When Arturo came out to inspect the roof, he provided a verbal quote, but no written estimate was ever sent. Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

They reused the tiles and installed the plywood decking and underlayment, and replaced rotten wood. It was during a 2week period of rain. Did my research and got several quotes from various companies. The owner (Francisco) gave a very reasonable quote for the work. My flat roof was about 1200 sq ft. They replaced the entire roof in several days, replaced much of the fascia wood and primed it all (haven't decided what color paint yet). I felt that this company was honest with pricing and reasonable. So many people are taking advantage of insurance companies demanding major repairs that may or may not be needed and there are a lot of roofing companies that are overcharging for work. They were very transparent about costs, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and were kind to my family. Very thankful for their work!

Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Or make sure it rains in the warranty period!

Actually, the crew came out early, about an hour before we opened, and had already set up and were ready to go. The job was completed in a timely manner, and again, full detailed photos showed the full work. After pointing out the areas of concern to him, Ken offered a couple non-serious possibilities for the phenomenon, and was able to assure me there was no threat to either the structural integrity of the house or the cement slab foundation - and pretty much bottom-lined it, saying there's really nothing to worry about. I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Would be nice If all companies sent inspectors who operated the same way as Ken.

I wanted to leave a review because I truly got exceptionally excellent service. Starting with sales rep Thurston who came to discuss pricing. By this time I had interviewed several roofing companies, and Thurston was going to be my last before deciding on a roofer. His honesty, discussion with the products they us and commitment to excellence was what sold me. No games, no schemes, just truth. I made a decision that day and gave him a down payment to hold my day. Day 1 came. It was extremely organized. I had about 7 guys working very hard the entire day to get the old 2 layer roof off and prepare for shingling the next day. That evening a couple of guys with a truck that had a conveyor belt brought the shingles and left them strategically all over the roof for the following am. Day 2. Put the new shingles roof, did some touch-up painting. Cleaned up there mess. All under the supervision of Project Manager Erwin, who did an excellent job of moving everything along and making sure there were no problems. Always available for phone calls if I needed anything, which I didn't. He was always one step ahead of me. My roof was done in 2 days and on the 3rd day porta-potty was removed. I would like to take a moment to thank the owner David for all his help with my extenuating circumstance. He was wonderful. I can understand why Premium Roofing is so successful. An owner who cares about his employees and clients. I think I made the absolute right decision. I'm so happy with my new roof and I'm free of roof worries for 30 years! Hurray. Premium Roofing Systems is staffed with good people from my phone call for an estimate to the phone call following up on the work done. David came out and inspected my roofs many areas of damage. David was very knowledgeable about the roofing system and provided us with a proposal for the roof replacement that was less and a better value than most of my proposals but offered a product that was by far better. Now on to Sam's part, the logistics of the roofing project. Sam was always at the ready, she handled the home improvement project application with my HOA and the HCD permitting flawlessly. Sam was a joy to work with. Erwin and his crew was always early, respectful and just a bunch of hard working people. I knew my roof was in need of some repairs but as the roof removal process moved forward Erwin kept me informed with pictures and the needs to make the proper long lasting repairs. Great customer service, outstanding work and care for my property. PRS is customer first, before my project start date David called me to see if I would be willing to move my projects start date to help out a couple who had a family situation that could be better handled if they could have their roofing project done at an earlier date. I was more than happy to get behind PRS with helping out this family. I'm very happy with my experience working with this team and truly appreciate the effort they've put into my home. From the beginning, the process has been smooth, professional, and well-coordinated. Aldo, the project manager, has been outstanding to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right. He took the time to carefully walk me through the wood damage caused by termites and weather exposure, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. That level of transparency really gave me confidence in the work being done. One of the biggest improvements was the overhang roof at my front entrance. It had been sinking, and the team completely demoed the old structure and rebuilt a new, solid foundation. I'm extremely pleased with the result, looks great and feels much more secure. I needed to have our roof underlayment replaced to prepare for an upcoming solar panel installation. I contacted Premium Roofing Systems for a quote and Thurston promptly came to the house to assess and provide recommendations. I also wanted to fix several visible areas with water damage on the fascia boards along the edges. Thurston was very helpful and informative and provided a reasonable and competitive estimate very quickly as well as advice on financing the project. Once we selected Premium, the crew was scheduled to come out a couple weeks later. The project was scheduled to last about 4 days and the foreman, Irvin, was great at explaining the steps and schedule of the project as well as keeping me informed each day as to progress and what to expect next. The crew was on time and very efficient and it was encouraging to see how much progress they made each day. Their work and craftsmanship was excellent and ultimately they finished ahead of schedule in just 3 days. They cleaned up the work area very well and the whole experience working with Premium from the beginning to the end has been wonderful. We recently had our roof replaced by Premium Roofing Systems and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the start, David was great to work with--he helped us walk through all the options and made sure we felt confident in our choices. Once the project kicked off, Nolan and Ulises were amazing handling things day-to-day. They were responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions--even when I had a mid-day meeting and needed the crew to pause work for an hour, they were super understanding. They even took pictures during the process to share with me which helped reassure that the project was moving along and provided drone shots afterwards so that I could get a full view of the finished roof. The crew that came out each day was fantastic. They were thorough, respectful, and left everything clean--every single day. They even cleaned up our neighbor's yard, which didn't go unnoticed. There is nothing fun about dealing with contractors and yet in this case it was an absolute pleasure! No exaggeration! Project Leader, Nolan M., was in charge of our home's roof redo with Premium Roofing. Nolan explained in detail the processes. He would show us outside what they were doing. He answered all of our questions in a friendly manner. We had lots of questions, too. We have cement tiles and his crew specialized in working with them. His crew was reliable, on time, seemed to do thorough work. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job. They even protected the driveway with plastic when they had to put the truck on the drive way. Nolan was often onsite and if he wasn't we were able to contact him and he always contacted us back in a very timely manner. Can't say too much about Premium Roofing. The salesman, Thurston T., met with us a couple of times and was also very informative, reliable and on time. Even the office contact person, Sam, was friendly and reliable with her calls and emails. I recently had my roof done by Premium Roofing System and had a great experience from start to finish. Ulises was the one who came out for the estimate, and he was professional, honest, and very informative, which made the decision easy. He came out and got on the roof with me to go over the scope of work and answered all my questions. Ulises was what sold me on the company and explained all the pro's and con's of each option. Gave me 3 different options with pricing. He dropped off shingle samples and put up a tarp over the area we had leaks in the meantime while getting on their schedule. Once the project started, Aldo, the foreman, kept everything running smoothly and made sure the crew stayed on schedule. Our roof was at the end of its life and we were having some leaks around the chimney along with some noticeable wood damage. Found Pemium through Home Advisor and they came out and inspected the roof and provided a detailed quotation. We delayed the project due to Covid and when we decided to proceed we got an updated quote that was more due to the escalated cost of the needed lumber. All within reason. We got a break in the rain and incredibly they completed the entire project, including removal of the old roof, and a fair amount of sheeting, shiplap, and primed facia replacement in just 3 days. On Day 4 it rained hard but we didn't care because we were under our beautiful new roof. The crew arrived promptly at 7:30 each day and were done at 5:00. The last 1/2 hour of each day was devoted to cleanup which included sweeping the exterior of the house with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. Good communication throughout the project so any issues that came up could be dealt with promptly so the production schedule was not impacted. Exceptional customer service and quality of workmanship. Very disappointed with the service. Adrian, the owner, came out and gave us a proposal to replace the roof on our house after the rain in January. We had a leak in the valley of the roof, and the water was flowing into our garage. He said they would start the work the first week of February. He also stated that if the weather report said rain, they would come out and cover the roof where it was leaking. Someone from his office called and said they would be out on Thursday to cover the roof where it was leaking. When it started to rain, my husband called, and they said they were very busy and they would come out on Friday at 11:00. Meanwhile, since the rain was very heavy on Thursday, we had a flood in the garage. Nobody came on Friday, and when we called the office and finally got hold of Adrian, he stated that he would not be out to cover the roof and was very busy and it would be in our best interest to find someone else to take care of the roof and was withdrawing the proposal that he gave us. This left us in a bind and we had to scramble to find someone to come out to do the job. read more

After my roof leaked I had 4 different companies come out to examine it and provide estimates. I had my own ladder setup and I climbed up on the roof with 3 of them (one of them used a drone and did not climb onto the roof). David from Premium Roofing Systems was the first to arrive and I was very impressed. He offered a comprehensive plan to fix the leak and also to address some other maintenance items. I learned quite a bit from him as he discussed technical details of my roof issue and how to resolve it. He wrote up an estimate on the spot and the pricing was very competitive. One of the other companies gave me a quote that was more than twice as much. Another company did provide a slightly lower estimate, but their solution was an inferior point fix with a much smaller scope of work. So I signed on with Premium Roofing Systems and their crew came out in time to do the work before the next rain. They did a really nice job and the next day's rain confirmed that the fix was successful. No more leaks, yay!!! read more

When we wanted to change our roof we took the time to painstakingly go over each and every bid and narrowed on a couple of companies which included Premium Roofing System . David impressed us immediately explaining the whole process patiently answering any questions we had . It was refreshing to see someone give quotes without being pushy .We finalized Dave and team . Communication was fluent on timelines and if something changed they were quick to keep us in the loop . On the day of the installation Adrain V and Erwin (manager) were there to monitor and make sure everything was to our satisfaction . Everybody in the crew worked extremely hard and cleaned up on each of the days . Special shoutout to Erwin for fixing items that came up adhoc . Pricing was reasonable and might be slightly on the higher side but I cannot stress enough on what a great experience it has been for us . I had my roof replaced by Premium Roofing System and the whole process went really smoothly from beginning to end. Ulises handled the initial estimate and stood out right away--he took the time to walk me through everything on the roof, answered all my questions clearly, and laid out multiple options with straightforward pricing. He even brought over shingle samples and temporarily covered a leak with a tarp while I waited to get scheduled, which I really appreciated. When the job got underway, Aldo, the foreman, did a great job managing the crew and keeping things organized and on track. The team worked hard, cleaned up well each day, and paid close attention to the details. Premium Roofing Systems I must say did an outstanding job on my roof. I had an old concrete tile roof that had been leaking over the past 5 years and it was time to remove and replace it. I decided to go with a composite shingle roof which they offered to me at an amazing price. Through the bidding process their PM Thurston worked very well with me on the SOW and pricing. The materials used were top of the line and he explained the process thoroughly. Upon the start of construction Aldo my roofing forman was able to come in with a full crew and and complete the job in two consecutive days. He took charge of the project completing the full scope of work with no short cuts in regards to quality and workmanship. As mentioned in other reviews, owner Adrian is outstanding, as is Ulysses, his on-site quality control expert and supervisor. Adrian spent time going over options with us, gave us references and examples to contact, and was available to answer any question or requests, promptly. At the end of each day, they meticulously cleaned up! The workers went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and every request considered. Premium Roofing Systems is definitely a company to be trusted. From day one they were on-time, courteous, friendly, and professional. As a person who knows basically nothing about this craft they were kind enough to inform me about the processes that were needed for my roof. I have to admit that I was not expecting this to be easy. Searching for the best prices was a headache but I still wanted to pick the most attainable one for me and after having dealt with five other estimates I was disillusioned I thought I was going to have to put it off a while longer, however Premium Roofing Systems was able to beat the odds.
