I requested the repair of my dishwasher and they confirmed it for me on 6/6/24 from 12-5. perfect. The next day after the app, a technician named Derrick arrived at 10:00 am and since I was not ready, he said he was going to come by again in the afternoon. In the afternoon, he again canceled and he told me that he would come to the other day 6/7/24 first app in the morning. I get up at 7:30 am, I take care of my pets and I leave myself feeling hopeful again. After 12:00, the technician Mr. Eric called me and he had me on a schedule to come and this technician didn't know anything about the appointment made in the morning. Very poor coordination on the part of the office, there is no logistics whatsoever and they do not answer the phone when you call them back and to make matters worse they go to lunch from 12-1. Look for another company. I waited for this company one day and a half for app. Anyway, thank you very much Eric, he was very respectful, attended to the problem and fixed the equipment very professionally. read more

My first tech was horrible. Had no clue what to do, was rude and used my nice dish towel as a rag. To top it off he never did fix it. I had to call Home Depot again and they sent this same company over. I called them and they assured me that they were sending someone else out. The next tech, Jesse, was really good. He is knowledgeable, respectable, and was able to fix it for a couple of weeks. read more

Sent by Home Depot to repair a dryer. In the process of fixing one problem, the tech set the door in a narrow walkway, which one of our kids knocked over when walking by, breaking the door switch. The tech told us he'd order the part and come back to fix it. Did not hear anything for a month and a half, then called Home Depot and they said the appliance company owner refused to fix it because our kid knocked the door over. Even if they didn't want to cover it, they could have at least called us to let us know, and the tech shouldn't have told us he'd repair it. But even so, the tech put the door in a bad spot where it was likely to fall. However, the two different techs that have come out from them have been polite and helpful. read more

IF you have a choice, DO NOT call this pathetic excuse for a business. I was forced to use them as apart of my extended warranty through Assurant. Tech comes out to look at my microwave and informs me he will order parts and install within 3-5 business days. 17 days later and not even a phone call. I try leaving messages (when their voicemail is not full), and they never return my call. When I do get through, the guy either makes excuses about his "system" being down, or the one part they need has still not arrived, or the kicker is being on hold and they never return to the call...Stay away. A big F score here! Avoid this company at all cost. They were unable to repair a dryer. They made me waste time and money on a needless dryer vent service and the dryer still does not dry. Had Assurant call them back out and they said the dryer works after looking at for less than a minute. My clothes have been tumbling for hours and are cold and still wet. read more

I thought I had called this company before and spoke to a Maria about a dishwasher part. I found out later there is more than 1 Premier Appliance in town. The man that answered was very rude and hung up on me. I verified the number and called back. This time he doesn't answer but just breathes on the phone. I can hear the TV going in the background. Samsung called these guys out to repair my washer which was making a terrible, loud knocking sound. They ordered parts (shocks) and replaced them a week later. However, once they left, the washer was completely broken -- it made a weird sound and would never start a load. The door was not installed properly and can't quite close, which might be the source of the problem. I recall overhearing one of the techs say something about a weird sound, and I heard it too, but trusted that they wouldn't leave without figuring out the issue. It was something they did and should have resolved it. I give them one star because they should have noticed the door and the odd sound. Zero stars. This company is a joke. I've had several incompetent technicians come out in two separate claims to service a dishwasher and a refrigerator, which are both covered under a Home Depot extended warranty. In both cases, the techs did not know how to fix my issues of leaking water from these appliances. They said they would research the issue and get back with me. Never heard back. I've tried to call and leave messages but no one returns my calls. They just come out to look at the problem so they can get paid for the service call by the warranty company and then fraudulently report that the issue was resolved so they don't have to deal with fixing it. This business was chosen by our warranty service to repair our washer/dryer. We have been trying for 6 weeks to repair our appliance, they do not answer phone calls, their customer service is the worst we have ever encountered. The last contact we had with them was 20 minutes ago (our window for them to come out was from 8-12). (Keep in mind we have called them to order parts. Two weeks later WE called back just to find out they did NOT order the parts necessary, then they finally ordered them which took a week. We never received our call to let us know the parts came in, so then we called to find out they had the parts for days.) We simply wanted to know if they were still coming, we called 7 times before someone actually picked up, and when we explained our situation to this man, he put us on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on us. This is in the top 5 of most disappointing establishments I have ever had to deal with in my 40 years. Promise you, their is someone better. read more

I have called Bobby twice with no answer or return call. I spoke to him yesterday regarding this appointment. I will be finding a different company.
