Food: 3/5 I got the popcorn chicken pot and it was not good. The chicken was good for about a minute and then became very soggy. I should've expected that already, but would not recommend. The rest of the pot was fine, just a lot of...

fish balls. I would definitely not recommend this pot unless you specifically ask them to separate the chicken. Even then, the chicken itself was not too flavorful. Service: 5/5 The service here was good. The pots were made to order so it did take a little time to come out. But overall service was fine. Ambiance: 4/5 I'm not sure if they had stinky tofu or something, but the place was a little smelly. Nothing too overpowering, but enough to notice. Price: 4/5 This place is around $22 - $24 a pot. It is a little pricier than Boiling Point. The portions are decent. For lunch, the meals do come with green or black teas.

I ordered the House Special and opted out of the pork intestine. The fire was weak and the soup never came to a boil. The pork slices basically had 30 to 70 meat to fat ratio, which I don't prefer. Had to order a side of beef slices....

The glass noodle was pre-soaked, I assume to allow it to cook faster, however it made it too soft and lost any bouncy texture to it. The crab stick was mushy and not the type where you can unroll it. Basically, ingredients could be fresher/higher quality. Overall, not good enough to go out of my way to get it again. But not bad enough to never want to return. I'd probably try a beef base pot next time to see if it is any better.

Would give a 3.5 if half stars were possible. We were able to pick our table and ordering was easy. There is one QR code to read the menu and ingredients in detail and one QR code to order. Free green or black tea during lunch before 3pm. Food was served in a timely manner. Server forgot to give us any utensils and I had to go up and ask for some. On a Monday evening after EDC weekend, we were able to get seated immediately as a group of 3, any larger of a group and the wait time would've been over an hour. I got the Japanese miso seafood pot and really liked how flavorful and comforting the broth was after a long festival weekend. The veggie ingredients tasted fresh and portions were pretty big. Definitely a good spot for quick hot pot in Vegas, especially if you're staying around Chinatown or okay with going off the strip. The prices were really reasonable as well. We ordered via a QR code and immediately started receiving our sides of noodles and rice. If you're coming on a busy weekend, call ahead to ask about the wait times!

Moved to LV not to long ago and was pretty bummed they don't have a boiling point here. When I found pot on fire I was like wow this looks close enough. The place was not crowded when I came on a Thursday night. We were the only people there. The place was clean and looked pretty new. The waitress took our order and the food came out pretty fast. I got the Satay beef which I thought was pretty good! Although it's not boiling point level it would suffice. The sauces they have were pretty similar to the boiling point taste. The broth was savory although it could have a bit more flavor. The beef was pretty tender. The dish also came with either a side of rice, glass noodle, or ramen. I opted for glass noodles which I felt went nice w the dish. The only complaint I have is that the price tag for the small pot (26 ish w tax) is pretty steep and it doesn't come with that much meat. Overall I did get my fix and maybe would be down to try another flavor. Also they did offer a free ice cream if you write them a 5 star review so that might be one of the reasons this place has rly good reviews. Just something to be wary about!

Came here craving something warm and comforting and this spot definitely delivered. The broth had really solid flavor and everything tasted fresh. I got the fish ball curry and it was honestly super satisfying -- flavorful, rich, and had just the right amount of spice. My girlfriend got the house special and loved it too, especially with all the different ingredients packed into it. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the whole vibe made for a great casual dinner spot. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the mood for hot pot again.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and definitely did not disappoint. The ambience was cute the service was great and the food was awesome. I had the mellon hot pot with mild spice and i enjoyed the flavors a lot. The servings for the pots was good enough to feed two people easy everything we had tasted great and will definitely be coming back.

We just stumbled into this restaurant while looking for a new place to try in the Chinatown area. Ideal for individual hotpot servings but it was big enough for 2 people. You can just order from a QR code at the table and they bring the food out. We had the Satay Beef Hotpot mild with no cilantro with an extra order of sliced beef. The broth was tasty and all the ingredients were fresh. You also get a free green or black tea with every hotpot order before 3 pm. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely come back to try the other dishes on the menu.

Nice service, spacious and clean interior with many tables It's kind of on the pricier side for single hotpots compared to other places and given how much is in each pot. The broth is pretty good though and one pot is shareable for two people if you aren't super hungry It's across from the shanghai plaza so there's fun little places to hangout nearby

My husband and I ordered the Japanese miso seafood and sukiyaki bowls. They were both delicious! Our favorite of the two had to be the sukiyaki. Great service as well - They offer to top off the broth when you get low, and reheat the fire. We enjoyed their popcorn chicken appetizer as well (just forgot to take a pic lol). HUGE disappointment. We saw this new hotpot place on Instagram and were excited to try it, but the entire experience was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, we told them we had four adults and two children, yet they led us to two separate tables. We had to push the tables together ourselves just to sit as a group. Once we sat down, no one gave us menus or explained how anything worked. We sat there for about five minutes before realizing on our own that there was a QR code on the table. No one bothered to tell us. We also had to ask for utensils, and even then, they only brought chopsticks but no napkins. When we asked for napkins, they only brought enough for one person. We had to ask again. It was frustrating before we even started our order. My daughter and I have dietary restrictions, so we ordered the vegetarian options listed on the menu. When the food arrived, we found a fish ball in the soup. When we pointed this out and asked for it to be remade due to allergies, they then told us they recommended canceling our order because all of their broths come from instant powder and premade bases, and they do not know what ingredients are in them. Really? For a restaurant focusing on broth and not knowing their own ingredients are both unacceptable. The mistakes did not stop there. They added cilantro after we clearly said no cilantro. They put mayonnaise on the tornado potatoes after we said there was a dairy allergy. They told us they would remake the potatoes with ketchup only, but after we waited about 30 minutes and asked where they were, the server told us she believed the boss was eating them. Huh? What does that even mean? I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. Then they said the order was canceled. We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it again. Now let's talk about price and quality. The food itself was bland, and the pricing does not match the quality. My vegetarian soup only had a few pieces of napa cabbage and tofu in a tomato broth made with instant powder, and it cost $23.00. The other two people without dietary restrictions in our group also agreed the food was not good at all. Honestly, Alleyway is a much better choice. Better food, better service, and better prices. To end the meal, they automatically added a 3.25% fee for using a credit card and automatically added 20% gratuity because they claimed our group was large, even though it was only four adults and two babies. After everything that had already happened, this was incredibly frustrating. There was no apology and no attempt to make anything right. I strongly recommend against this restaurant and definitely will not be returning. read more

This place has great potential. They offer a solid variety of flavors and options--more than Alleyway or Malatown--which is a plus. However, the pricing feels steep, especially with the extra charge for beef and an additional card fee. Both could easily be included in the base price. They were also out of rice during our visit, which was disappointing since it's a staple with hotpot. As a first impression especially with so many new restaurants opening nearby the experience fell short. Spending nearly $60 for two people, without drinks or appetizers, didn't quite feel worth it. read more

Clean, comfortable environment and a great variety of choices to choose from! This is Taiwanese Hot Pot, and they have several different hot pots to choose from. My brother and I both got the Sukiyaki and my parents got the mushroom and house special. The sukiyaki came with fish cakes, Napa, beef, udon, an egg, mushrooms, corn, baby corn, imitation crab stick, and broccoli. You can choose your spice level. Everything was delicious, piping hot, and had plenty of meats and veggies. Broth is tasty, they will light a fire under your hot pot to ensure it stays hot. You can choose between rice or glass noodles for your side for your hotpot. I would absolutely come back again to try their other dishes. We also got the strawberry juice, pineapple juice, lychee tea, and Peach Yakult drinks. I loved the peach yakult. read more

Overpriced for what you get. I got a mushroom ramen, because on the menu it specifies that there is a vegetarian option available. I got the pot and it was just broth, a few pieces of Napa, and 3 pieces of tofu. It was a mushroom soup, but had maybe 3 pieces of mushroom. For $24, definitely not worth it. I ordered a side of ramen, and they said it would be an additional $2.49. When it came out, it was like the ramen you get in a top ramen but it was broken in half! I ordered 3 sides of ramen and it didn't even fill the pot with the little food that came with it. Also, there is an auto-gratuity of 20% and a 3.5% credit card fee. Spent a total of $40 and left hungry. Very disappointing! read more

You need to know what to order. The rice balls are good. Taiwanese kimchi is amazingly delicious. The checking roll is great. The beef pancake or beef roll are good but with too much sauce and too salty. But the squid noodles are far away from the authentic version.

I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. First of all, I highly recommend this restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and politely reminded me about my food allergies. The food was also incredibly delicious! It was so good! Think of this place as an "inverted" hotpot place. Usually, a hotpot place that you may be familiar with is that they bring you the ingredients, then YOU cook it like your typical K-Pop/J-pop BBQ joints. This one is the other way around, here you grab a bowl & tongs, pick the ingredients to your liking, and then THEY will cook it for you!!! What an awesome idea, and innovative in my honest opinion!! Then the meal, OMFG! My custom bone broth soup (the light-hazy broth) is close to perfection! The texture is on the milky side similar to your usual Tonkotsu Ramen, but the taste is sublime.
