I came here a few months back as a walk-in to remove a full set of acrylic mani and gel pedi and to get a regular mani and pedi. My nails have finally grown out from the damage done from this place. I now understood why my nail tech was very insistent for me to get gel polish. The removal process was harsh for my mani. There was noticable difference between my natural nail and the nail that was underneath the acrylic. I wish I had taken pictures to document, but sadly I did not. For my acrylic removal, the nail tech soaked them in acetone for a good half hour, filed away the colour, and proceeded to ripping them off with a nail extension. Maybe I am exaggerating a little bit, but the damage on my nails were worse than when I had removed acrylics on my own with dental floss and she had literally used the fake nail to pry my acrylic from my nail. They then proceeded to file my nail with the nail drill. The polish used for the regular mani lasted between a week to two, no big deal since I use my hands a lot. For my gel removal, the procedure was no different than other places. Soak in acetone, file nail with drill bit, etc. The polish used for the regular pedi lasted quite a while. No chipping of the paint, but keeping in mind I wore closed-toe shoes. The breakdown of my rating: 1 star for the acrylic removal 1 star for the nail tech's insistent on gel polish 4 star for the regular pedi lasting more than two months without any problems read more

Worst nail spot ever. Called they tell me 25$ for a Mami pediatrician. And then as I'm leaving they tell me it's 42$! Instead of having the professional courtesy to tell me it would be so much more expensive they wait until as we are leaving. So it's 17$ extra for gel! That's the MOST I have ever been charged for gel and they never even said it would be more for gel the entire visit. And then they charged my card the wrong price and I had to leave a bigger tip to compensate?! Sounds like a tax fraud scam. Not to mention it's a very small spot. Absolutely love this place! I've never been so satisfied with my nails before. I called in 30 minutes before asking if they were busy and they weren't. The location was a bit hard to spot considering it's a small salon and the sign wasn't noticeable. You probably have to park on the street or neighborhood which is slightly inconvenient. This review is for Kelly and yes she's amazing, super friendly, and sociable! It was my first time here and I had gotten gel acrylics done. My total came out to $56 not including tip ($35 gel + acrylics + extra because its long + $1 for using card) I'm usually not one to talk too much during the process but Kelly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed my experience because of that. Quality: 5/5, nails were executed and shaped perfectly, not too thick or thin. Feels secure on my actual nail. Paint job is nice, I wanted a sparkly color and she suggested to do it ombré and it came out really pretty. Service: 5/5, no complaints. Very nice ladies that work here. Listen to your concerns and goes by what you want (unlike some nail salons). Makes sure your nails look good before you walk out. Price: 4/5 can get pricey depending on what you get. I dislike how places charge extra for the length of the nail and card transaction but eh, it was worth it to me so I'm not mad about it. Walked in around 4pm and Kelly and Diane were working on clients, and so I was able to chill and look online for various nail designs. Kelly (the owner) finished up with her client and worked on me. She caught sight of my nails and both her and Diane commented on how cute they were. Kelly also filed down the old glue on my right finger nail and added some puppy paws since the bow fell off. How sweet of her!!! Diane giggling and telling Kelly "Dang, we so stupid, we should be doing these type of nail designs cuz they're all the rage these days!" I also heard her telling Kelly "These designs are easy, we can do these." CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! So I asked Kelly to replicate the puppy paws design on my toes and she did an awesome job! :) Originally, I asked for nail design samples and they didn't have one and Kelly said to just pick something online and she'll try to replicate it. Since I heard Diane, I decided to have my toes done as my nails. Kelly was very meticulous in making sure I was happy with the design and French Tip lengths. Kelly herself was a perfectionist with her creation and so there were a couple times when she redid it. Best of all, she was very cool and patient when my legs got shaky when doing the toe designs, lol! She also made my feet and heels super soft with the callus remover and man, the woman scrubbed! My feet were so ticklish, and she gave me a foot pumice to try out to soften it everyday. If I like it, I can also purchase more for $2.00. From beginning to end, she gave me a foot massage and that was awesome since nowadays you rarely don't get those, especially with gel pedicures. For each toe, she had three paws and a heart rhinestone cuz I didn't do the bows since I wore shoes during the work week. For each little toe, she did a giant paw since they were smaller and wouldn't be enough room for rhinestones either. The paws and French tips were replicated but the heart rhinestones were her touches. Total cost was $50.00 (not including tip) which also included the $5.00 callus remover. Overall, I'm very happy with the design and my toes look all sparkly and new again. Will definitely be coming back for other services - trying out the eyelashes later on. I also had Diane worked on my pedicure before a while back. She also did a great job as well. Both are friendly, talkative and meticulous with their services, yay! Highly recommend! read more

Okay, I'm normally not a person to review places. I normally just look for the best ratings and go with it. But I've been coming back to this place to get my manicures for the past month or two and I feel like I just have to review it and share with all other yelpers. To make my review simple to read I'll section it off. And I'm just reviewing this for gel manicures because that's all I ever do haha. Gel manicures don't chip like normal nail polish does and it's so durable with my daily lifestyle such as school, work, cooking and whatever else needed. And I'm pretty clumsy too. So it all works out for me. And I find this place to be quite affordable as well. 1) Customer Service: I LOVE IT! On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 8! And just because I believe like everywhere there can be improvement. But they do a pretty good job as it is. 2) Experience:And I just had an experience where I had a gel French Tip done but on my 4th day it cracked. This never happened to me before until about 4th week into it, especially with the fact that I've done it a couple times before. I called Kelly and told her about my situation and she said to come in and she'll fix it. And she did it free of charge. Therefore, I thought I'd just generously tip her for doing so. But instead of getting French Tip again I just decided to get a nude color. There are two pictures that are on their photos of my nails. There's a blue color with glitter with a pinkish iPhone case. That was a manicure I had done before and the picture after that is the nude manicure I just talked about in my experience. Recommendations: I totally recommend gel manicures for any girl who has a crazy lifestyle like I do. That way you don't have to worry about chipping your paint. And of course to all those who have a relaxing lifestyle as well. The results are always so smooth and nicely finished. Both Diane and Kelly have helped me before and I don't mind going to either of them to get my nails done. Another bonus is that they take make sure they do their job well with a great amount of attention put into each finger, but all at the same they get it done quickly. They're also really friendly too! This is my place to go to get my nails done. Out of all the places I've gone to, I like this place the best ! And overall I gave this place 4 stars because once again, there are areas they can improve on such as being a little bit more organized looking and a bit more professional like. they don't have pedicure chairs and forced me to sit very uncomfortably twisted to the side so one could do a gel mani and the other could do my toes. i asked for 5-6 of the gel colors on their samples and the owner had none of the ones i wanted yet they were still on display. filing and painting was great but then she used the electric file to shape around my cuticle and cut 2 fingers. DID NOT STERILIZE MATERIALS. she literally poured alcohol over the nail clippers and things as "cleaning" them. i paid $38 for a gel mani and regular pedi. now after 6 days my gel nails have changed color and before i left she told me "if it chips in a week i'll fix it for you" that should've been the biggest red flag. read more

I have to agree with the other reviews PN is a local shop with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Diane took care of my mani/pedi was very gentle and had a really warm spirit. She also really take her time and recommendations well. The shop is small but equipped with several spa chairs and OPI gel polish lol I through that in for fun. There's plenty of free street parking as well. Well let me start this off by saying I have been trying to look for a nail salon since Ive been down in so Cal (2008) and have been unsuccessful! I called this place as one of my millions of places to see if they do airbrush as well as check the price for a full set. Its $17 for a full set (the cheapest ive seen down here) and $5 for airbrush The lady on the phone spoke VERY good English so I could understand everything and I knew that she knew what I was looking for, I set an appt (although it really doesnt matter) They sat me down right away when I came in (I was the first one for that day) -- young ladies, very nice! The girl ho did my nails, didnt scratch my skin and they turned out totally perfect! I went to the other station to pick/get my airbrush design and that lady asked if I wanted to get diamonds in each nail but I didnt care for it but asked how much -- I already had $25 on the table and she asked if thats all I had (which it was) she was talking to the other lady and then just got the diamonds, sat back down and said, ok we will do $25 for everything! :) I was SHOCKED!! They were sooo nice! (BTW I know its $1 per hand for each diamond, so thats an extra $10 savings) I know they dont do that for everyone but they seriously made a new customer. I am going on my honeymoon and she knew that as well so said it was a little gift. :) I LOVE my nails (uploaded pic above) and the girls were great! The only bad thing I would say is I think they are still new and setting up, they dont have dryers for the nails so be careful when you leave -- I put got in my car and held them in front of the AC for awhile but they dried pretty fast. Horrible service. I called them before coming over for the first time and they wanted to know how long I would be because they were completely ready. I came by, it was dead inside. My friend and I come in they take her first as the other nail tech was working on the one other client in the shop. As I wait....and wait they decide to take someone before me that came 15 minutes afterwards and did not have an appointment. The nail tech took the woman who came after me and began soaking her nails off, mind you I'm only getting a pedicure and did not acknowledge me, (They could've at least had my feet soaking). My Friend who was serviced also had a painful terrible experience. She got a pedicure and a soak off on her fingernails, the nail tech rushed through and caused damage to my friends actual nail. After her toe nails dried my friend requested paper sandals so her toes wouldn't mess up in her tennis shoes and the woman said no they were fine and to wash her hands if she wanted insisting that my friend needed to walk barefoot on the floor during covid because they did not want to provide slippers. Once the service was done, they asked card or cash. My friend only had card and they pushed for her to pay cash as though card was an issue for them. They offered for her to pay zelle (similar to cash app) and then finally caved and accepted her use of debit. Because the service was excruciating my friend decided not to tip on the card and the nail tech loudly exclaimed no tip?! Processed the transaction and tossed the receipt towards my friend. So with that being said. DO NOT go to this nail salon. Their prices are low for a reason. Rude, lazy, and no etiquette whatsoever. read more

I decided to go to this nail salon because of these reviews. While getting my nails done I felt like they just wanted to get me out as quick as they could. I got a full set, which was simple with a foil design on my ring fingers. $55!!! I also got my toes done and I had a good amount of nail, she said she would cut them and I said okay. SHE CUT THEM UNEVEN!!! she had plenty of nail to fix her mistakes and it still came out uneven. I was just extremely unsatisfied. It was messy and looks like I did it myself, she didn't even add a clear coat on top. Reviews say this place is cheap but for a full set and my toes it came out to 72!!!
