He not only came back out with a container, but added 6 additional rolls for me to take home that I thought was a very nice touch. Every steak was charred on the outside. My medium rare waygu was blackened. Internal temperature and cook was on point but every piece of meat was over salted to the point that one of the most prolific meat eaters sent his back halfway through and didn't even want a replacement because it was so bad. He even cut me a piece so I could try it and it tasted more like a salt lick than a new York strip. I can't understand what happened, but I can't abide how bad a steakhouse with a butcher shop in the steakhouse could do this to meat. We were comped pork belly appetizers prior to the steaks coming out which was incredibly nice, and we were comped a round of champagne after the debacle with the food. That all having been said this was one of the worst steak dining experiences I've ever had. The ambiance was lovely, the "new fashioned" with brown butter bourbon was spectacular, the garlic mash was tasty, and we had a good time...but man, the meat was a miss of epic proportions.

When I stopped in they only had one person working (at least out front) and they were out of a few items (it was around 1pm on a Monday). The staff member was really nice though and I was able to change up my order to items they had. I was surprised by how quickly the food was ready too and my Risoles and Coxinha came out crispy and steaming hot in a little to-go container.
