Found ProActive through a neighborhood recommendation, as we just moved into a new home and the house needed pest control. We were seeing lots of black widows and oodles of other spiders and roaches inside and out. With small dogs/cat this was a big concern for us. We tried another pest control company and they were $, no-showed 2x, arrived late and treatment was null. Titus Mines with ProActive was prompt to respond to our call and came out the next day to service our home. Very professional, called before arrival, went over how their quarterly services work and paperwork ahead of time. His work was very thorough and Titus is fabulous! Had our first service with Jehonathan today. WOW! In 20 years in our home we have never had such complete service! He was professional, very friendly, sprayed our entire property line and home foundation, brushed all spider webs, even on the fence. He sprayed three rooms inside for ants. No chemical smell at all, although advised to leave for 2 hours to allow it to dry. Our war on ants and cockroaches will now end with such great service. I highly recommend Pro Active! When I initially called they were quick to respond and came out next day. Every time I've had something come up (outside my normal service things) they have been able to get someone out within 24 hours. All their techs are nice, but we typically get Chris who has always been friendly and my dog loves him, she thinks he comes over just to see her because he always makes it a point to say hi to her and pet her. Incredible service, extremely professional and very thorough. I was gone from my home for three weeks and came back to find a rat in my kitchen. I went with a different company initially and was dissatisfied with their service so I switched to ProActive and I'm so happy I did! Jay reached out to me personally and was so comforting regarding the whole situation. They have very fair pricing and Sam (who came out to do my initial inspection) was so thorough and knowledgeable. They set up plenty of traps around the house and the rat was caught the next day. I called as soon as I saw the rat in the trap and they sent someone out immediately to come and retrieve it.
