Did an excellent job on my alignment, which was off after hitting a curb hard enough to flat my low-ish profile (225/45R17) tire. Though they recommended and offered a rotation (no extra charge), I declined, since I had only a couple hundred miles on the new rear, which was changed the same day it was flatted by the curb. When I picked the car up, I noticed a slight drift in the same direction. I drove it around for a day to see if it'd stay like that, and it did, so I called the next day and they took me right back in. They did the rotation and checked everything out again at no additional charge, and it's been perfect since then. I have been going to Pro Alignment & Brake for well over 10 years and I keep coming back. Mr. Ko is trustworthy. He will not do a repair that is not necessary. I always have one older car Mr. Ko keeps running. He does what is necessary and discourages me from doing anything unnecessary even if I'm initiating the idea. More than once I have picked up my car and a little something extra was done without charge and often without even mentioning to me, a broken light, a scuff buffed out etc... I have sent many friends over the years to Mr. Ko at Pro Alignment and they all keep coming back. Can't find a better endorsement than that. I highly recommend Pro Alignment. read more

I rarely write reviews but due the outstanding service of Pro Alignment I am doing so. This is an excellent shop. It is a family run business. I have been here a few times and they do great work, including on my Denali 4x4. The mother in law runs the front desk, and her son in law does all the work himself--you are guaranteed to get a top notch mechanic working on your car or truck. They don't just do brakes and alignment, so see them for all your repair needs. I am 47 year old man who used to do all his repairs, including oil change, brakes, belts, etc. As my time became more limited I hated taking my cars into mechanics because i always felt I was getting screwed either on diagnosis or price or both. Not here. These are honest, experienced and fair people who earn your business thru the excellent work they do. i went here because my mechanic recommended i get my wheels balanced to remedy a vibration issue. the staff here is very nice and professional. however my experience had my pretty irritated. i dropped off at 930 am to get the tires balanced, rotated and alignment. i did not receive phone call all day, came back at 4pm to find out my wheels could not be balanced(my main reason for coming) i took an uber home and an uber back so that adds 50$ to my almost pointless trip and waste of a day off. search continues for a different shop to use. i wont be back read more

I went to Pro Alignment and Brake shop after reading positive comments from customers. I was dismayed and upset with experience I had with this repair shop. I brought my car on 02/13/09 for wheel alignment inspection. This was clearly communicated to the front desk person who I believe is part owner. I signed a job order and authorized them to do the inspection only and expect to be charge $25 which is on the job order that I signed. After half an hour later, Paul, (who I believe is also part owner) came out of the office and told me that he fixed the rear wheels and ready to do the front wheels. At this point I told him that I only needed an inspection and not to fix them. We argued on this topic to the point that he insisted that I pay $89 because he fixed the rear wheels. I told him again that I was there for the inspection only and that I didn't have the money to pay him. Our argument became intense. He then instructed Rick, his assistant, to bring back the alignment to its original position (undo what Paul had done). At this point, I told Paul not to do it because it may make my alignment worse than it was and I finally agreed to pay him. While Paul was talking on the phone, Rick came in and I handed him my ATM card and asked him to run it to the ATM machine Rick was about to process the transaction when Paul interrupted and he said: "Don't accept payment from this ass____". I can't believe what I heard especially coming from an owner and also it's their fault not to check their work order first. Totally unprofessional. If you want to deal with them, I warn you to be very careful. They may be good but with my experience, not worth it. read more

I took my 1961 mercedes 190sl to Rick today for a front end alignment. I was concerned that with an old car would the alignment woudl be difficult to get correct and the parameters wouldn't be in their system. Well, the parameters were in the system, Rick walked me through the alignment process and corrections and I was out in under an hour. Great service, friendly, clean shop and good price. Great shop, very professional, good customer service. Was able to get a same-day apt when I called them. This was the third alignment shop I tried within the month (long story)- they blew the competition out of the water. I wanted very specific specifications for my alignment as I was setting it up for track use. They listed to me, set the specifications as requested, and even called to double check how I would like the adjust the set up when my car couldn't accommodate my requested camber (a common problem with my car model). I would highly recommend using this shop for any of your alignment needs. read more

They had fairly quick service and my entire experience was very professional. The alignment was done relatively quickly but just a tad pricier than I had expected. The staff seemed to be able to take care of me and get me back out on the road safely all within an hour or so. I had mentioned some concerns on the way the vehicle maybe aligned after being struck, Deborah was able to pay close attention and ask questions regarding that impact. Pro Alignment was able to get the tires to wear evenly on my car with 4-wheel steering - after many other shops have failed. My last 20,000 miles prove it. They really pay attention to details. Went there because the reviews. Don't! My car is pulling to the right so i think i need an alignment. They did it, looks good on PAPER. I drove it again and the job didn't help the issue. Went to the tire shop and swapped tires, didn't help either. So I called again ask them to get it right. Instead of doing their job right they want to charge me AGAIN for the same amount. So what was I paying for at the first place??? read more

Took my 1961 MGA for front wheel alignment there. They have a great customer service and are truly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue correctly, explained what needed to be done, fixed it and charged me less than the initial quote since it was easier than first thought. After checking for alignment shops close to home, I found pro alignment and brake shop. I was able to leave my car for about two hours and walk home, a 10 minute walk. When my car was done Debbie called me I picked it up, I am very pleased with the quality of the alignment, and I was thrilled to have a quality shop so close at hand to where I live. read more

Love this place. The owner Debbie is very nice. I had four new tires and alignment recently done by WW (Winfield). Since then the I knew the alignment was off, since it was pulling to the right. The WW tech guys stated that it was the best they can do. I decided to bring it to Pro Alignment. Explained what happened. Their tech took a look and corrected it. My vehicle now drives correctly. Brought my PT in for a noisy front strut. It had been replaced four months earlier but got pretty noisy. I could tell it was a cheap strut and found they failed all the time, The previous place told me my 90 day warranty was up and I would have to pay for a new one. Sorry not going to do that. Took it to Pro Alignment, they looked at it and told me the new strut was defective and is not all that uncommon with the style of strut installed, which backed what I knew. They told me I should take it back to the original installer and have it replaced because it was relatively new. That was not going to happen, but truly appreciated the honest advice. I had them put in top of the line struts and the PT drives so much better. Much more stable, a 100% better ride, and better control on the road. Debbie and the team were simply outstanding. I own my own auto detailing business in Los Gatos and deal with car people on a daily basis. This is a professional, incredibly honest team. I get a lot of requests from my customers asking for reputable places for suspension and alignment work. I will not hesitate for a second to recommend Pro Alignment, and put my business's reputation on the line. read more

I have been to the shop numerous times to do oil change and I was never disappointed. I usually came in around 8:45am and was able to leave 9:30am. There was never a pressure to do upsale (unlike all those lube shop). They certain have gained a loyal customer for life. read more

Extremely honest and professional, which is such a breath of fresh air in the auto repair business. I came in fully expecting to pay for a new set of brakes (60,000 miles on my current set) and they were able to look at my car right away. They physically showed me the amount left on my brake pads and told me that I didn't need new brakes! Amazing. read more

Don't bother with an appointment. Made an appointment for 10. Got there at 9:50. She didn't have any record of an appointment. "It will take about 45 minutes but we're working on this car and when its done we'll start on yours". I asked how long that will be. "You're car will be done in about 1 hour and a half". Did all the paper work. I wasn't able to drive so my wife and I brought the car. Since I couldn't just drop it off we went to breakfast. "We'll give you a call if there's any problem." Finished breakfast. Got back at 11:15. Car is still sitting in the same spot. "Sorry, but we're still working on the other car." I have other things I have to do, like work, so I just left with the car. She didn't care she wasted my morning and didn't try to offer any other assistance. I guess if you just walk-in and drop it off you may get some service. From this experience I wouldn't recommend this shop. read more
