I am a mom that reads reviews and hope this helps another family . This was our first visit today . My daughter has specific needs based on her medical condition /history of anti-NMDA Encephalitis. She has very high anxiety and hypersensitivity to sights , sounds and smells . She's also had negative dental experiences to add to it .Her dental procedures have been done at Radys Children's Hospital, unfortunately it's very difficult to find a dentist that has hospital privileges that will do root canals . I have spent months searching, making appointment after appointment to find that they either don't have hospital privileges or they don't do root canals. My search finally led me to Premier Palm Dental. This will be my daughter's first time having a procedure done under general anesthesia outside of Radys Children's Hospital. Anxiety is high . We are so grateful to have found PPD.The Dr took care to proceed with what my daughter was comfortable with such as not using any instruments except a mirror during her exam . He clearly explained the treatment plan . He took his time and we did not feel rushed . We spoke with the anesthesiologist who was also thorough, and patient and took her time with our visit . The receptionists were helpful , respectful , patient and responsive to our needs and concerns . My daughter has an appointment to move forward with her dental treatment next month. PPD has made this overwhelming process for my daughter and this momma much easier to navigate through. We drove from San Diego and it was worth the trip . I will follow up once her treatments are complete . Today was my second and final visit to Premier Palm Dental for my son's treatment. Despite having insurance, I was asked to pay an additional amount, which I agreed to. When I politely asked a simple yes-or-no question to confirm I understood the charges before signing, the office staff, Ms. Brandy, responded in a dismissive and irritated manner, saying, "How many times do I have to explain this to you?" and walked out. Her attitude made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable, especially since English is my second language. After I expressed that I was upset by her behavior, my son was taken into the treatment room, but shortly after, she accused me of slamming a door (which I did not) and refused to allow his treatment. She then removed my son from the room and told us to leave and go elsewhere. This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to parents expecting respectful and compassionate care. read more

Edit: my initial 2 or 3 stars now HAS to be changed. Due to a system error, my sons medications did not reach the pharmacy. Once the staff has realized what had happened, the reaction to correct the situation was IMMEDIATE. Not only immediate, but, they made sure 100% that the pharmacy did receive the Rx. Yes, this team at this clinic does go above and beyond for their clients. And God bless the front office because us parents of special needs kids not only can be the biggest b**ch over the phone and in person as well as hold a somewhat entitled attitude too. And yes, mama bear sure came out and these girls/staff seriously deserve a raise and a full paid vacation for all that they do and deal with. As parents we know how difficult it is dealing with our kids... so, bless this staff for being patient, kind and tolerant of not only our children, but, us parents as well. I know it aint easy. I honestly am super sad that im even having to write this. I absolutely LOVED the care my son got while we were there and the staff was super awesome. But, the second we were gone... that was it. After a 2 hr drive home and straight to the pharmacy, no prescription made it via the electronic system. So, I called in and let the girl on the phone know. With having prior experience is an MA, I asked the girl if they can please call it on because the system glitches like that when the pharmacy isnt listed in the system automatically. She told me she would call me back letting me know what they can do. Needless to say, it is now 2 days later, no call back and no prescription from the pharmacy. Just imagine... all FOUR wisdom teeth being surgically extracted and no antibiotics and no pain killer of any kind. Thank god for the local drug dealer (yes, that's a joke)! The worst part... its currently Christmas day and first thing i hear waking up is my son screaming in pain. Once again, absolutely loved the experience we had there at this office, just am not too thrilled about the after care. read more

I came in due to a referral fro Loma linda. After 1 year they took us in promptly. The office staff was very accommodating and helpful. This is a hole in a wall limited seating but they seem to be popular because they are helpful. If you are looking for place that take all insurances and take care of kids and put them to sleep. I have been bringing my special needs son here after bouncing from office to find someone who was able to treat him with his needs and work to be done. I have never in my life experienced dental care where it didn't just feel like just getting work done. Janet is very comforting and put me at an ease for my sons treatment. An excellent dental facility for adults with mental disabilities. Both the dentist and anesthesiologist were VERY considerate and accommodating to my 32 year old special needs daughter. They used skill and empathy as well as a little 'misdirection' to get my daughter settled into the chair and accepting the procedure. It's very difficult to find a facility that understands the anxiety and subsequent negative behavior a special needs patient can have. So many dental offices but only one Dr Debbanneh! I was referred by my wife to visit this office since the Dr Debbanneh is very patient and does fabulous work. I have always been terrified of Dentist since I was a kid but now I have found a place where I can visit. I had a plaque build up and was due for a deep clean. I was really nervous since my last visit at a western dental I was left with alot of pain and my gum really irritated. Dr Debbanneh did a phenomenal job explaining what I was gonna happen and that I should have deep cleans every 6 months. This clinic recently had a change in doctors, it seemed. The reason I came here for my dental work was to follow Dr. John who took care of me from a prior clinic. Being a health care professional myself, I am quite critical but Dr. John is one of the best if not the best I've met. He is highly skilled, smart, yet also kind-hearted, thorough, and makes a dental visit actually enjoyable. You would never be able to tell that crown he placed for me is a crown because it looks amazing. It sounds like he comes from a family of doctors and dentist as well so he is knowledgeable about more than just dentistry and that makes me feel safe receiving care from him.
