They have different types of fries such as tater tots, chips, loops fries(for $0.50 more), sweet potato($1+), and original along with different flavors; bbq, cheddar, chili bbq, sour cream and onion, cinamon and sugar, adn garlic parmesan. Where should I begin. My son wanted fries and chicken tenders. We were the only ones to order and the young lady said The order will be ready in 5 minutes. I left to get myself lunch. When I returned to pick up my son's food, the young lady working there was eating French fries. She was eating fries and touching the food she was preparing at the same time; how unsanitary!!! She didn't even put gloves on to get me my food. I told her that what she was doing was unsanitary handling food practice. Poor service and they charge on everything. Even paper cups for the paid bottle water I have. They don't give out water too you have to buy a beverage which is over priced. Very good customer service and very good employees. The worker working at the time I came was very friendly to my friends and I and she did not take long to give us our order. The fries here are also very good and they did not undersell us when it came to the amount of fries they gave us. So amazing! They have an assortment of fries: regular, curly, tater, and waffle that come in bowls of different sizes at different prices. Aside from fries, they also serve chicken which I haven't tried yet. The flavors are the bomb! I usually get cheddar, garlic Parmesan, or sour cream but I recently discovered that you can combine flavors. My recent discovery: BBQ and sour cream together. I've tried every flavor and chilli BBQ is the best, hands down! Sour cream and onion is pretty good too. I have also tried their curly fries which are good but I feel like you taste less of the powder when you order them curly. The chips are good as well but not my fave. You can order them in different sizes. I think it's there's like mega and giga and another size. They also serve fountain drinks as well. This stand is located on the first floor of the shopping center right next to the escalator in the middle, where JCPenney is. Definitely worth trying! I had a groupon for this place, they took forever to scan my groupon due to their technical difficulty. I asked them if they could just write down the voucher number or take a picture of my groupon. Meh, that's about the best I can say. The fries were "ok". Not horrible, but come on. I expected to be amazed by a place that specializes in the thing I was ordering. Customer service was also meh. There was loud music playing nearby and deapite telling the cashier THREE TIMES that I was having a hard time hearing him, he continued to look down and speak very softly. THREE TIMES, come on man, speak up! I get if you're shy, but if so don't get a job where you need to interact with people. I ordered the chicken tender combo, which was pretty bland. The fries had no salt, which is fine, but they did not have any visibly available for me to add to my taste. The chicken tenders came with my choice of sauce. I chose barbeque, and received a little cup with about a ketchup packet's worth of basic, generic BBQ sauce. Given thr cost of over $10 for bland and generic fries, bland and generic chicken tenders (with no crunch by the way), and a medium drink stuffed to the rim with ice so I had about 3 swallows, I will pass on this place next time and not recommend it. read more
