warning don't buy a car from burls used car lot, he sells…read morejunk cars. we bought a 2011 dodge grand caravan last year weeks later we started having flashing lights on the dash, then we notified burl, he had his tow man come pick up the car. he said he had to order a computer box for it, we continue waiting for our car for a month, he rigged it enough for us to drive never put a computer. then a week later we had radiator issues. car needed to be towed again. then he decided to send our account to a third party credit collection company, for whatever reason. we were always on time with payments. all im saying is please think about going here before you buy a car here.

The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer.

I picked up my vehicle on Thursday at 4pm and went straight home. I have a work vehicle so my personal vehicle stayed home Friday. While running errands on Saturday I heard a loud metal object hit the bottom of the vehicle. I pulled over and couldn't find anything. Proceeded home and heard the right wheel knocking when I turned. Took it back to Chevy el dorado and was told oh everything we did was fine but you are missing at bushing bracket. We can take care of that for $300. I don't believe in coincidences, just be honest and say I'm sorry about our mistake and we probably didn't tighten the bolts to the bracket and will take care of this for you. Once I left, I received a call from the manager Robert and he listened and understood that it could've been their mistake but it's hard to say. He was kind enough to take care of this issue! Our salesperson was professional, but our experience in the finance office was extremely disappointing. The finance manager spoke to us in a condescending and belittling manner, making us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Between the misleading vehicle listing and the unprofessional treatment in finance, our visit was a waste of time and resulted in unnecessary credit inquiries. I reported these concerns to management, but the response did not offer meaningful resolution. I hope this review encourages better accuracy and customer service going forward.

They don't give you a full tank of gas. Every time I texted him, he half ass texted me, misspelling words and just rambling on - always had to get the last word in. Anyways he pawned me off to someone else which I felt bad because Abed basically had to do damage control. I have saved my entire text thread just in case I need to push further on this issue. Sales manager, Shaun is well aware of the situation and I am no longer getting a call from him either. When I finally dropped off my car (which was going to take a week to "figure out what's wrong") that same day, the service manager QUIT. You could tell he was tired of having to be the bearer of bad news since the sales people always over promise and never deliver. They have a third party mechanic shop (buddy of the Wells Auto Group owner) that "repairs" the cars and it is offset.
