Cancellation policy that was not honored!

I was excited for this cabin rental that I found on Vrbo. When I got the contract from the rental company to sign, it seemed a bit strict but I figured oh well. After I sign the contract I got a litany of rules like I have never seen before. One of them and that stuck out to me was that they would be doing an unannounced check in's. I do not know about you, but that is not a way that I wanna spend my vacation, to be being checked up on. I decided to read the other reviews and found out that this wasn't the place for me. When I booked the cabin it said I had until 9/16 to get a 100% refund if I cancelled before. I cancelled on 8/25. They gave me 75%.

Trash smudges on the garbage can not cleaned prior to my arrival.

We ended coming back about 10 min later because there wasn't too many food options around the area. The same hostess asked if a table was ok and we said yes so we ended up getting seated immediately. We were a little confused We ordered a few things, Garden salad - the portion was big but the vinaigrette dressing didn't taste like anything. I wish we got a different salad since it just tasted like plain wet salad (4/10) Pesto Pizza - very good pesto flavor and I really enjoyed their pizza dough. I wish we added some type of meat ontop because it felt like it was missing something. I'd probably get it again and ask to do that (6.5/10) or a (8/10) when I added the chicken Chicken piccata - this dish was good, chicken was a little dry. It came with polenta that was very flavorful. I was using this chicken to eat with the pizza and salad. (7/10)

This place is not looking to slam out every table rather let folks enjoy the experience, sit back, relax, live in the moment. For some, speedy service is necessary. Not always the case for us - thankfully not the case this evening. The table next to us were celebrating a 30yo's bday and complaining to the manager about slow service until they got comp'd... then we heard the guy complaining that his cc was maxed out... - food is locally sourced, much of it owned by the owner so the prices are VERY unexpectedly reasonable. We expected to pay more but entrees were around $25/average +/-... all in with an app we shared and 2-3 glasses of wine our Saturday dinner total was $100

The waitress was kind enough to let us switch to outdoor seating even though our reservation was indoor. I ordered the lasagna and found very dry and chalky. It was still very picturesque, and my boyfriend's pizza looked and tasted yummy. I would most definitely go back, I'd probably just order something else.

Located on the second floor of the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, it's a very small uniquely designed place with great quaint window seating. Noelle greeted us with open arms, super friendly and knowledgeable about the organic wines she was presenting to us. The tasting is simple: 5 generous pour and some pretzels in a very relaxed setting for $18. All the wines are organic which I've never had. It was a great experience learning about how all these local wine makers produce their wine and the difference in taste compared to the mass produced wines. We loved all the wines we tasted, even bought a couple bottles to bring back home. Absolutely would recommend this place. Thank you Noelle, for making or time so enjoyable. But I will say that the customer service was excellent. Our wine expert was very knowledgable about the wines, the origins of these wineries, and so much more. He even shared a bit about how wine making got started in Arizona. And he was kind enough to add a fifth free taste of a port wine with a piece of chocolate (very nice of him). The space is small, and not well air-conditioned, but does offer a temporary break from the hot, arizona sun.
