Can service get any better? i came in with a few things to do.. copies, 2 x 2 photos, shipping my BBS MFT licensing hours...pretty much one of the most important pieces of mail ill ever send. I didn't have my packet put together and Dhiren was amazing and patient with me and had a kind smile on his face the whole time. He also encouraged me to double check my packet to make sure everything was in order. Not once did i feel rushed. This location is very convenient! The service is so fast and easy that we never go to the usps for anything. This service is friendly, consistent, and reliable. We receive our mail here because it is safe and secure. We get packages from online websites delivered here because they come at various times during the day and we like the way they receive and organize our packages for us to pick up at our convenience. There are many places that we could go to for shipping, but after three years of top notch customer service we happily drive past the competitors to get the service we can count on every time. I've been coming to this Postal Annex location for over 5+ years. I've always been assisted by Manager, Dhiran. He is one of the most helpful and kindest persons I know. Always very courteous and attentive. Whenever I overnight a package, he asks me to double check the address to ensure that it's going to the correct location. He never tries to "up-sell" me on anything; he always makes sure to tell me which carrier has the best shipping price. I've been very happy with the great service that I've received.
