When it was finally her turn, she couldn't immediately locate the correct proof of insurance on her phone. She called me so I could help her find it, but the employee was impatient and repeatedly told her to leave instead of giving her a couple of minutes to pull up the correct document. The employee came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and it's unreasonable to expect someone to instantly find the right document on their phone after waiting that long. To make matters worse, he was standing very close to her car and made her feel rushed and uncomfortable. If the employee had simply given her a few minutes to locate the correct insurance information, this entire situation could have been avoided. Because of how my daughter was treated, we will not be returning. There are plenty of businesses that know how to treat customers with patience and respect, and I recommend taking your business to one of them instead.

I drive an all-black vehicle, so it's easy to spot imperfections, but these guys really delivered. From the jump, the service was welcoming and efficient. It took about an hour and a half (I came early), and they worked meticulously the entire time. The interior? Immaculate. Every corner was cleaned with care, including the hard-to-reach spots and even the inside of the sunroof--which many places forget. The seats looked refreshed, the dash and panels had a subtle shine (not greasy or overdone), and even the trunk was spotless. They tackled both sets of floor mats--fabric and weatherproof--with attention to detail. On the exterior, the shine was next level. The wax brought out the depth in the black paint, and the tire shine was applied evenly. I did have to point out a couple small spots that needed a little extra love, but the team was more than happy to address them right away, no attitude, no hesitation.
