The portions are great, easily can share one meal. That being said frankly one of worst meals. My wife ordered the Orange Chicken with Chow Main. The chicken was either full of grizzle and poor quality. I ordered Beef and Broccoli with Fried Rice. The sauce was a strange mirky off color seemed more of a fish sauce, the beef was rubbery however the broccoli was cooked perfectly. The fortune cookies were even stale. This place is a little hidden especially if you don't know that it's there & am driving through the main street. This place can get busy at times, but the employees take your order quickly & efficiently to get your food to you as fast as possible. I've had food from this place several times now & the food is decent. It's fast food so you can't expect gourmet but it's definitely not bad. Sometimes I order the chow mein & Mongolian beef but they both taste the same. Pretty soy sauce heavy and not enough flavor. I would recommend adding peppers or spicy sauce to your meals, just to kick things up a notch. One of the big bonuses is the prices are great for the amount of food you get. The portions are huge! This was my first time here but I will definitely be returning. First off, the portion sizes are huge and well worth the price. I don't eat that much but out of this one box I have already had three meals and still have leftovers! The orange chicken is delicious and I got white meat which was a great choice. Had this place twice so far and still hasn't disappointed! Their orange chicken is delicious and you can taste the freshness in the sauce. They had ran out of white meat and asked if dark was ok, we didn't mind and it still tasted good. The perfect crunch on the outside and the meat is not hard. House chow Mein is delicious as well and I like to pair it with steamed rice. The kung pao chicken is also very good. I can't wait to try other items on the menu. read more

It's been a few years, so i thought i would update my review, especially since we ate there just last night. My review remains pretty much consistent! We come here probably once every 2 months or so when we have a craving for Chinese. It's still cheap and fast and still authentic American Chinese food. Lately, we order 1 order of Chicken Fried Rice - which is HUGE, they fill the Styrofoam container to the brim - so it's usually enough for 1 dinner and 2 lunches!! They aren't cheap on the chicken as well, usually many large chunks and it is absolutely delicious! Hubby usually gets the 1 item combo - with General Chicken (they allow you to choose white, dark or a mix of the meat which is nice! you can also get it extra crispy if you want) with the fried rice - all yummy - i usually don't love the General Chicken but it was DELISH last night. All of the food we ordered for around $18 out the door. You just can't beat that! They take Discover, so that's a bonus. We've found if you are in a hurry - call in your order, it should be ready within 5-10 minutes. If you have to wait, it's usually about that time period as well unless there are a lot of people ahead of you. I will note - they did they right thing - last night my hubs came home with our order to no chicken in my fried rice! :( i could not eat it, as i needed my protein so we called Prime Wok and they apologized indicating their mistake immediately and offered to either credit us or make a new one. We asked them to make a new one and went and picked up our order and it was perfect :) read more

We were looking for a new place for Chinese food since our regular place closed (Wong's) as we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. We have tried 4 or 5 other places and were disappointed every time. So we decided to give this one a go...and it was great! The portions were huge and made fresh to order. This place is still cheap and delicious. But I've noticed some odd things about them the last time I visited. 1) they don't have free water cups 2) they charge $.50 for all CC transactions due to "excessive merchant fees" 3) only ONE refill on sodas... in huge red letters Penny pinching at its finest. Not sure why they feel the need to be very forward about it, but I guess when your prices haven't changed since they've opened you've got to make money elsewhere. read more

This review is strictly based on the customer service because I didn't stick around long enough to try the food. I was unlucky enough to encounter the man-bun wearing, nose ring having, RUDE, employee. I asked if I ordered the rice bowl if I could have fried rice instead of white to which he simply replied "no" and continued to just stare at me. I offered to pay extra if that's what it took to get fried rice and he just replied "nope I can't do that". My parents have eaten here before and the serving sizes are huge so please tell me how much money you'd lose giving me a different kind of rice compared to the massive amount of meat you pile on top? Anyway, cut your hair and shave your face I'm tired of finding it in my food. If you can't do that wear a hair net. It's gross. read more

Really good food for this genre of food (take-out). I ordered mushroom chicken and while it was a bit salty for my taste, it was really fresh, not overly sauced and the chicken was all-white meat. Wow! This place is SO great! There is a walk up order window which is great for the times right now. I told the owner/chef that me & my kids are gluten free. He was so accommodating! He made me gluten free Mongolian chicken with Rice. I asked if he had any suggestions for gluten free kid meals. He suggested Lemon chicken with fried rice no soy sauce. The kids loved the sweet lemon chicken and yummy fried rice! It was so good! We ate outside next to the fountain. Its very difficult to find gluten free places and I'm so grateful for this place! Second time trying this place. It was okay the first time, so we thought we'd give it another try. Regretting it now! We placed an order over the phone for vegetable chowmein and combination chowmein. When my husband got home with our food there was ZERO meat in his combination chowmein. We called and were told we had to drive all the way back over there in order to get a credit, or partial credit for the chowmein noodles and cabbage that we did not order. Awful customer service!!!
