My husband is the only other person in my car, (besides dealership every 3-6 months) and he doesn't look for ... or is familiar with what's missing. This is why I am able to narrow down when it goes missing after the car is washed at Lorton Station Carwash. If more time was spent actually washing the dirt off windows and door handles, there be less time to take things. Make looting, plunder, stealing customer belongings punishable.

The woman doing "intake" wasn't pushy when she offered a multi-wash plan - which I declined. She asked once, I said, "No thank you," and that was it. I was told the crumbs were still there because their vacuum couldn't pick up debris that small, and they also mentioned they didn't have a special vacuum to remove dog hair. While I understand there are limitations, I would have expected a better result or to be told that beforehand.
