Couldn't give this place a full chance because I couldn't get any help. I just needed to purchase postage and tracking. Two men were sitting at the front, one fixing a sign, and a man and a woman were chatting it up behind the counter. I was acknowledged after a few minutes by the guys in the front who looked at me like I was crazy for asking for a tracking number. When I explained I needed to track when the package will get to the destination, de said the guy behind the counter needs to help me. I waited another 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. I use this shop a lot, drop off packages for ups, fed ex and the mail. My husband and I went in to get a deed notarized the other day, all went well but my husband pulled out his passport and noticed it had expired. Not to worry said Sam, we can take care of that. We had put off getting it done, but in about 10 min, we had filled out the paperwork, Sam took his picture and next thing you know it is in the mail! They are about as diverse a shop as I have ever seen from the notary to package pick up, live scans and passports. They are usually there late and always usually willing to stay a little longer to get you taken care of. read more

Drop a package off to this Postal Annex location for FEDEX and never to be seen. I drop off a package on July 3rd 2019 at 9:54 am, got a copy of the receipt from Sam (owner). Hoping the package will be delivered the next day since it's only going to Sacramento. Waited the next day and status still pending from FEDEX. Called FEDEX they told me the package was not picked up so there's no status. After a week it's still pending. I went back to Postal Annex and talk to Sam and he insisted that the package was pick up by FEDEX that same day but he can't show me any proof. So i called FEDEX and they started an investigation, after a few days i called FEDEX and was told that the package was not sent by Postal Annex and they need at least a pick up number or any confirmation from Postal Annex that it was pick up by FEDEX. The Postal Annex cannot provide any proof so i lost my $150 item that i ship through them. Very disappointing since this is the first time i use this location Postal Annex 302, 40335 Winchester Rd., Ste #E, Temecula, Ca 92591. I used other Postal Annex before and never had this problem. Very incompetent. I will change this review if they return or find my package. This is for public awareness! read more

Went there yesterday upon reading couple positive reviews and my friends recommendation for vehicle registration renewal tags which I didn't get in the mail due to address change. Got my tags easily but had to pay $60 for something that only costs $21 online. DO NOT USE THEM FOR DMV PURPOSES. ADDRESS CHANGE, Renewal if replacing is only $21 and if lost it's FREE at the DMV. The owner Sam told me he was doing me a favor by helping me change address and "not charging me for it" can be done for free online as well upon doing some research. Sorry you lost me as a customer for my future needs by being greedy. You can keep your discount to yourself if that's how you sleep at night. Super disappointed! read more

When I arrived to this location to have a service done, there were about five parties in front of me and I patiently waited for my turn. For some wild reason, the woman working there said that she was going to help the woman after me first because her service was fast.. she then proceeded to complete a notary for her that took 15 minutes which I don't really care but then they helped the woman after her because they said her service would be fast. Mind you, at this point I had been waiting for 40 minutes and the women behind me were waiting no more than 10 minutes for their services. The woman who was two parties after me was sending a package and then ended up arguing about the price for at least five minutes. My service took about five minutes to complete so I find it absolutely ridiculous to have been here for nearly an hour for such a simple service. Please, if you have to get a service done, I advise you go anywhere but here otherwise you're risking wasting an hour of your day for a service that takes as long as it took me to write this review. read more

I have been coming to this location for the last three years since I moved to Temecula. Every person that works here is very professional and helpful. For the person that wrote a book of the bad experience they had with Sam really need to get anger management. If anyone has lied about what went on it was you. The first time I tried this location it's doors were still locked 15 minutes after opening hours posted. The second time I tried using this location, they were unable to scan the amazon return code, scanner was "broken". When you are trying to do a quick errand before work this location is not dependable!!! UGH! read more

Arrived this morning (1/2/20) at 8:35am expecting the store to be open; they were not. Went to get donuts and returned at 8:50am but the store is still locked. Checked the website and found their hours state they will be open at 8:30am; no signs stating any reason why they were not open. read more

Horrible place to do business at, went there today to get a notary done with an international passport, since I took my mom there a few weeks ago with no issues. And you know what's funny through all of this,I even have proof in an email and copy of the paperwork they did for my mom a few weeks ago which was a proof of life document so that she can get her retirement money since my dad past away Duh not a pension paper!!!!! A proof of life paper, all he had to do was look at my mom and verify that she is the same person that's on the passport Duh. This goes to show he didn't even bother to look or listen what the paperwork was for. But did Sam ask or look, nope not for a damn thing at all nothing but excuses for poor and rude customer service. I even told Sam we where just here in December, but he didn't even want to check the log. Paperwork we did several weeks ago at the same location with my mom passport no problems at all, never once was I ask for my ID lie again plus I wasn't the person who needed a notarized letter done my mom did which my mom provided with the paperwork so a lie again. Everyone knows when getting a notary you need to present a Form of identification, so another lie Sam. The very nice lady and gentleman who was working that day told us she does these type of papers all the time. This guy named Sam so disrespectful towards my mom and me, claiming he refuses to do the notary cause you need a California ID since that was the law and the law had changed on passports. Never did he ask to see my California ID at all, and if he would have ask me he would have seen that the old lady was my mom rude again. Also do you see my profile picture with my mom and husband that's the same person from today duh. My Dad past away and my mom was not doing so well caused she misses him very much, my brother wanted to put my mom in a home and we told him no she can come and live with us and we will take care of her. For these people to say that she isn't my mom without asking for my identification and claiming they ask is a lie cause I would have gladly shown Sam but he didn't he lied again. On my mom passport it has her name and picture which matched the paperwork so Sam lied again. I called a different place including a lawyer friend of the family and we where told that the info Sam gave us was incorrect. You can use an international passport for a notary as long as the date is valid. You can even look it up online so lies again. Well Sam you are a liar and you refused to help us cause you have no respect for woman. You wouldn't even look up and give us that respect, there goes to show the lack of care towards woman. Your discrimination towards woman is uncalled for. You need to look up the law or brush up on the law when it comes providing this community with a notary service. Cause your information was incorrect, you can get a notary done as long as the passport is valid. So next time you want to be rude and disrespectful towards woman and claiming you know the law get your facts right. Also made a phone call to the better business reported the business, cause no one should be treated the way you treated us nor discriminated or accused of fraud without proper cause. No customers where present at that time, so a lie again. You are a straight up liar and malechauvinist a.. Hole. And if you don't know what the word means look it up!!!So for the person who wrote a reply should get their facts right before accusing a customer of fraud cause that's very rude and unprofessional, next kids don't belong in a workplace. Sam was more worried about yelling at his kids than taking care of his customers. Also the other Co worker was not present at the time when Sam was rude he came after I went back inside to tell Sam how rude and unprofessional he was. That same guy that was there, was the same nice gentleman who help my mom out last time we went in December and he even remembered me. I was very polite at first but I got upset with the way he talk to my 80 year old mom and me and that's when I took her to go sit in the car before she got more stressed than she already is. So with that said I have no need to lie and to the person writing a reply get your facts right before you accuse a customer of fraud. The reason I knew Sam cause when I called the store I was told that Sam could do the notary, that's how I know your name DUH. While we were still charged more than quoted, there is no sense continuing to bicker over a few dollars. My family are Christian, and we are saved by God's grace. They charged for Priority mail Express next day delivery $40 (the highest price I ever pay for this kind of mail). It was not delivered as promised on next day. This service is money back garanty if not delivered on next day. When I called them they even didn't try to help. I did a little recearch and it was really easy to do online, just use tracking number. USPS returned me $21 (the cost of Priority Express)right away and $19 went to pocket of Postal Annex. Never again i will use this place. read more

It's hard for me to understand why anyone would give this Postal Annex location anything other than 4 or 5 stars! I have been a customer at this location since we moved to Temecula over a year ago. Since then I have been into the store MANY times...picking up my mail or sending packages. Whether it's been busy or quiet...I have ALWAYS received "beyond excellent" service here. When all of the sudden a man who seems to be running the store( I think his name is Sam and might be the lady's husband) totally scolded the lady in front of me.
