But if you are going to close before your posted closing time, especially almost an hour early, I feel like that should at least be communicated somewhere. Walking into a place thinking you have time to order and then being told "we're closed" when it is still 5:54 is honestly pretty frustrating. The whole experience was just bizarre. I wasn't trying to walk in at 5:59 PM and demand a full meal while everyone was trying to leave. I walked in at 5:54. That is still before 6 PM. There's something especially disappointing about getting yourself excited for a bowl, walking all the way inside, and then finding out you can't order because apparently the restaurant has decided that 5:54 is now closing time. Now the woman who walked up to me could have taken my order which would have taken 10-15 seconds. I tried using the kiosk for more than a minute then left in frustration. Which speaks to the customer experience. This message is for the business owner of this franchise why I won't be returning. There is another Robeks I go to that is way more busy but they have never asked me to use the kiosk no matter how busy they are. They have high foot traffic and there are usually 4-5 people waiting. This other Robek is run by better employees and I will be going to that one instead
