I liked the salon, but they owe me money and haven't paid me back. Instead, they blocked my phone number. The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy. read more

Truly the worst pedicure's my wife and I ever had. Both technicians were so lazy, it was almost laughable. They applied almost no pressure when using the callus remover, using the hot stones, etc. one of the chairs made a groaning sound when the massage was on. My wife's arm rest wouldn't some down because the table was hitting the other arm rest because the table didn't fold. They were out of a primary product that our package included but made no effort to offer a discount. When it came time to checkout, the tips start at 20% and go up from there. I am debating between a 3/4 star review. I was very skeptical about going to a new nail place. I needed to desperately treat myself to a pedicure. The price for a standard pedicure is just $25 which seems to be normal for Henderson / Las Vegas area. The pictures of the place looked so beautiful but it was really cramped in the inside. When i arrived for my appointment i told them i wanted a butterfly design. Instead they had sticker which i wasn't mad about. I wasn't allowed to touch the stickers at all even though i sanitized but it's okay I'm also not mad about that. Can never be too safe with the virus. I understand. Anyways the lady showing me the stickers wouldn't listen when i said "stop" or "i like those" i just said forget it and told her to choose. My water was ready and waiting for me while i picked a color but i felt very rushed and i felt as if everyone was looking at me so i just grabbed a glitter and kept it moving to the back. The water was super hot and i just remember this discomforting feeling while the lady did my feet. The purpose of coming is for me to relax and enjoy my time instead i was too busy trying to tell her she was hurting me. The entire time and this never ever happens at any other nail shop I've been to. I almost wanted to walk out in the middle of her cutting my cuticles. I am actually not mad at the outcome. I like my feet but i feel it was pretty rushed. The customer service on the phone to the guy making my appointment was great but inside it just didn't feel as warm as I'm used to. Also the nail shops i go to I'm used to being offered water and i did not know how to work the massage chair it was just not as relaxing as i had hoped for. The best thing about my appointment was the funny show that was playing on the wall. I want to go back because of the price but i may need to get another nail tech because the lady i had was too rough and didn't even acknowledge me a few times after saying ow or moving my feet. Great business! I called first thing in the morning at 9am to see if they could see me at Noon (same day) for a Pedi. The owner picked up the phone & was so sweet and scheduled me right in. I came in to the Salon for a Gel Pedicure during my Lunch hour and Marisa was amazing, to say the least. This was my first time at this Salon but I will definitely be coming back. O stars. I came to this place the first time and it was mediocre at best. Literally two days later I had three chipped nails. I've gone to so many other places and have done gel on my nails and they lasted almost 2 months without chipping. Then I went the second time to give them the benefit of the doubt and did gel on my hands. Again, two days later two fingers chipped. This place is probably the worst nail place I've ever been to ever! This is also my first review I have ever written. I feel like I had to write something because this place cannot get away with the work that they are doing. They have nail techs that just got out of school and seemed pretty inexperienced. So i came in the other day as I saw really good reviews here On yelp. I set an appointment 6 and I called and told them I was running a little late got there around 6:12. The staff were pretty nice. However, I felt like the job on my nails and toes were pretty rushed. I wanted a pedicure and an acrylic overlay on my toes. One thing I'm happy that the lady did the overlay as many places wouldn't really want to do it. However, I wanted a pedicure, with all my cuticles cuts and so worth. But I got more of the acrylic and foot scrub and massage. Don't get me wrong my toes came out pretty nice. My nails I love the color that I chosen, but it was rushed. I wanted a manicure prior to getting a new full set as I have over growth of cuticles and skin tags. Some nails were crooked and some weren't smoothed down at the corners so it wouldn't be hella pointy especially when some gel areas that were droopy Overall, the staff were nice but I will try this place again and I'll see if I'll be a regular here. read more

Frustrating to be told one thing then come here and nothing....don't just say things to get a customer in the door. I popped in on a Friday afternoon around 4pm and I was seated right away. The owners are always there and they're so so swe Interior: the place is beautifully clean and decorated. It has a relaxing industrial rustic feel to it. It's very elegant. There's 8 manicure stations and I wanna say 6 pedicure stations but I haven't been in the back. Job: I got medium length almond acrylics. Lie (I'm so sorry if I spell his name wrong) did a great job on my nails and was patient with how perfect I wanted them. He made sure they were the perfect length and as skinny as I wanted. I even broke one the next day and he fixed it for me with no complaints. Price: the prices are extremely reasonable and I'll definitely be coming back. For my full set it was $30. read more

I really wish there was a 0 star option. Overly priced for terrible service. My second time here ( December 10th) was HORRIBLE. I went in to get a gel fill, and a pedicure. I picked the lavender pedicure which said it was $35 and during my pedicure, the water was so hot it burned my feet, the woman cut my toenails so much they started to bleed, she did not use clean tools (there were not sterilized), and she burned me with the hot stones and the towels! Also, when she was putting the UV light on my toe nails to cure the polish, she kept hitting my toenails with the machine, ruining my polish! After an hour of that... I finally got my manicure which was even WORSE ( I know unbelievable right) The girl didn't even finish shaping my nails, her paint job was horrendous - she left spots unpainted and she also painted 4 of my nails pink ! When they were all supposed to be white and sparkly!!!! I was so upset. She didn't even speak one word to me or tell me that she mixed up the colors so I had to find out that my nails didn't even match once I got to my car.. And to top it all off , I was charged $115 for all of that! My pedicure was $70 (I have never even heard of a $70 pedicure!) and my nails were $50 even though they looked like crap. The time before, I paid $45 for my fill and the salon manager decided charge me an extra $5 for the same exact thing I got before! I had TERRIBLE service at this salon. Wasted 3 hours of my time.
