There were areas that was not cleaned at all. The ladies finished in less 2 hours. I was told my rate was $245.00. She tried to over charge me, stating it was due to the condition of my home. We had to extend the prearranged time because there really was so much to do but Ingrid did it all - from getting up on the counter to reach kitchen blinds and windows, to cleaning our appliances til they looked like new, and cleaning baseboards and other areas in the bathroom. In the end she was here almost 5 hours - we'd booked 3 hrs initially. We're very happy with the deep clean and plan on booking again with Hercules (and requesting Ingrid again) to schedule maintenance cleanings on the future.
