Honestly an incredible company! I found myself stuck in a terrifying situation of losing all my moving help and suddenly needed movers. Then these guys beat the others in price and service so I went with them. I've been in contact with Prime Moving every day this last week asking questions and moving my scheduled move around because of the mess that is my life. They were EXCELLENT and quickly accommodated and answered me EVERY time. Ultimately I ended up unable to move to my new place and I had to cancel the move because of really crappy circumstances with my new rental. I have actually always found my movers in Los Angeles off Craigslist over the years. The concern there is obvious reasons - insured or reliability, trust/effort etc. well, I did find prime moving from craigslist and one of the things is Tom replied quickly when I needed some thing on short notice. They are reasonably priced and about fair with the market, but worth the extra. I was sent text messages of where the movers were and where they were in route with my belongings. Tom organized everything and did it so smoothly and answered every question I had. Additionally, the movers that I had were exceptional. Some of my things were heavy and required wrapping, and they did it in a fast speed and made my move happened, and I even had to do it at night. Very reliable, calls when he says he will, and emails invoices on a timely basis. The movers were the real heroes. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and very hardworking movers! It was 100-104 degrees (with AC broken...) when we moved, but they were so very amicable and awesome to work with. Thank you very much for making our move doable in this heat. All furniture were moved without damage or scratches. My recommendation is to mark all your boxes to the rooms/spaces you want them moved, so that the team can swiftly transport boxes and items to the destination rooms. Gentleman did an excellent job considering it was a really hot day. I felt bad not having water bottles handy for them. It took about 8 or more hours to load and unload from a 2 story house to another 2 story house: 2 full bed sets, 2 sets of sofas, a dryer, a weight system, a refrigerator and other small furniture pieces including bicycles.
