What made the experience even better was the service. An employee took the time to recommend the Italian Sandwich for my next visit, and I'm glad I followed that suggestion. This place came in so clutch recently after we had been moving apartments all day. Had originally planned on hitting up good old Subway, out of habit growing up in SoCal, but wanted to try a PNW favorite instead. The sandwiches were bomb! Much better quality and options than Subway. The service was quick and this location is super clean which is much appreciated. Really solid chain. I love the hot peppers on every sandwich. I don't know what is actually made in house but it is a way better sandwich spot than some of the other chains I've tried. The soups are also good. It tastes like the ready made Cisco products or Costco soups. All delicious and the broccoli soup is my favorited. If you're into food that has a chain type taste where there's consistency and you know what you're going to get like Subway then this is solid. Went there on October 30, 2025. Service was terrible. The guy was there to simply make sandwiches. No personality, not helpful, and somewhat rude. I'm not sure how he keeps his job. I was expecting a great sandwich, but sadly the sandwich wasn't anything special. Basically like going to any average large chain, but I didn't feel full at all afterward and the price was high. I wouldn't recommend going to this specific location, and I have a feeling they'd all be similar with their flavor and sizes since it's a chain. You might find better staff somewhere else though. I say this because when a business prioritizes online orders over customers physically present in the lobby, it can negatively impact the in-person experience in several ways. A perception of Neglect, increased wait times also Employees may rush through interactions with in-person customers to focus on fulfilling online orders, reducing the quality of engagement. Such good sandwiches! Ordered a scheduled online order and came in early, my order was already ready. Employees were hard at work - vaccination card required for dine-in. They don't really check to confirm your order though but I figure they don't encounter the trouble of stolen orders often. I got the Avo Turkey and Chicken Club. Avocado is a huge hit on these sandwiches - the BLTA was also one of the better sandwiches according to my friend. They help prevent dryness while eating and it's helpful so you don't continue scraping the roof of your mouth. As a result, I highly recommend those two (Avo Turkey and BLTA). On the other hand, the Chicken Club felt pretty dry. It wasn't awful but when compared to my other sandwich, I wish I ate the Chicken Club first before the Avo Turkey. read more

It can get pretty busy on weekdays since it's in the heart of a lot of business buildings, but the wait isn't that bad and you can also order ahead online. They also have several sweet items, like milkshakes and cookies! You should also check out their mobile app. You get points (smiles) for every purchase you make and you can earn free food or perks. I ordered the A Wreck sandwich which offers all kinds of meats and added the avocado and cookie offer when I created an account to place an order. The sandwich is ready pretty quick, which is great for a quick casual meal perhaps for lunch during the work day or if you just don't want to spend too much time on a meal. My husband and I have had very negative experiences in this place and every time it's always the same person (older man late 40S or 50s name is Gotti?) it appears they may be one of the managers. They close at 10 we come in at 9:05 and all of the chairs are on top of the tables leaving us no place to sit if we wanted. This is the third time it's happened now. More importantly this man is so unbelievably rude that the whole experience from ordering, to paying, and leaving, is incredibly unpleasant. The sandwiches and milkshakes we've gotten that he's personally made are always completely inedible tasting and looking and we've had to just throw them away. The one time I nicely told him my milkshake tasted like straight milk and isn't what I'm used to getting from here he claimed "they are premade and there is no way for them to taste any different" yet no other employees make them like this and they definitely are NOT pre made as you can SEE them making them right in front of you. No ranch like she asked, and with added hot peppers which pretty much ruined her sandwich.
