The facial expressions and overall attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming which is disappointing when you're a paying customer. At the very least, basic courtesy goes a long way. I've never felt this unwelcome at a coffee shop before. Unfortunately the coffee itself didn't make up for it was very basic and lacked flavor. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is for the ambience. The location is beautiful and thoughtfully designed with stunning architecture and artistic elements that really stand out. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on how customers are treated. Seeing such negative attitudes especially to the point that it was noticeable on camera was off-putting and I'd hate for future customers to feel the same way.
