Doesn't matter if you make an appointment- you will still wait thirty minutes. Happened to me about three times just to be sure. The owner Danny is rude unless you are one of his regular clients. I went here regularly and stopped. My "me" time should be enjoyable not stressful. read more

I have been going here for 4 months in a row without fail. Even though my one visit was a 4 hour visit (just for a fills and pedicure....that was a LONG wait) and I have had to wait many times...I'm a very faithful customer, normally. Another week, 3 of my GEL toe polishes fell off and I was embarrassed to go to 2 events that weekend. Well today was the straw that broke the camels back....I walk in for ONE finger repair...they tell me it will be a 30 minute wait!!!! I'm not grilled, but I stay... The owner proceeds to "straighten up", take the next people, and finally 45 minutes later says would you like to make an appointment for another day? For ONE nail repair?!?!?! I always tip EACH nail tech at least $7. Each for my nails, then toes...And this is how they treat their repeat customers??? Never again. Honestly, never walking in again and I have sent people there before....NO MORE. That is ignorant to do to faithfully returning regular clients....I beg you people, go somewhere else, you deserve better and SO DO I. read more

You will not leave Premiere unsatisfied. All if the techs are excellent, I personally prefer La Mi, she is awesome. Definitely try the gel polish, guaranteed for 3 weeks. I will not go anywhere else, the service and results speak for themselves. read more

I have been to this nail place several times but most recently to get a mani/pedi for my wedding. My pedicures usually last at least a month, my toes still look perfect like I just walked out of the salon and my manicure has not chipped even a little bit...I had them done over a week and a half ago. A few times I have waited a bit to be taken but once they get to me, they make me feel so special and focus on a long and very thorough manicure/pedicure. I will definitely be back and this will be my go-to neighborhood spot. read more

I had an appointment at 4 pm for change of color and I was waiting for 30 minutes. I did not have time and was assured I would be taken right away. It was very busy place and I was upset. But the service was so good. I forgot about the wait.. I went back for the second time after a month. I had excellent service. The feet massage was the best and they have very well trained staff. I made an appointment to get a fill. The man answering the phone said to come in at 1pm that day. I was there at exactly 1, and he told me to have a seat and that someone would be with me soon. At 1:15 he said again, that it wouldn't be too long. At 1:20 he told a girl that I was waiting and she told me to come back and sit down. I thought she was going to do my nails, and instead started to do a pedicure on someone else....at 1:30 I left. As I was leaving the man in front said, "so sorry Terri"....would never go back there again! Not sure why nail salons think they can ALWAYS keep you waiting. read more

the nail place looks clean, but you can never get any service done. The owner tells you to make an appt even though they say walk ins are welcome. When you have an appt with a specific manicurist they still make you wait 1 1/2. You then decide to not make an appt and get there a few minutes before they actually open, you are told to come back in an 1 1/2. There are a ton of manicure places in a 1 mile radius that would be thrilled to have the business and do a good job. My time is too valuable to either sit around waiting with an appt or drive back in the same day and wait. read more

I typically call in the same day I need my nails done and Danny never says no. I book my appointment in the morning for 5pm and I never wait more than 5 minutes. Everyone always does a great job and they are very nice. I occasionally have to come in with my daughter and they have always been sweet to her. Painting her nails if they have time or letting her relax in one of the pedi chairs while she waits. She can't wait to sit next to me for a little mommy daughter time. read more

I have been going to Premiere Nails since it opened, and love them. My nails and feet always look great, they take their time and are very professional and accommodating. I even have my husband addicted to pedicures now. We moved out to Southern Highlands a few years ago, and tried a few place closer to there but ended up coming back, it's well worth the drive, I haven't found as good of service at other shops. So far so good! This is a very clean facility with lots of stations and color choices. I'm usually very happy with my service, but there is often pretty long wait...even with an appointment. They take their time with their pedicures and give you services that you normally have to upgrade to elsewhere. I have taken my daughters in a few times, and they are very cute with them. One downside is they don't have a drying station. It would be nice if they would add that. read more

I can usually always get an appointment same day. Danny is helpful (the owner) , always seems busy. Customer service is a 6. Even with an appointment I had to wait 30 mins last time I was there. Not sure how long gel nails should last but mine always crack and break after 2 weeks. I go here cause it's super close to my house... I had an appointment at 5:00 for a pedicure and a full set. I waited about 15 minutes until they finally started my pedicure. The pedicure was great (that's the reason for two stars) I then waited until 6:40 for them to do the full set. Danny, the owner, kept taking walk in after walk in. I wound up being the last person to leave AFTER all the walk ins and I had an appointment. I have NEVER spent 3 hours at a nail salon for a full set and a pedicure. It was unbelievable! Not a good experience for the first visit. My nails started lifting in two days. One nail completely came off. I was referred by a friend who is a regular at this salon but she sees the same person regularly. She suggested that I go back. I called and Danny had his wife "fix" my nails. He didn't charge me which was very nice, but less than two weeks later, the same nail that came off before previously, came off again. I don't know if they are using a cheap product or what the issue is but I have never had my nails completely lift off in a week. I will not return to Premiere Nails. read more
