It's my first time getting my nails done at this place. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. For my gel manicure, I got a cat eye design on my ring finger on both hands. The cost for that was $45. $25 for just gel nails and $10 each hand for cat eye design. For my pedicure, I got a flower design on each of my big toe. That's $17 for regular spa pedicure and $5 for nail design. In total, I paid $68 before tips. They charge $1 for credit card fee, which they did not inform me before. It's a little pricey for the cat eye design. I wish they told me how much it was before I got it. I am on a budget and did not plan on spending this much for nails. Next time, I'll just stick to gel manicure and regular spa pedicure with no design. The area is small and you have to find parking on the streets. There's only 3 spa chairs and manicure stations. I would make an appointment before coming. Overall, this place is cheaper than most places. You get what you pay for. read more

I was dying when I went to get my nails done, no AC! Or they do but it was definitely it on, It was so hot. They have a very simple nail salon, nothing fancy at all. Pedicure is $12, very basic (no massage chair, no scrub, very uncomfortable sitting on a rolling chair while getting a pedicure) but I was in desperate need of a pedicure! Hate that they charge $1 if paying with card... (my biggest pet peeve! People pay with card, stop charging for that!) I do have to say...she knows how to give a good pedicure. She took all this junk out (so gross) I've been to way nicer, fancier nail salons and they barely take anything out. I will be back when the weather gets colder and will be bringing cash! Most important, call before to see if they are busy or make an appointment ahead of time. I just walked in and was told I had to wait a little. I saw they were currently working on two customers so I thought I could be helped after they were done so I waited. However, turns out that there were two other people ahead of me because they had an appointment. I should've asked how long the wait time would be because I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours just for a gel manicure that took around 25 minutes because the people ahead of me were all getting mani-pedi which took about an hour. Well, lesson learned, but the actual nail service was good, workers were friendly, and I am very satisfied with the results. Prices are unbeatably cheap: manicure is $10 and gel was $25. They have a lot of very pretty pastel/muted colors to choose from. There is a $1 extra fee if you pay with credit card and there are 2hr street parkings in the neighborhoods nearby. read more

Okay, so I really wanted to like this place. I really did. Most of the review on here were pretty decent, so I thought I'd give it a try. I got my first ever gel manicure here. Within 2 days, the polish was chipping down by my cuticles. By the 5th day, chunks had chipped off my fingers entirely. So, I called them to say I'd be in for them to redo my nails (just last night). She had to use the drill for acrylics (which I didn't like), and she did a terrible paint job. Not only did she paint some of my skin and not clean it off, but I have random places on the sides of my nail where she missed painting it completely! For instance, the left side of my thumb has paint on the skin, and the right side of the same nail has a polish-free strip. And there are places on my nail where there are like divots in the polish so the nail isn't smooth. And already, just the morning after, the sides of the polish on some nails are already lifting off... what an utter waste of money and my time! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. read more

And the lady that answered said "What kind of brands do you want?" then I told her "OPI or Essie" and she replies to me "We only have OPI but $1 extra" is she serious? they only have two brands of nail polish. I've been coming to this nail shop for a few years now. The ladies are really nice to my daughter and I and I've never had problem with their services until today. I came in for a mani/pedi and a mani for my daughter. They normally don't specialize on newer trends, so I was surprised that they offered chrome nail to their services. I asked for a gel mani with silver chrome nails, it was very obvious that this was new to both girls. Kelly has to intervene and help with the nails and she dis try her best to make it work. They both layered my nails with gel then removed it then added more gel to my nails because they couldn't get the chrome to come out as it should. My nails looked bulky and thick due to the layering of the gel. I was extremely patient and understanding. I told them multiple times not to continue it was obvious they didn't know what they were doing but yet they blamed it on me, that "my nail was bulky then it was my fault because it's been a while since I've gotten my nails done and I wasn't used to the gel! Really!!!??? I had them remove the gel, I still had to pay for the mani and the removal of the gel. What upsets me the most is that they both did not take ownership of their mistake then they charged me for something that wasn't done correctly, they wanted to send me home and have me return to fix later. This is the best place I have been to for my eyelashes. Been coming here for a while and decided to review because of her amazing customer service. She is patient and does an amazing job and the price is just right. There is parking in the front of the business and I never have an issue. She even texts if she is running late. Mandy is great. I waited three weeks before reviewing because of some of the previous statement. I got a pedicure and it still looks amazing. That was THREE WEEKS AGO! I am going back in as it needs to be touched up but, my feet are still soft. They may not have all the glitz and glam but, they are open on Sundays and are always busy. They are clean and nice. They don't use OPI but, if you bring it they will paint your nails with it. So, if you want expensive nail polish bring your own or go elsewhere. At $8.00 for a manicure and $12.00 for a pedicure, HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU COMPLAIN? For the record, I understand Vietnamese and they don't say bad things about you in Vietnamese. My first experience here was not bad--this was the first nail salon I'd ever gone to. The girl who did my nails was very timid, but nice and I liked the way she did my French manicure and pedicure. All in all, it was $22--very cheap. They even provide you with free flip flops if you came in with shoes. However, they wanted to rush me and my 3 or 4 other friends out--they spoke in Vietnamese, quite rudely actually, saying something like, "We should hurry up and get these kids out of here." So I definitely wouldn't say they are courteous. My second time there, the lady and I had a misunderstanding--she thought I wanted acrylic nails, and when she pulled out the machine to do it, I said, "No, I don't want acrylic nails. I just want them painted, no acrylics." She misunderstood and thought I meant ONLY paint, not manicure, so when she was half-way through with them, she said, "You sure you don't want to cut your cuticles? They're very dry." And I said, "Why not..." (I was confused as to why she didn't do it already) and that's when she realized her mistake but instead of redoing the whole thing, she just attempted to put on some cuticle oil to soften them afterwards etc., but my manicure definitely turned out crappier than expected. She knocked off a few dollars for the mistake, but I was still dissatisfied. To make things worse, two days later, my nail polish started to get sticky for some reason and it caught a lot of lint and dirt and began to look REALLY gross--I had to take it off with nail polish because it was so bad. The same thing happened with my friend who went the same day with me, but it didn't happen to her until maybe a few days later or so. Overall, very cheap, but expect cheap service and quality. It's not bad if you don't mind, but might be more worth it to spend a few extra dollars elsewhere to get a worthwhile mani and pedi. read more

I came here to get a pedicure with gel polish because my regular nail place didn't have any open appointments to accommodate me. I felt funny only having my hands done and wouldn't have time to return before Valentine's Day to get my feet done. So I came here. Immediately when I walked in it smelled strongly of nail chemicals. They should have ventilated the place. The lady that worked on me did a really fast job. I wanted my heels scrubbed. She scrubbed fast and carelessly. She wasn't even looking or paying attention to where she was scrubbing. She then proceeded to judge me and call me a "cheapskate" in her native language saying that I splurged on my finger nails but budgeted on my toes. I didn't bother to explain my situation to her about why I ended up there. All I said was "you know I can understand you right?" And of course they stopped their smack talk. She did a streaky, sloppy paint job on toes. When I went to pay the owner lady was nice and apologetic and sweet. I explained to her I wasn't tipping b/c I didn't appreciate what was said about me. I would give 1 star but I'm giving 2 since the owner was nice. Needless to say I'm never coming here again. read more

So I went to the place because there seem to be so many good reviews. However, once again never trust yelp. First the place is very small. Only two ladies working there. I literally had to see the owner turn away business. Second they had no spa chairs for pedicures. I mean really what nail salon in this day and age doesn't have spa pedicures??? I got a gel manicure which actually came out decent. However the pedicure experience was horrible, the owner who doing my pedicure just kept chit chatting with everyone got up to look at skin care and wasnt giving my feet any attention. The whole pedicure was just horrible. My toes do not even look good for the money I paid. My recommendations to the owner if you want more business. Get at least 2 spa chairs. Take your time in a pedicure and manicure,. Don't turn away new business and def hire people: I know I'm never going back. Oh and the only reason I gave two stars is because my manicure at least was ok. Also the nail polish on skin of toes Kelly didn't even clean. A 5 year old could of done a better job read more

If you're looking for a spa, make a u-turn back out those doors. They don't have those comfortable massage chairs. This place has no personality. Tools used does not seem sanitized a all. 1. The staff was cutting my cuticles and it hurts so I said something but she just disregarded me and continued on. She was busy talking with the other ladies that worked there in such a high pitched voice that it rang in my ear. And she cut me again. At this point I've decided to never go back, even if their prices were good. Their service was horrible and not a relaxing place to be. 2. One of them had their kid visiting for the day and decided to rush through my manicure. It made me feel uneasy, like she wanted me out of there 3. Another time I felt like they rushed through my service because one of their girlfriend came over to have lunch with them so they are easily distracted and not professional. 4. The last straw was when another patron with some definite medical issues had left, they started gossiping and telling everyone there her personal life story. If you want to keep anything private, never mention it to these ladies. I gave them 2 stars because they do do a good job with painting your nails. Everything is unsatisfactory. read more
