Parking anywhere in Uptown is always troublesome. Pressed Juicery has two designated spots out front but it's not that helpful. The location is small but some seating inside. They have a cute stop and a step and repeat/photo op wall but not sure if it's permanent or just for the opening. I love that you can try some options before committing to a bottle. I wanted to try so many but I just tried one and went with it. Kind of unfortunate that they don't mix veggie and fruit juices except an option or two. They mainly have one or the other and most of their veggie juices have parsley in them which I hate. I have a greens juice of some kind every morning so that was a disappoint as I won't be coming here for green veggie juices. The frozen yogurt is very good and dairy free. They were out of blueberries when I went but they have many fruit, granola, and sweet toppings. I'd definitely go back just for the froyo. read more

I was introduced to Pressed through a Yelp Elite event but I must say I've been back several times and I think we have a winner here folks! So, first, it's uptown, parking sucks in uptown - it is what it is, I usually go early or late enough that I miss the chaos in the parking lot. They have two designated spots but again - uptown. Second, they're pretty popular so they have been sold out of some of my faves (Greens 4 & Yuzu Jalapeno), hence why I try to go early lol. I like Pressed because they have a great product selection and pricing is pretty spot on for what you get - even better if you sign up for the membership which I did. The membership gets you discounted pricing on your purchases, special sales and free delivery. They do not have an app so you have to do everything via the web on your phone. I added the website to my home screen so it kindaaaa works like an app, but not really lol. Hoping that they plan on releasing an app soon because that would make sign-up, use and tracking much easier. Third, everyone is so nice. I say everyone but I've really only dealt with two gentlemen that seem to always be there when I come. They remember me when I walk in the door and that makes me feel very welcomed. They know my beet allergy so when I ask what do they suggest they know not to suggest anything with beets. *insert heart eyed emoji* Definitely hoping this location does well so they can expand within DFW and Texas! read more

Absolutely love the variety of juices, shots, and healthy treats here! I love that they let you try everything before you buy with the exception of the shots. I've seen other locations in other cities and have been dying to try this place! I'm so glad that I finally got to give it a try during Elite week. I'm a huge froyo fan so I opted for the strawberry freeze. It's definitely a different consistency than froyo, but it was the perfect summer treat. There are an assortment of toppings that range from drizzles to fruit to candies. If you become a member then you can get discounted prices on items, which is quite a deal. We came in to try some fresh juice. We were immediately greeted by Miriame, who helped us through the juice selection process. They have a large refrigerator behind the counter where all of their juices are at. Being on keto, I asked if they had a juice that would fit my dietary restrictions. Miriame provided a juice to taste that had 5 net carbs, which was awesome. It was loaded with celery, spinach, cucumber, and some other green veggies. The taste was good, but I am personally not a fan of celery. Miriame then provided samples from several other juices just to sample, but they weren't keto friendly. All were so good! I totally would've taken home a few bottles if I could! My husband ended up getting the blue lemonade, which is really tasty and has a cool color. Pressed Juicery also serves soft serve that is VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, and completely PLANT BASED! Went here, and I got the cayenne lemon and ginger fresh squeezed juice, and boy was it great! Has a kick so if you don't like spice I would suggest something else. Coming in to the actual building there was a line, but that made it even better! I figured if people were standing in line for this, it was going to be really great. It lived up to my expectations! The place was so nice and clean and had many options. Some of which were out of stock because of the grand opening, this in mind I got to try a drink that I really like, that I I will be coming back to get! The employees were really nice and well-versed on the product, and helped me figure out what to try. There are a lot of flavors I still want to try and I will be back to try them. Loooove love love their juices, the staff and the competence is awful. I order juices online and pick up at the Dallas location. NEVER have had my order correct EVER. Always check your order to ensure you don't have expired or soon to expire juices, as well as, ensure all your juices are in the bag. I frequently go here as an avid juicer and love the products. Also they validate parking but you have to ask the correct person because some will look at you like you're crazy when you ask to validate. It's soooo frustrating and I have called corporate and emailed them about the incompetence issue. read more

I tried Pressed Juicery for the first time during a visit to LA and was hooked at first sip. Excited they are finally in Dallas so I can have them all the time!! I had never tried freeze before, until they opened in Uptown, but OH. MY. GOD. This plant based soft serve of sorts satisfies all cravings, while still being 100% plant-based and vegan. I wish there were multiple rating criteria because I give Pressed Juicery a 5-star for their innovative juice flavors and their freeze concept. I love everything about those. The problem is ACCESSIBILITY and SERVICE. Parking is terrible. It would be worth it if you didn't have to wait so long once you got inside, which brings me to the bigger problem. Their SERVICE is AWFUL. First off, why don't they hire folks who live the juice life, who love juice, and who can actually talk about the juice like they know it? Second, there is never enough staff behind the counter helping customers. I have been there about 10 times now, including their opening week and nothing has improved with service. During one visit about a month ago, a guy was helping us and there were 4 of us getting freeze (me and my family), and a line of 3 more people behind us -the guy was running as slow as a snail regardless of the long line. I asked him if he could ask one of his co-workers to help him. Two co-workers were standing next to him just talking, not helping anyone and he said "well I can't ask them because they're having a meeting". Seriously? That's absurd. Finally he recruited someone from the back who appeared to be really annoyed that he asked for help, but things moved a bit quicker. We went last night after a long break due to their awful service, and once again we were disappointed in the SERVICE. There was one guy behind the counter getting freeze for 2 people in front of us. We waited 10 minutes while they got their freeze, asked questions about juice, got 4 bottles of juice, then got hung up on their rewards membership. The guy behind the counter finally had them hold off to the side to handle their rewards program to help my husband and I, but meanwhile there were already 3 more people in line behind us. The guy behind us got tired of waiting and walked out. The guy helping us finally went to the back and got another staff member to help - a gal we had seen before who is extremely slow, lazy, and always looks unhappy. She doesn't know much about the juice and she is really unmotivated. The guy did the best he could to get us checked out and he was working hard. I think his name was Joey but I can't remember - I wish I knew because he deserves a promotion for doing the best problem solver and hardest worker of anyone I have seen there yet. What's up with the rewards taking up so much time at checkout? We have not signed up for that specific reason. It should be simple. They need to figure out their staffing or they are going to have a lot more folks walk out and never return. There should be one person dedicated to freeze. And a separate person for juice-only customers. Its not fair for the juice customers to wait in the freeze line because it takes forever. And they should have one cashier in addition to that during their peak times. I'm going on another boycott for a while, and I hope they can improve their service for the next time I decide to give them a chance. I do really love their product! I would buy a lot more of it if I didn't have to wait so long. Meanwhile, I will stick with Roots Juice for my cleanses. read more

I'm super stoked they FINALLY opened a location in Dallas. I always go out of my way to go to Pressed juicery when I'm in NYC and Vegas. All their juices are really good, but my favorite of all time would be the Charcoal Lemonade. It tastes great and cleanses you out. Joshua was very helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. My LA friends always rave about Pressed Juicery and I've been hearing the buzz about the new Dallas store opening up so today I went to check it out and LOVED IT. I tried the pineapple freeze, which was a super yummy treat for a summer afternoon, and also took a few of the juices home to try. So far I've only had the Roots 2, but it's *delicious*. I love this place! Most of the workers are sweet, except for one. Any time I see her there, I turn right around. Other than that, I love the rewards program and all of the juices they have to offer. This was my second time purchasing a cleanse for two days. My first experience was fantastic, the second purchase I was extremely disappointed. The juices are number 1-6, during my second day Vanilla Almond was listed number 1 to drink first, when I opened the bottle it fizzed almost like a soda which it has never done before. When I went to take a sip it was sour due to expiration. If you have ever purchased a juice cleanse, they are not cheap but totally worth it. This is now 2 times I've tried to purchase a smoothie bowl from Pressed with no luck. 1st time we visited the store we were basically ignored with only 1 other customer in the store. Once we were acknowledged, I explained this was our 1st time to visit.. expecting to have some explanation of items avail or a greeting acknowledging our 1st visit to the store. No...and no explanation from the employee but we were asked if we wanted a regular or large bowl. Since we had never visited, we had no idea what a reg or large was. I reluctantly ordered a large. Then was told they were out of bananas. Out of bananas? Looks to me like the bananas are one of the main ingredients in the bowl as it appears from the the sign in the window. This was 8:30 am on a Sunday morning so it seemed odd to be out of a main ingredient so early with an entire day to go. We chose to leave as the employee offer no other alternative and our 1st experience was seeming difficult. So I tried again today to order a bowl for pick up and was told no phone orders. I was told I would need to download their app and order thru the app for pickup. Good luck Pressed..I know rent can't be cheap in that location and it would seem you would need every customer.
