I came here to get my passport renewed and the process was easier than I could have imagined. I came in about 45 minutes before closing (which I always feel bad about doing) but was greeted very warmly and helped immediately. Julie helped me fill everything out, took my photo, gave me all my papers and receipt and let me know how to track the status. It was around $160 out the door and she basically did everything for me, PLUS I was in and out in under 20 minutes. They also have shredding services which is super convenient. Great service! :) Later： But I got bill of tax form FedEx after got box 2 weeks later! I send 8 boxes to Canada, they all want same price for tax 50$ totally $400(some box just have some old toys inside all the things in box is old. The box value just 50$!!!). Tyler help me call to the FedEx company, he is responsible. But Warning do Not use FedEx. I search on internet lots of people use FedEx got tax bill after 2 weeks. I recently noticed my passport was expiring within 6 weeks and I needed it for the sale of my home in Mexico. A sweet young man helped answer my desperate questions on the phone and he was the same person to help me in the store the next day. He quickly entered my information into the gov't website online, took my picture and mailed off my passport and info. I chose not to expedite the process due to the amount and my lack of extra funds but he assured me that passports were being completed and returned quickly. I used these folks' services in order to renew my passport in mid-2017. Despite using the standard passport renewal application, my passport arrived before the expected delivery dates. Because I got back a working passport, clearly, these folks did their job right. The only reason I give this business 4 stars is because, when I renewed my passport, the clerk informed me that their internet is slow sometimes, and that they are not always able to successfully submit the online passport renewal application. Luckily, the internet worked well when I went there. Despite the clerk's much appreciated honesty, a sometimes unreliable internet connection is not ideal for any business, especially when renewing a passport. That is the only reason I knocked off a star. Other than that, all is well. read more

Jackie at the Postal Annex in Pt Loma is awesome. So nice. It's great to be greeted with a warm smile and someone with a helpful attitude. I walked into this Postal Annex a little past 9:30am. I had to mail a package and get my passport renewed. Jackie was the only one working at the time. After taking care of the package, she quickly helped me with the passport renewal process. She took my photo, I printed out the renewal forms (to try and save some time, I filled it out before coming in), and she started filling out forms on her end. Slowly but surely, a line began to form while she was helping me. Jackie efficiently helped a customer while she was waiting for forms to print that I were to sign. Then, as fate would have it, the internet went down, but this only slightly worried Jackie the Great! She continued helping customers as they were now trickling in at a steady rate. Another lady arrived to help her out. When I was done signing all the necessary forms, she rang me up and I was on my way. The process only took 30 minutes and it probably would have been much quicker if no other customers were there and she wasn't having any computer issues. Jackie was super friendly and did not become stressed out even when it was clear that the situation was starting to get overwhelming. I recommend this Postal Annex for your Passport Renewal services! Completed my Livescan here yesterday the gentleman who helped me was the most professional and patient person to complete this process for me. My palms get sweaty sometimes and due to this, fingerprints with livescan machines are difficult. Nonetheless the employee, who's name is Tyler remained professional and assured me he will make sure we get it done and done correctly. I called this UPS store to ask how late they were open and was told until 7 p.m. It was 6:59 p.m. I panicked. However, the young man who answered the phone told me not to worry; he would stay open for me. I made it to the store by 7:05 and he helped get this very heavy, large computer from the car to the store, as well as the 36-inch monitor. If I had not been able to ship this computer, I was going to have to postpone my trip one more day, costing several hundred dollars.
