal was soo sweet and took our order promply( even when my cell ph was sketchy). We've been ordering from Porky's for years now, and they are yet to disappoint. The "Hot and Sweet" pizza is our go-to, it's got a great balance of sweet and spicy. They always have delivered in a timely manner, and it's never too long of a wait. We've tried a number of different pizza joints in Corona, and this is a great all around place. Very disappointed with our experience overall. We called in for pickup for 1 pizza, salad and garlic knots. We were told 30 mins. By the time we got our food, it was an hour and a half later. We live just down the street and started eating right away after a long day of traveling, we were really hungry. The crust and cheese were cooked, but the toppings on the pizza were basically raw (peppers, onions, olives etc). It made the whole pizza cold because I don't think the veggies were cooked at all. I had heard so much about this pizza when i moved to corona. I was so anxious to try it. When we finally did it was awful! I have tried many others here in corona and this is by far the most awful. Best PIZZA in Corona, my family and I have been coming here for about 5 yrs. I only wish this place was a sit down restuarant, they offer pick up and delivery service. I am a big fan of Porkys Pizza. I frequently order from our Porkys here in Yorba Linda on Santa Ana Canyon. Never really had any issues that could not be fixed. They definitely get a 5 Star from me! However, while visiting family in Corona we ordered from this establishment and it was SO different from we normally get! 1st pizza was a porkys special w/pineapple and Cheese Blanket. It was overwhelmed with olives, had no pineapple and had what appeared to be leaves of basil. Needless to say the cheese Blanket was not holding on the ingredients as it normally would I. I did not try the other pizza's bought but the family seemed to enjoy it, being their 1st time ordering from Porkys they had nothing to compare it too. Wings were delicious, garlic knots were nothing like we normally get from the Yorba Linda location. Pretty disappointed after spending close to $100.00. To top it off deliver took more than 90 minutes. We had to call and they said it was just leaving their place. I get it, dealing with Covid-19, expect delays. But really?? More than 90 minutes??? I will not be ordering from this place again, pretty disappointed. However, we won't hesitate from ordering from Porkys in Yorba Linda. read more

I've been eating porky's for about 8-10 years I've had great pizza and I've had crappy pizzas, kind of a hit and miss kind of thing, lately the pizzas have been the bomb, but today to my surprise I ordered for a pickup instead of delivery, I walked in and nobody said a word to me not even an acknowledgement, but the first words out of an employees mouth when a delivery driver walked in was did you get stiffed.. like no tip ... so at this point I do make a comment on that, but still nobody says anything to me .. so at this point I tell them my name and to cancel order .. Read a lot of positive reviews so we decided to to try and that shit was just ok. the crust which is the most important part to me tasted rubbery. My wife didn't like the sauce. Horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza for delivery and was quoted 45 mins - 1 hr. After 1 1/2 hrs my pizza still hadn't arrived so I called to see what the delay was. Their phone was busy so I called back multiple times over the next 20 mins and it was still busy. Turns out they took their phone off the hook. 2 hrs later my pizza arrived with no explanation or apology for the delay. So I been a Porkys fan forever. Over the last year i been getting worse and worse pizzas. at first I thought it was just a new employee or a fluke. But The last 3-4 times it really has sucked. My kids used to like the pepperoni and now they don't even want to finish one piece. The sweet and spicy was neither sweet or spicy. The quality has gone down hill. Something changed. I called last night to order my pizza at 6:08 by 8 the pizza still hadn't come so I called back and the girl who answered Said they didn't have my order. Was I sure I ordered it. Whattt?? I told her what my total was supposed to be, gave her my address and phone number to look it up and noting. Not once did she ask the other gal working if she had taken my order. I've ordered plenty of times from this porky's I have to say customer service is great. They are always so friendly on the phone and when they deliver. Once I ordered ham and pineapple pizza and the pizza came out as pepperoni and pineapple when I called them they quickly responded by offering me a free pizza that same day or I can save it for another time. I think they handled it perfectly. The pizza is delicious me and my husband love it. I love the garlic knots but I had no idea that they have cinnamon knots. I have to try these next time. read more

Porky's has been our go to pizza spot for 7 years and they never disappoint. The staff is always on point and we love to get the $14.99 extra large pizza (when you pick it up). They are a good ole' fashioned pizza joint. Just get a pepperoni, keep it simple, and enjoy your pizza pie! In regards to the pizza quality, it always seems to be made with the freshest ingredients and I have never had a bad pizza from there. Our favorite part of their pizza is their sauce. It has a great flavor and a slight kick of spice (i would guess cayenne). The crust and the pepperonis are equally as good. If you are a pizza geek like myself, I encourage you to try Porkys. I have ordered from Porky's on Ontario in Corona plenty of times. They have delivered to my address over 5 times. I have called in the order and they delivered as well as ordered online and had it delivered. I just placed an order for a pizza and wings for delivery online. Order went through and 3 minutes later a guy calls me to tell me that I'm out of their delivery range?! I'm seriously like you have delivered to me more than a couple times so when did I become out of your range? I'm literally 4.3 miles away. He said you have always been out of range just that someone let your order pass. I asked to speak to the Main mgr which he said there is just a mgrs. I asked for the head one.. So he passed me to another guy who blamed the previous orders on their online system messing up and letting the order pass. I told him I have called in & ordered online and the order was delivered. He blamed that on his YOUNGER EMPLOYEES NOT KNOWING ANY BETTER!! Are you serious!! NO ONE HAS EVER TOLD ME IM OUT OF RANGE. He states that Border Ave is their cut off range. My husband loves this place, we love the Parmesan crust option on the pizza. It is a little pricey however, the service is good.

First time ordering from them, used DoorDash. Pizza arrived and it was not what we ordered, it was suppose to be a veggie pizza as we are vegetarian and it had ham on it. Attempted to take it off and still eat it, but it was beneath everything else and the taste and smell was overwhelming so was unable to. Had to wait until next day to call, I was then told that none of the staff working no from the previous day was there and since it was DoorDash there was nothing they could do to help eVen though the order was made correct. I was directed to contact DoorDash who at the momen is only taking calls from businesses not people who placed orders. Had to use the app and was given just a $10 credit for a pizza that cost well over $20. Still don't understand how they couldn't help me at all since it was them that made the order wrong. Best Pizza in Corona! I used to order from here much more and I know my neighbors did too but they stopped delivering in our area (Sycamore Creek). But the pizza is good enough to make the drive every once and a while. They are pretty good with timing so if you call ahead and give them a time you will be there, they will have your pizza coming out of the oven at that time (it has happened exactly like that for me 3 times in a row).
