The phone line always goes to an automated system, and I've never been able to reach a real person. (My appointment was canceled last year because the doctor wasn't in the office, and I was said I will contact the office to reschedule.) It's now been six months, and I still haven't been able to book a new appointment. I've left multiple voicemails, but no one has called me back. I also live quite far from the office, so driving there just to schedule isn't practical. At this point, I honestly don't know how patients are supposed to make an appointment. The lack of communication is very disappointing. :-(((

All the questions I had regarding my symptoms, his response was that he was not an expert on tongue, urine or etc. At one point, I told him why then I came to see him for medical advice. I did not feel like I got professional advice on my condition. Additionally, his office messed up my medication. Without thoroughly checking with the insurance- not submitting a prior authorization, my insurance denied the medication. I had to call Dr. Jue's office, pharmarcy and insurance. The front desk kept saying they were working on it. Right. Now they are not even answering my call. Leaving me without medication. I do not recommend Dr. Jue for diabetes.

The office told me my Medicare coverage was not the primary. I also have supplemental medical insurance in addition to Medicare. After calling several times for 2 weeks to schedule appointment and explaining confirmation that Medicare has confirmed and is my primary insurance and Dr. Jue could not deny seeing me, they still would not schedule an appointment even tho their schedule appointments are 2 months out. I mentioned that Medicare advised me that they could not deny scheduling me, and was told "we are not denying you an appointment, we cannot schedule an appointment until the billing office clears insurance. Do I have an appointment yet? No, I still have to wait for the office billing manager to "look" at my coverage. It's been 2 weeks!

Rather than some high-and-mighty purveyor of wisdom who is interrupted by infuriating patients, he really listens. As a transgender woman, I have not always met with such warmth, welcome, and understanding and understanding in the medical community. I heartily recommend David Peterson as a doctor and as a lovely human being. He even took the time to get to know my medical backstory and recommend other physicians (a wonderful thing since I am new to the San Jose area!)

I recently had to get another FNA shortly after seeing Dr Srinivasan. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to it. Dr. Srinivasan assured me she'd never had anyone swear at her from the pain, so I took that as a good sign. While it wasn't the most pleasant experience of my life (please call me if someone makes the process of getting needles stuck in one's neck a pleasant experience - not possible), it was no more painful than a shot! I was handed an ice pack and I think that really ensured that I'd have no pain the next day. I assured Dr Srinivasan that she'd performed the best biopsy I'd ever had and she'd get 5 stars for it - so here they are. In addition to her stellar biopsy skills (right in the office, no trip to the hospital), she's been an informative and attentive endocrinologist. I highly recommend her!

I did internet research so I could learn about my primary diagnosis and was belittled for that. She was a dismissive jerk with every question I asked her. She also belittled me for a decision a previous Endocrinologist made for me about medication. I walked out after half the appointment because she had already made it dead clear that as long as my numbers were within range, I was fine no matter what side effects I was having of being on a high or low end. How dare any doctor shame you for trying to learn about your health issues when they don't, can't, or won't help. Also, she took it a step further and complained in her after summary visit about me "looking on the internet" when I said I was specifically reading medical websites. Did she ask which ones? no. If she had, I would have specified, Stanford, University of Maryland, & another large teaching hospital I can't recall at the moment.
