I see Dave has responded to my review. Dave, everything I said is true, and I stand by it. You call that mean-spirited; that's your choice. I didn't come in angry; I came in concerned about getting the job done properly. I listened to what you said, and went away convinced that you could do the job well. But since then you've been entirely unprofessional. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wish I could agree with the positive reviews, and maybe I could have if Premier's performance was as good as they advertise. (And they do advertise a lot.) I have a 1960s Ferrari whose trunk lid was damaged in the hands of a well-known repair shop. (A story unto itself.) The damaged panel was taken to Premier, based on the recommendation of that shop. (The original painter was booked for the foreseeable future.) After hearing nothing for weeks after the promised start, I went to Premier and spoke to Dave about the job. I explained that I was concerned to get a good color match. Dave asserted that he had the technology, materials, and expertise to do the job correctly. He told me he would do some color matching tests within a week, and would contact me to review the results. That was 6 weeks ago. And that was my last contact from Premier. No phone call as promised; no response to my email inquiries. Today the repair shop told me that Premier is "nervous" and doesn't want to do this job. To which I have to say, first, apparently they don't have the confidence to stand behind their work; and second, lying and ghosting me after accepting the job is highly unprofessional. If you take a job to Premier and it works out, great. But don't be surprised if it's not a successful experience. read more

I was referred to the Maserati dealership to Dave at Premier. It was a pleasant experience, couldn't have ask for more.

I am surprised there's so little reviews for this business....I bet most exotic car owners dont like to leave a record online saying their car has been worked on or have body work done LOL. I dropped off my car one time and there's an Enzo in the shop, and the usual supercars. That gives you an idea on their clientele The facility if you get to look at is state of the art. It's in an fully enclosed warehouse facility, unlike many of the body shops are open air and have a spraying booths here and there. Stations are very well organized and well kept, there are dust curtains everywhere to keep dust level at a min. There's a very clean and nice showroom in front for pickups and drop offs, and that's a very nice touch as it feels like a special occasion for the clients. Having your car parked next to other supercars or exotics makes it a wonderful photo op and improves the experience. Dave has been wonderful, he tries to go above and beyond to satisfy the your wishes. And he knows the trade really well so he's able to cater to all the details, and he gets it as a car guy (he himself is a long time ferrari owner, and has been in the business for a long time). He's also very well connected and knows a lot of people, yet he's always humble and very detailed. I was referred here by a fellow ferrari owner and friend, and couldnt be more pleased. Dave kept me updated during the whole repair, handled the insurance without hassle and has a pretty fast turn around. I rain into the workers a few times and they seemed very happy and friendly. If you want to see if a place is well managed or not look at their workers. Some other body shops have workers that looked like they hate to be there, you dont want folks like that dismantling your car. While I have had the good fortune of working with other body shops that provide personal, very good service and decent workmanship, they have reached their best quality without being able to meet my expectations for exotics. Their quality cannot be improved without some hardware upgrades and making changes to the staff (and I gave them many cars to work on, including another ferrari) so that's why I started looking elsewhere and found Dave. To my surprise, I later found out that a lot of other exotic/supercar owners and friends of mine have used Dave for his service, but just never talked about it, which I find amusing. I guess folks try to keep body work done to their cars a secret so it doesnt affect its resale value, who knows. Of course, high quality work requires good facility and tradesmen, so the cost to get stuff done is high vs your average body shops. If you want the best possible result for your car, this is the place, not just for the excellent work performed but also the exemplary service. Highly recommended read more

Seems like my 5 star experience was par for the course when it comes to Premier Motorsports. Just bought a pre-owned 458 that needed some minor cosmetic work and my dealership Ferrari South Bay recommended Premier. Upon meeting Dave I knew immediately that my new car would be in great hands and looked after which was important to me. Not only could they do the cosmetic work that I wanted, they were able to re-add clear bra to the same areas as well to keep in line with the PPF on the rest of the car, and they also discovered some very tiny areas that needed repairs which I even missed myself. So happy that they were able to take care of those repairs on top of the other work quickly, and the car looks better than new. From start to finish you can tell that the guys here will take care of your car as if it were one of their own, being very thorough and detail oriented. The way it should be done with no corners cut. This is exactly the type of shop that I was looking for. Dave was so helpful keeping me updated, FaceTiming me with things he found, going above and beyond to make sure it was a stellar experience.
