I was skeptical of the diagnosis and wanted to get a second opinion. When I was checking out, I asked the rep (apparently the son from the family ownership) whether they would realign the car for free if I had the repairs done elsewhere and then brought it back, since the woman on the phone previously told me they would. He immediately became defensive and aggressive, raised his voice, and said they don't work for free. I've never been yelled at by a business before, and it caught me completely off guard. I asked for my invoice and prepared to leave. He continued arguing, then changed his tune and said they would align it for free only if they did the repairs themselves. I paid and left. I went to another shop for a second opinion, and it turned out all the car needed was replacement wheels, nothing close to the extensive repairs I was told were necessary. The car now drives perfectly. I'm relieved I didn't authorize the work they recommended. Consumer beware: based on my experience, this business may claim that far more repairs are needed than what is actually required.

Instead of properly identifying the root cause, I was sold thousands of dollars in repairs, including a new water pump, thermostat housing, thermostat, coolant temperature sensor, coolant, and other related components. After keeping my car for about a week, I was told everything had been repaired and that the vehicle had been thoroughly tested. However, on my drive home, the exact same problem was still there. I had to turn around, bring the car back immediately, and they kept it for another week. In the end, I later learned that the issue was simply a faulty sensor. Looking back, it makes me seriously question whether all of the expensive repairs were ever necessary in the first place. To make matters worse, they damaged several plastic engine components during the repair. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied causing the damage. They also admitted that a piece of my engine cover was missing and promised to mail me a replacement. That never happened. I followed up with Brie multiple times by text over several weeks and was either ignored or given empty promises. Communication was another major problem. Before authorizing the work, they were very responsive. Once they had my car and my business, it became extremely difficult to get updates or clear answers. I constantly had to chase them for information. They also repeatedly tried to sell me additional repairs that had nothing to do with the reason I brought the car in. Even after I explained multiple times that I only wanted the cooling system issue diagnosed and repaired, I kept receiving recommendations for more unnecessary work. Overall, I spent thousands of dollars, lost my car for roughly two weeks, had to return because the problem wasn't even fixed after the first repair, dealt with damaged parts, broken promises, poor communication, and ultimately left with very little confidence in the quality of their diagnostics or customer service. I cannot recommend this shop. If you're dealing with an expensive repair, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before authorizing any major work.

It cost $950…read more The thorough report came with a few red flags that seemed like easy enough maintenance jobs, so I went ahead and bought the car the next weekend. The very next day after purchasing the car, I got a check engine light for cylinder 5 misfire. While the report did check for misfires and didn't find any, they failed to inspect the spark plugs or ignition coils, which are the most likely culprits. The car also struggled to start, which could be related to faulty spark plugs/ignition coils. They did not note this either. I called them to ask what could be done, and they offered absolutely nothing. Not even a free diagnosis. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be going back.
