Located in the Target / Costco center I was returning items to Shein via UPS WHAT WORKED WELL 1. Returns can be done at any UPS Store, which is convenient. 2. This specific UPS location was excellent: fast service, helpful staff, and no unnecessary complications. 3. The process was efficient and well-organized. 4. Employees clearly knew what they were doing. 5. Plentiful parking made it easy to get in and out quickly. HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 1. Each item must be placed back in its original Shein bag. 2. At the UPS Store, staff scan each item individually using the barcode attached to the return. 3. You receive a printed receipt with all return details for your records. 4. The entire process was quick and straightforward. 5. UPS will recycle your box or you can take it home WHAT DID NOT WORK 1. Unlike Amazon, SHEIN does not issue an immediate credit after the return is processed. 2. The delayed refund experience is the main reason 3. I will not continue shopping with SHEIN, despite the easy return logistics. OVERALL I would return items at this UPS Store including other future shipping needs due to the smooth experience and professional staff. "Efficiency is more than speed, it's follow-through."

Small location like most of them, but a fairly easy process if you already have a pre-printed label on your ready-to-ship box. Just scan it on the left at the self-ship station, and then stack it at the back with all the packages. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge, small for the amount of businesses, but not as bad as it used to be since Rubio's closed. The parking lot can only be accessed from specific directions, so plan your route in maps if you're unfamiliar with the area.

The whole process is super efficient. The staff is also consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a difference for a place I'm in pretty often. One of those spots that just makes errands easy.

The change in cost plus WAY more fees added on is ridiculous. Charged per packager over limit? People use this for that specific reason, now if I get more than 10 a moth I gee a fee? Married? Opp that's another fee, extra $5 a month for another person added on. Leave a package for an extra day? FEE. F-ING ridiculous. My wife and I will be changing mailbox services, FEDEX is literally in the same shopping center, and doesn't have all the extra fees, the owners of this location should be ashamed of their outright greed.
