Precision is AWESOME! I have wanted to make some modifications to my '68 Mustang for awhile now. I asked them about the parts I wanted to install and they steered me in the right direction as far as getting the right stuff for the car. Now I have a brand new Aluminum radiator, water pump, Monte Carlo kit, new Wilwood front disc brakes, new rear leaf springs. What a F*ing difference all these things have done. Drove the car over Hwy 17 and it handled it like a dream. Mind you its not a sports car but I'm able to turn without a bunch of body roll and she stops on dime. Thanks to Everyone at Precision Motorworks for taking care of "Cupcake". Joe Z.

Had some modifications done to my 2018 Ecoboost Mustang, CVF Intercooler, CVF 3inch Catted Downpipe, and Injen Charge Pipes. Brandon and everyone at the shop are super friendly and they take the time to explain things to you. The pricing is very reasonable and they offer quality work. One of my charge pipes popped off and they immediately threw it up on the lift and repaired it even though I didn't have an appointment.

Jeff and the guys at Precision have taken my MK7 Golf R from bone stock to stage 3 over the course of this year. I'm extremely particular about who I let work on my cars and I honestly cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and service that I've received from Precision. I've never had to return my car to them after work has been done and Jeff's meticulous (nearing OCD level!) attention to detail means he never lets a car leave until he's personally signed off on the work. It's this level of care that makes me trailer my car from LA to Santa Clara each time I've upgraded parts, for them to carry out the work. To give you an example of their dedication to customer satisfaction, here's 2 I personally witnessed while my car was in the shop: 1) A young kid came in for a stage 1 software upgrade. While getting his car flashed he chatted to Jeff about wanting his exhaust upgrading, but didn't have the money to do it. Jeff asked if he'd considered a resonator delete (a $150 job that gets you a little more sporty tone from the stock exhaust). The kid said he didn't have the money to do it right now, so would save up and come back. But instead of that, Jeff had the guys go ahead and do the res-delete anyway, free of charge so this young car enthusiast could enjoy his car even more. That's how you get a customer for life! 2) A guy with a big Audi (A7 perhaps?) came in with engine misfire / check engine light. They went through the whole car and couldn't figure it out, then right at the last second spotted a tiny split in the plastic intake tube allowing unregulated air through the motor. It was late in the evening, no parts places were open and the customer needed the car for a trip. So rather than have him wait until the morning to order in the replacement, Jeff pulled the aftermarket air intake off his personal car and fit it to the Audi to get the customer on his way. He then put his own car back to stock. It's this type of thing that sets Precision apart from other shops I've dealt with. The level of genuine customer care is like nothing I've experienced before and the quality of their work is second to none. Jeff, Brandon, David, Luis, Rafa - thank you for being such a great team!

Worst shop I've ever dealt with. Spotty welds poor service and not one idea what competency consists of. Over $800 of work back and fourth with these guys. Still don't have a working car. Had to take it elsewhere. Will never be back and hopefully those reading this review won't as well.

I told him I was there waiting, and he seemed surprised. Had I not been on-site to check the tire myself, I likely would have just agreed to his recommendation over the phone. He then told me the tire couldn't be repaired and needed replacement, claiming it had been driven flat due to faint sidewall marks and a "burnt" smell. I explained it was never driven flat--only a few blocks while low on air--and I didn't notice any unusual smell when he tried to demonstrate. I asked them to repair it anyway, but he refused. Another employee offered to open the tire to show the damage, but after inspecting it, he couldn't find any issues--the tire was still good. They eventually repaired it as requested. It's only been a few hours, but everything seems fine so far. I didn't appreciate being pushed to replace a tire that's less than a year old, especially since I drive under 7,000 miles a year working mostly from home. Sharing photos of all four tires, including a close-up , part of the sides are hard to see. Just be careful with people trying to get you to replace something that doesn't need to be.
