Proactive pest is awesome! I'm updating my 5 stars because I just had another awesome experience! We noticed a huge spider web near the roof area and I couldn't reach it so I called proactive pest and they came out the next day to take care of it! I was still in the billing cycle so there was no charge which is always great! The technician was Mike and he was awesome! He was friendly, professional and he not only did he get rid of the huge web, he de-webbed the while backyard and did another spot treatment around our whole house! Mike and Cheng are great technicians and their customer service is awesome! If you need pest control especially for the summer, go with proactive pest! If you are looking for a pest control, try Pro Active Pest Control! I've tried out a couple other pest controls companies such as Clark, terminx, and Pegasas! To me, pro active is the best choice! They have excellent customer service and Ross is the main person you want to talk to! ROSS is by far the nicest and most professional person to talk to from pro active pest! He is friendly and really wants to get the best deal for you, so if you speak to Ross, you will be satisfied! As for treatment, Cheng did an outside barrier treatment and Josh did the de-webbing around the house and also laid out a treatment in the bark so help prevent slugs and other pests that like to interfere with plants. Both Cheng and Jason are very nice and professional and care about customer They charge $79 every other month and if you do a referral, they will take off $30 off your best treatment! We have always been super satisfied with the service and responsiveness of Proactive Pest Control. They always are through and will complementary recheck as needed. Price is reasonable and appreciate that it includes any maintenance in between. Today Nichole serviced our house. She contacted me prior to coming to our house and checked in on any concerns. She addressed what I wanted focused on and gave me follow up information. She took her time to treat my home and included photos. We've been using Pro Active for general pest (mainly insect) control. They come out once every two months and spray around the outside of the house. This has been great for us as we really had an abundance of insects that now seems to be very minimal. What became a bigger problem for us was pigeons. Pigeons were roosting on our roof and nesting under our solar panels. Both of which are annoying, but the nesting under the solar panels was the worst. Primarily because the panels are right above our bed...and the pigeons get pretty loud under there. So, we were dealing with this day-in and day-out, with the bonus of a pigeon egg occasionally rolling off the roof and splattering on our backyard concrete! No bueno! As a result, I asked if Pro Active has any services for bird control, and of course they do!!! I made an appointment for a few days later and Steve Leighton came right on time! Steve was a great person. Very knowledgeable (particularly about pigeons since he has raised them in the past) as well as personable. We had a nice talk the whole time while he explained things to me in detail. Anyway, Steve got on the roof, snapped some pics, inspected some areas, and made some measurements. I received two reasonable quotes. The first for installing what is essentially fencing around the base of the panels and the second was for adding bird proofing wires to the ridges. Unfortunately, for budget reasons, we could only do one, so we went with the solar panel option. That got scheduled, and that crew came out within a week and knocked out the job in a few hours. Now, we have peaceful bliss!!!! We aren't woken by the pigeons. We have no more eggs rolling off. And honestly, there are less pigeons that bother roosting up there now as well. So, we're very happy. Jordan came out to our house to spray around the perimeter of the house as well as set mice traps. Jordan was very friendly, very knowledgeable as well as attentive to our concerns. We didn't feel like he was rushing, he took his time looking for ways to treat the inside and outside of our house, he wore a mask and was just an overall great guy. I gave the company 4 stars only because both times when we were expecting to have a tech come out, some how their office had mixed up the dates that someone was suppose to come out. I've been w Proactive for a little over a year and they have been performing OUTSTANDING service!! The same technician comes every time. My technician Tom is very knowledgeable and very reliable. He took the time to explain things and even gives me heads up to when it is the peak season of certain type of insects. He usually treats the outside perimeter of my house by spraying, assessing for infestations and even sweeps spider webs away! They do spray the interior upon request which isn't an extra charge and if you see more bugs after treatment they will come back and spray with out charging you. I recently had them inspect my home for termites as well and that was also free of charge since there were no evidence of termites noted. I have been with Pro Active Pest Contol for almost a year. I had a rat living in my kitchen and wanted it taken care of ASAP. Their initial cost to come out was very expensive at $399. I was shocked at the pricing but was desperate to get someone out quickly. Brandon came out the same day to set traps around my house and within a day the rat was caught! If I could give a rating of 10 I would - the services that have been provided over the last month by the Pest team as well as exclusion team have been absolutely outstanding. We discovered a pesty ant issue that required multiple visits by Jason the area supervisor - not only did he knock out the ants but he found a gas leak in our kitchen that could've been catastrophe. Just moved in to a new house and already having a spider problem due to the empty field next to my house. I called them ASAP to get the house sprayed and they offered a variety of subscription plans. I ended up going with the quarterly plan and they were able to come out the next day to start service. They were extremely quick and even wore shoe covers inside the house. Pro Active is the best pest control service in the area. We have had rats at 2 different homes and they serviced and eliminated at both of them. Jose came out and was very thorough with his initial consultation. Cheng and Cole came out to exclude and eliminated the rats completely. They were very informative and did a great job. He is professional, courteous, and communicative when it is time for our schedule service. We have a bi monthly service with them and I've seen the difference with the insects we had before and rodent problem. I saw a mouse in my kitchen. When I commented about it to my nextdoor neighbor, she said she had Proactive coming the next morning to service her house. I called, spoke with Devon, and he added us to the schedule. Ty Johnson came and set out numerous traps around the kitchen/laundry/living room. He had been gone barely a half hour when I heard a trap snap. I called, and Ty returned to collect and reset the trap. While he was there, we heard another one trigger. Ick. I requested a quote online and they called me within an hour. They have new client offers so be prepared to listen and make a choice about their subscription services which are bi-monthly (from my knowledge) and absolutely worth it.
