We are very pleased with Ed, Luis, and the fine folks at Premiere Air. After reviewing research on three AC companies, we chose Premiere Air Solutions to install our new air conditioner in July 2018. They did a great job, had a good price, and are an honest, dependable group of people who do not stop until the job is done right. Our new AC unit had a small issue (no fault of Premiere). Ed Ramirez came out to our house several times to check it. When he could not identify the problem, he had part of the new unit replaced at HIS cost (no charge to us) to be sure it worked right. This company came recommended by our HOA as the company to call with any HVAC concerns in our high-rise condo building. We have used them twice in the last year and have been very satisfied. The first service was last October when our AC unit quit. We called them and they came out on schedule the next day. Ed, the owner and his man Sergio sweated it out in our 85' apt while diagnosing the trouble: faulty capacitor and compressor. VERY pricey parts. Luckily as we were the first owners, the unit was covered under our Home Owner's one year warrantee and they were able to do the job covered by our developer. They were efficient, professional and fair. They didn't try to convince us to fix anything not needed and they got the repair done as quickly as they could get the new components delivered. We recently sold our unit and our Buyer's Home Inspector indicated that our HVAC system ducts needed cleaning as well as our dryer exhaust vent pipe. We again called Premier Air Solutions. They gave us a quote for both jobs and arrived as scheduled this morning. While they were completing the work I mentioned that sometimes our AC did't come on when it seemed it should. They took the time away from the inital jobs to diagnose the trouble: this entailed climbing into our ceiling to test the compressor, blower-motor etc. After about 20min it was determined that our programmable thermostat was failing. They had a new one brought up before the vent cleaning was complete and installed it for us. Everything was now tip-top. The price we paid was more than reasonable for both the duct cleaning-which included new air filters and a anti-mocrobial duct treatment. The dryer vent snake/vaccume was about half the cost had we had a separate company come out to do it. They didn't even charge us extra to troubleshoot the faulty thermostat, and only charged us for the new unit itself and included the install. In all Premier Air Solutions Inc. is a small company trying hard to keep their prices fair and the work honest and reliable. So often larger HVAC companies pressure their service staff to "Up-sell 5 compressors today or else!". Premier doesn't do that. We will certainly use them agin for the HVAC in our new home. read more

I recently bought a home, and needed 2 A/C units completely replaced. My home inspector recommended Premier Air so I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance for an estimate. They could not give me an exact time, so I settled for their 2-hour window. They never showed up, and when I called them to find out whether they were coming, I was told they must have misplaced my info and had no record of my request. I cannot rate their quality of work, but I can say they are not reliable and will not be getting my business. read more

I highly recommend this AC company to all my clients and anyone looking for an AC company that is honest and one that will not rip you off. I have rental homes and have found Premiere Air Solutions works well with my renters to schedule and make all needed repairs on time in a professional manor. Being in the construction field I know of many other AC companies that charge far too much for the services they provide. Some require multiple visits saying the first visit is only to diagnose the problem and charge a fee. This slows the repair time an increases the money paid for their service. Premiere Air was recommended to me by a coworker who just had Ed install her unit and was very pleased with their work. I was quoted over $2600 by another AC company claiming I desperately needed to clean my coils ($500) and reseal my ducts ($2100) in the attic. This other company showed me "pictures" of my coils and in the pictures you couldn't even see the coils due to all the gunk caked on there. Before just forking over $2600, i wanted a 2nd opinion, so I called Premiere Air. Ed came out, took pictures of the coils, crawled up in my attic to inspect the ducts and came back and told me that I did not need any of the work done that this other company stated. Ed saved me $2600 and just said to change my air filters. If you want an honest company, here you go!! He could've lied and told me all this unnecessary work needed to be done, but he didn't. Ed and his tech really helped me out today! We awoke this morning and the AC had gone out over night. I made a call to Ed and he was at my place in about hour. He diagnosed the problem...went to grab a part and was back shortly thereafter to correct the problem. Our AC was back up and running before lunch. I have a crazy schedule and it's hard to be home. When I needed service I had to schedule it three days out (though they were available sooner), and they gave me an hour time-window in the afternoon, which they met. The gentleman located and solved the problem quickly and I was charged less than I had imagined. I've since recommend Premiere Air to friends who have also enjoyed excellent service and reasonable rates. read more

This review is long overdue and I apologize. We first used Premiere Air Solutions when we took ownership of a townhouse we purchased. It was a foreclosure, so we weren't surprised to discover the AC wasn't working. It was July and incredibly hot. Two other companies came out and could not find the problem, but still charged us for the visit. Both insisted we needed a new unit. Our realtor, then recommended Premiere and Ed arrived to save the day. He found the problem and stuck with it until we felt cold air blowing. Oh, what relief. His fee was so reasonable, we kept insisting it had to cost more because he was there for hours. Also I need to mention that Ed is an extremely pleasant individual and very professional. Since then we have used Premiere to perform yearly tune-up checks on our AC and they are always punctual and the price is great. I really cannot recommend them enough. They are a small company that know how to provide top-notch service. Cathy, who answers the phone, could not be any nicer. She is the first person who greets you and no bother what the situation, she will keep her cool and help to get your problem solved. They are just the best. read more
