    The Fear. Pretty tasty.
    Denny T.

Pretty good pizza. I've always kind of stayed away because the pizzas are pretty expensive, but I got an online ad for a free medium Porky's special when you buy $25 of more, so I thought might as well give it a shot. I got one medium The Fear which had jalapeños, sausage, pepperoni, and onion and one medium porky's special, which is like a supreme at every pizza place. Pizza was really good. I like how the dough is nice and thick and chewy and they don't skimp on the toppings. It was a little weird as the toppings were kind of loose on the top of the pizza and a lot of it kept falling off while eating. Kind of hard to eat, but still a tasty slice. Overall, it's a pretty good pizza. Again, kind of expensive, but if you sign up for the email mailing list, you should get some decent offers.

    Highly recommend The Feast.

This review is for the Placentia store. We have seen this pizza place for a couple of years when my son stays in Brea for work. We finally ordered for our small family gathering and it was super delicious! We ordered The Feast deal for a small family gathering, 4 adults and a toddler. The Feast comes with a very large 2 topping pizza with a choice of crust, we ordered thin crust sausage and pepperoni, the meats were very generous and evenly topped on the pizza, not at all skimpy, and their pizza dough is made fresh daily, very good! Then you can choose between I believe four salads, I went with a basic garden salad and it was great! Again it is a very generous portion, fresh and delicious. The next option is wings, boneless or not, we ordered bone in and surprise! They are very delicious large meaty wings! I loved the flavor and for me they were cooked perfectly, my husband likes his wings overdone to me, you get 8 of them. The last delicious option is dough knots, garlic or cinnamon. I am not exaggerating that I would go to Brea to try this breakfast place then on my 2 hour drive home I would stop for knots!!! Omg! We ordered the garlic knots, I can't even believe how good they were! They were random in size and cute and obviously freshly made, they had a tiny little crunch on the outside with a super nice bready inside, the are perfectly baked! Then they pour an amazing butter garlic sauce, I want some now! My only regret in Porky's Pizza is I didn't also order the cinnamon knots, I almost can't even imagine how they must be! You also get a 2 lite of soda. We had more than enough food! The price for the Feast is right and this is a really nice pizza place! Clean and friendly. Thought I took a picture! We dug in too fast I guess.

Said it would take 20-25 mins. I arrived by 15 mins and she was right, it was still in the oven. So when I got the pizza, it was fresh and hot. When paying surprised the machine didn't ask for a tip and they don't charge $ for ranch!! The quality of ingredients is has a freshness to it. The cuts of the veggies like black olives or mushrooms were not small and did not disappoint. They do not skimp on the cheese, there was lots of it that gave you the "cheese pull." The dough is very soft and fluffy!! Plus it didn't taste greasy or anything! Place is bigger than I thought too and plenty of searing with a tv. Not many people there at 5:30-6:00pm for a Friday night, but a few people carrying out. I would recommend and can't wait to go back!

They have a huge location with a large parking lot, however note that this does fill up. Especially during weekends, big games, etc. We came on a Sunday during a game AND movie night, but were able to secure a place to park with some patience. Again, the place is huge. They had two bars open AND a booth outside selling canned drinks. There is lots of seating inside and outside. It was honestly hard for me to wrap my head around the size of the place! I also liked that they had multiple restrooms around the building. They have a very impressive beer and seltzer collection. You can get various sizes or a whole pitcher for the table. You do order food outside separately at the X Eats area. This is a food truck setup, but they did have an impressive amount of options. Food took a little while (understandable given the volume of people there), but it came out hot and fresh. The pizza had a nice flavor that featured jalapeño and pineapple. They also had a featured dessert that was a banana egg roll with ice cream and a wonderful ube syrup. Overall, I had a great time and would love to come back again!

Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service…read more On Father's Day, my husband wanted to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We were seated on the patio and waited for 15 minutes without a single employee approaching our table. Not one server, host, or staff member stopped by to acknowledge us, offer water, or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. We actually timed it from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were seated in the middle of the patio in plain sight. We watched multiple servers and staff members standing around the service station, chatting, sipping drinks, and looking around. Meanwhile, guests who were seated after us had their orders taken, received water, and were even served appetizers before anyone acknowledged our existence. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. On Father's Day of all days, when families are trying to enjoy a special meal together, the lack of attention and basic hospitality was astonishing. After 15 minutes, with my husband and son both hungry and frustrated, I walked up to what appeared to be the manager or owner and informed her that we were leaving because no one had come to our table. Her response was that she "wasn't aware." Frankly, that's not an acceptable answer. If you're managing or owning a restaurant, knowing whether your guests are being taken care of is part of the job. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, dining at everything from small local establishments to high-end restaurants around the world. Out of the countless places I have visited, this experience easily ranks among my top 20 worst restaurant experiences. Not because the food was bad--we never even had the opportunity to order--but because the complete lack of service and awareness was that shocking. To make matters worse, after leaving, we went to North Italia. Within a few minutes of being seated, a server greeted us, acknowledged the Father's Day rush, offered us bread, and genuinely seemed concerned when we explained what had just happened. That simple act of hospitality immediately changed the tone of our afternoon. That is how a restaurant should be operated. That is what good management, training, and customer service look like. You make guests feel welcome, valued, and taken care of--even on one of the busiest dining days of the year. This restaurant, unfortunately, did the exact opposite. We left disappointed, hungry, and genuinely stunned by how poorly the situation was handled. Will we return? Absolutely not. There are far too many restaurants that appreciate their customers and understand the basics of hospitality for us to ever give this place another chance.

We ordered Rocco's pie. When my husband ordered it. He asked to have it cut and that request gave me a flashback to our trip to Naples a few years ago. But I didn't think too much about it until the pie arrived. Wow!! The crust along the outside had a dry look to it which also took me back to Italy on my mind. My husband laughed at me as I tried to put a slice on a plate because you can't do it. Which is truly authentic. In Naples you eat pizza with a knife and fork because the crust is paper thin in the middle. And the outer crust is eaten more like a piece of chewy bread to sop up the sauce. This place is the real deal. Even the salt & pepper is imported from Cheflu. The crust had a lite crunch on the outside and chewy center, the sauce had the perfect amount of bite to it, the ricotta was soft and fresh. Very delightful experience! I love it so much and it reminded me so much of the pizza in Naples I went to the back to thank the chef. I'll return again and again! It was perfect!
