I LOVE PORKY'S PIZZA! I work fairly close to this location and my mom was raving about this spot, so of course I had to check it out. THE. BEST. PIZZA. BY. FAR. Porky's has an even layer of marinara, cheese and your choice of toppings-- I typically stick with mushroom and sausage. The pizza itself is flavorful and you can taste the quality of their dough and cheese. I love the fact that it isn't extremely oily either. The first bite just melts into your mouth and you finish off the last bite with a nice crunchy yet chewy bite from the crust. The garlic knots are FIRE-- sooooo chewy and full of garlic goodness! The employees are all extremely welcoming and provide good customer service-- they genuinely look like they're having a good time! Porky's is a must-try. You won't regret it. My entire family made the transition to only going to Porky's-- it's become a weekly thing and we don't plan to change that. I go so frequently that they gave me a Porky's sweater which I proudly rock at home LOL. Porky's is a new restaurant we were introduced to during COVID. It quickly became one of our favorite pizza places, and we were ok paying a premium price. However this Friday changed it all for me. We placed an order for delivery at 6:30pm, and we were told it would take 45-60minutes. Again I'm ok with this time and the $70 we were spending on pizza because it was good. But even with COVID customer service should be more on point, the manager should also be pushing customer service. At 7:30pm I called to see if our Pizza was close, and was told "um hold on, oh uh... yeah I think he's just leaving with your pizza now", so I love 15minutes away I was thinking great he's coming to me. Nope my husband calls back at 7:50pm and it hasn't left their place yet and he's told the driver has a stop before us so it's at least 30minutes away. When my husband asks for a credit the manager says I can do $5, my husband says really because I tipped more than that can you do $10? No I can only do $5. So our pizza arrives finally at 8:30pm ( 2 hrs after we ordered, 1 hr past when they told us it would be their). And no credit nothing. We won't be ordering from here again, the customer service should be better, someone should have called us to let us know they couldn't make the 60 min window. I'll stick to the 5 other pizza places closer to us that can actually provide good customer service. read more

I'll predicate this review by saying the food is fine, but the service is terrible. This location has zero accountability, and is unprofessional both on the phone, and how they handle unhappy customers. We ordered a large pizza, (half pepperoni and half mushroom olive if the manager is reading this for the record) on 9/15 at 6:20 PM. Prime time for a busy, established pizza place. Whilst ordering, they could barely take our order due to the loud noises, yelling and busyness going on behind them. Frustrating but I get it. It's a popular place. Finally, we ordered and they said "about a 1-hour wait." Sure, very understandable. No problem there. The hour came and went so we called back at 7:45 to ask where our pizza was. They said they "could we are next on the delivery list," and "it should be 10-15 more minutes." Ok, we were frustrated, but we understood. It's their busy time. Well... it was then 8:20, still no pizza. We called back and they Called their driver who said, "I don't have that order". So they asked for phone number again to confirm our order, and said they couldn't find our original order. WTF. So, they then promised us a free pizza and our choice of either garlic knots, or cinnamon knots on a future order, and placed it under our name in the system, which I confirmed with them by repeating our name and phone number. We called today because we truly like their pizza, but when we advised them of their previous promise for their reconciliation of free food using our name & number, which was THEIR PROMISE, was not found. How convenient. Truly this is a second very disappointing experience, and we will never order from them again. We don't care about getting free food. We are disappointed that they do not accurately track their orders, and thusly mismanaged our orders/experiences only to be treated like thieves on the phone. A manager is supposed to call us, but we'll see if they even have our number in their system. Its disappointing they have twice not placed our order, or their reconciliation into their system. It's greatly unfortunate, because we liked their food. Apologies for the long post, but poor customer service, and unprofessional establishments are unacceptable. Ok so we decided last min to try somewhere new which is so not like us.... But we are all all so happy we did.... We ordered through Uber Eats and they had a feast meal, around 43 dollars included an XL 2 topping pizza, a family Salad, wings, garlic knots or cinnamon knots, and a two liter soda. For a family of 5 it was perfect for us! Not only so good but totally worth the price, pizza was delicious we got double pepperoni, the Caesar salad and cinnamon knotts. Everyone was saying how yummy it was and we definitely will be ordering in for pizza night again !! Happened on two separate occasions. Ordered a pizza and first delivery took over an hour when we were told the pizza would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. No big deal but the pizza was cold and wings came with no ranch. Stuff happens; no big deal. Last night ordered a pizza at 9pm. Was told the pizza would be delivered in 1hr. 1hr 30 minutes passed and no pizza. Called the shop and we were told it would be 2 hrs and our pizza wasn't in the oven. I ordered a family feast from here which I've done multiple times and after I ordered they called and said I couldn't get it delivered because I am outside their delivery area but I've have delivery from this location multiple times. So I have to go in to pick up my order and I ask where their delivery location ends and it is literally 1 apartment building from my building. I could take a 1 min walk to it. I have never had this happen to me and the night manager Jacob I think his name was l, was no help at all. He didn't even care that I had to come get my order after I placed it directly with the restaurant. And when they did call to tell me I have to come get it my food was already done which means by the time I leave my house and get there then get home my food is cold. Called in a pick up for two orders of well done garlic knotts. They said it would be 4 min, got there maybe 7 min later and they said they weren't ready no big deal, it should only be another 4 min. They pull out the order and said they were backed up and they would have to put on a different order for us. So now we waited about 15 min after getting to the store and the first order they pulled out just sat there. We finally get our food and they offered us wings someone didn't pick up as a sorry for waiting. We get home and the garlic knotts are almost raw. So dissapointed. read more

First time to order pizzas here and also the last time! Called on Monday to order 6 pizzas for my kid's birthday party delivering in on Sunday at 5pm. On Thursday I called again to order 2 extra pizzas and changed the delivery time to 4:50pm on Sunday. I was very looking forward to have them on time to serve my guests. On Sunday afternoon, the delivery guy arrived 5:03pm and only brought 6 pizzas. He had no ideas the other 2 extras and the receipt he brought only had 6 too. The pizzas were dry and not fresh at all. First time ordering Porky's since I moved back to Brea. I ordered the family special and had it delivered. Keep in mind that this review is not to be malicious but informative. When a business nickel & dimes their customers it drives me nuts. I spent roughly $40 with tip. When the delivery driver showed up he first apologized and then told me that his manager told him he had to collect another $1.09 because they updated their system but it was not reflected in my bill. First off, eat that cost. It is the cost of doing business especially if it's your mistake. Secondly, call me, don't make your delivery driver deliver the bad new. Lastly, think long and hard about the business your running...the competition is fierce and there are plenty more pizza place in this area. Just food for thought.
