So I was beyond happy when I left lunch and right outside was a small Pressed Juicery pop-up booth. WITH FREEZES. The staff member (I think her name was Ashley) was so friendly and helped me with samples and toppings. And the freeze was amazing - rivals plain froyo, though I haven't had froyo in a few years. This Pressed Juicery is in the form of a kiosk located at the center of The Point in El Segundo. I've tried their juice cleanse before in the past but this time I came in to try out the Freeze. After sampling all 4 flavors (Greens, Fruits, Chocolate, Vanilla), I decided to get the ones that tasted the least healthy and most like a dessert since that's what I was craving at the moment. FYI the greens one tastes very healthy and very similar to their greens juices. I got the chocolate and vanilla swirl freeze with 3 toppings: shaved coconut, granola, and shaved almonds. Even the chocolate and vanilla freeze tasted pretty healthy and light. Not rich or too sweet. If you're looking for a healthy dessert option, this is a good choice. I thought it was a little pricey though at $5.95 for a small (size 1) with 3 toppings. Service was great and I'm glad I tried it once but I probably won't have cravings for this. read more

Açaí bowl tasted like slush. My blueberries were sour & the granola is SUPER SWEET with no texture to it. My turmeric orange juice taste like a pepper and turmeric drink didnt taste any orange apple and aloe. Basically you can make anything they make here at home. read more

The thing I love about pressed is that their prices are a little more affordable than some of the other juiceries in town --- a little :). I love the matcha and the almond milk drinks too. They are conveniently located close to the main parking lot at The Point so you can easily park, grab a juice, and get yourself back to optimal wellness again. Super convenient location at The Point. It's small, but I guess you don't need much space for a place like this. It's right in the middle of the courtyard in a little kiosk. I came here because I wanted to get a 1 day juice cleanse and I work just a couple miles away. The woman working there was very knowledgable and friendly. I ended up picking what was listed as their "most popular cleanse" - #2. You get 6 juices for around $33 (can't remember the exact price) and also have the option of adding 2 waters (one with aloe, and the other with something else) for a total of $39. Overall the juices were tasty! I'll definitely be coming back next time I want to do a juice cleanse. I noticed that this place also does some sort of frozen juice dessert. Came here for the purpose of trying out their ice cream. From what I know, 1) not all stores have it and 2) it's not available in certain markets (e.g. San Diego)--but I could be wrong. They were all out of chocolate :( so I settled for vanilla and it looked like chocolate! I got the single serving with three topings (almonds, raspberries, and dark chocolate chips). It was pretty good. Tasted a bit icy but not too much like some of those grocery store brands. Price point was mid range if you ask me. Not as expensive as other stores out there but not as affordable. I think I'll stick to PJ for their juices. read more

1 star is for the ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location, El Segundo. I normally go to Del Amo Mall but since its closed. Im forced to go to this location. I've encountered 2 young men working the weekends that never said, hello, can i help you all I got was a blank stare. Very annoying! Shouldnt they be happy customers are still coming in and you have a job still. I have NEVER experienced such disregard for a customer at any Pressed Juicery. They're always so smiling, friendly and ready to help. I usually spend $100 a week but i was turned off by their lack of service I just got one drink and left. Love this place! I love how fresh the juices taste and the variety of juices to choose from. The customer service is so on point! I attempted ordering a bunch of juices one way and the lady told me how to order them a different way to save a few bucks; totally appreciated! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try their frozen yogurt which apparently was a huge hit that day. Next time I'm in LA, I'll definitely try the frozen yogurt. Home of the infamous Boujee Juice, as I like to call it. Boujee as in expensive and meant for the upper class or bourgeoise. At $7 a bottle, this place ain't cheap. However, I do enjoy this juice every now and then. I always get the Citrus 2 because it tastes good and still makes me feel like I'm being healthy without drinking straight up juiced greens. If this juice is actually superior to other juices is up to your judgement. I like to think that just because it's more expensive, it's higher quality, but it could just be a placebo effect to make you feel that way. So if you like to feel high class, just walk around with some of this juice. Personally, I like Minute Maid juice just as much, maybe even more, but I like to upgrade myself every now and then. read more

What's unique about this place is they have frozen yogurt. Now adjust your taste buds because no added sugar can mean no added taste. It's kind of like eating your green smoothie with a spoon. It's much better for you, but it's hard to get your mind wrapped around a healthy fro-yo. That being said, if I want "dessert" I'd choose elsewhere strictly on taste. All the flavors are good, but fruit is my least favorite. Both my guys liked the greens the best. This place is adorable! I didn't realize it had this location which I'm sure is the reason behind their promotion ($1 for a freeze cup). They have 4 flavors which you can try ahead of time and even choose 2. It's brilliant. I always thought you would only go into this store for a specialty drink or if you want to do a cleanse but I will regularly come back for this freeze that I would never had known about otherwise. I couldn't chose btwn the Chocolate and Vanilla so I did both and I had them do it side by side so I could really tell the difference, It's all natural ingrediants and heavy on the figs so keep that in mind but YUM! The place is absolute gorgeous, I must say. All of the staff are amazingly helpful and generous with how they pack on the açaí bowls. However, do NOT let Veronica ever do your açaí bowl. You are paying close to $10 for the bowl itself and she only puts a skimpy amount of ingredients and doesn't bother to ask if you prefer peanut butter, agave, or honey on top.
